试析蓝云精神的内容实质及背景因素

蓝云,男,瑶族,1968年2月出生,中共党员,系大化瑶族自治县板升乡弄丛村村医。从2000年起,为解决偏远山村群众看病难的问题,蓝云改行从医,十年如一日扎根大石山区医疗卫生事业,走村串户,爬山涉水,爱岗敬业,默默奉献,把乡亲当亲人,把病人当家人,经他抢救的病号上千人。蓝云同志以一腔热血服务群众,用坚守、奉献乃至生命换来百姓健康与幸福,被村民亲切地称为“生命的守护神”。2006年12月,蓝云被查出患有鼻咽癌,但他仍坚持在村里带病行医、治病救人。他担心自己离去后无人接班,便动员妻子也走上从医之路,并负债将妻子送入卫校学医,学成回来继续为山区群众治病行医。
蓝云的先进事迹经各级各类新闻媒体深入报道和广泛宣传之后,立即感动了社会各界,打动了无数认识和不认识的人们。河池市委授予蓝云同志“优秀共产党员”称号,并决定在全市范围内深入开展向蓝云同志学习活动。区卫生厅授予蓝云同志广西卫生系统“优秀共产党员”、广西 “优秀乡村医生”荣誉称号,并在全区卫生系统深入开展向蓝云同志学习活动。目前,在全区范围内,不断掀起向蓝云同志学习的热潮。那么我们究竟要向蓝云同志学习些什么呢?换言之,蓝云精神到底包括哪些丰富而深刻的内涵呢?
一、牢记宗旨、倾心为民的高尚品格。蓝云同志始终牢记全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,满怀着对党和瑶山群众的无限热爱。为了改变偏远山区看病难的状况,在当地师资有保证的情况下,他不惜弃教从医,以满腔热情倾心为瑶山人民群众的健康服务。得知自己身患癌症,他想到的不是个人的
安危,而是担忧今后山村群众的健康保障问题。为传承治病救人的事业,尽管小孩年幼、贫病交加,困难重重,他毅然说服妻子弃教外出学医,以便将来接班为山区群众防病治病。他用实际行动演绎了一名基层共产党员牢记宗旨,对党无限忠诚,倾心为民的高尚品格。
二、扎根山区,恪尽职守的职业风范。蓝云同志时刻心系群众生命安康,十年如一日扎根大石山区为农民群众防病治病。为提升自身医疗知识,他勤奋好学,刻苦钻研,埋头苦练,练就过硬的本领,面对患者需求,他随叫随到,无论白天黑夜,不管风吹雨打,哪怕山高路险,哪里有病情报告,哪里就有他的身影。在他患病的四年里,他先后诊治病人达两万多人次,出门救治上千人次。蓝云同志用自己良好的医术、高尚的医德、热情的服务在平凡的岗位上做出了不平凡的业绩,他以实际行动演绎着一名基层医疗工作者爱岗敬业,恪尽职守的职业风范。
三、生命不息、奋斗不止的拼搏精神。蓝云同志把卫生事业看得比自己生命更重要,面对无情病痛,他坦然面对,与病魔顽强抗争,用工作延续生命。面对乡间邻里的好言劝说,他却说:“我是医生,现在还能走得动,怎能闲看别人让病苦折磨!”面对病情逐步恶化,在病痛折磨和身体极度虚弱的情况下,他以坚定的信念、超人的毅力,坚持在大山里悬壶济世、治病救人,创造了生命和事业的奇迹,他以实际行动展示了一名共产党员生命不息、奋斗不止的拼搏精神。
四、甘守清贫,无私奉献的高尚情操。蓝云同志情为民所系,利为民所谋,面对一个月700多元的收入,他不离不弃村医岗位,扎根瑶山,甘守清贫,默默付出,尽管负债在身,依然为困难群众垫支甚至减免医疗费用,他把爱心倾注给了乡亲,把痛苦留给了自己。从医十余年来,他把乡亲们当亲人,把病人当家人,以实行行动诠释共产党员“先进”
和“优秀”的时代特征,演绎着乡村医生甘守清贫,无私奉献的高尚情操。
五、维护团结,促进和谐的炽热情怀。弄丛村方圆上百里杂居着瑶、壮、汉等民族,由于历史变迁、民族习惯等原因,各民族间存在着一定的歧视、摩擦和纠纷现象。蓝云同志在行医过程中,对各民族患者一视同仁、平等相待,平时还积极参与化解邻里之间的各种纠纷,成为山村里一名受各族群众热爱、拥戴的“和事佬”。蓝云同志以实际行动维护了民族团结,促进了各民族和睦相处。
蓝云是从大化这片红土地上孕育出来、成长起来的先进典型,是我们的骄傲,更是我们的榜样。大凡榜样,都是一定的具体社会生活条件的产物,是历史性与现实性的统一。榜样的成长历程以及榜样的行为表现都具有一定的背景因素,分析这些因素有没有实际意义呢?答案是肯定的。首先能使榜样不脱离具体情境,避免普遍化、概念化、脸谱化;其次,能使人们更好更深入地理解、学习榜样的精神实质;再次,还榜样一个本真面貌,增强榜样的感染力、示范性和可学度;最后,使人们更清晰地认识榜样的成长规律,更恰当地传递榜样的各种信息,从而更好地发挥榜样自身应起的作用。
综合分析,蓝云精神产生的背景因素大致有如下几点。
一、时代背景。俗话说,时势造英雄。时代需要榜样,时代呼唤英雄。在全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化的今天,我们面临着诸多严峻考验,既要应对各种要素制约和形势变化带来的挑战,又要不断创新,努力克服前进道路中遇到的各种矛盾与困难。因此,时代期盼更多的榜样出现,时代呼唤更多英雄的诞生。新时代的榜样,可以是像神舟六号航天员费俊龙、聂海胜那样叱咤全球的风云人物,更多时候则应该是像蓝云这样的默默奉献的草根平民。作为
新时代的榜样,蓝云正是以实际行动,引领着时代发展的方向,影响着一代又一代后来人,他的先进事迹为家乡为祖国乃至全人类留下了一份不可多得的宝贵的精神财富,他所展现出来的精神同样是这个时代的最强音。
二、综合背景。时代造就英雄,环境铸成典型。任何一个先进集体或者榜样模范无不深深打上地域的烙印,无不是一个地区发展变化特点的凝聚和人文精神的折射。
(一)红色熏陶。大化是一片红色的土地,有着光荣的革命历史和优良的革命传统,诞生过像覃国翰这样的共和国上将。蓝云正是头顶红太阳、心系红水河、脚踏红土地成长起来的社会主义建设事业接班人。学生时代的蓝云,在这片火热的红色土地熏陶下,立志要做一名心系祖国、报效家乡的好学生;参加工作以后,他拒绝各方诱惑、潜心投入全心全意为群众服务的事业中去。诗人艾青的经典诗句“为什么我的眼里常含泪水?因为我对这土地爱得深沉”正是对蓝云同志继承红色遗志、践行革命理想的真实写照。
(二)民族情愫。板升弄丛是一个民族杂居之地,这里生活着瑶、壮、汉等民族。自小,父亲就告诉蓝云,不管是哪个民族,大家生活在一起就像兄弟姐妹一样,要相互尊重,相帮互助,携起手来共同建设美好家园。这种朴素的民族大义和民族情怀,使蓝云在二十多年的村医生涯中,真正做到不分彼此、同等看待不同民族,视异族病人如同亲人,视同族病人如同家人。可以这么说,蓝云的从医生涯同时也是一部增进民族情谊、促进民族团结、维护民族稳定的民族大戏。
(三)家庭影响。蓝云的祖父生前是当地有名的民间杂家,父亲则是一名对中草药颇有研究的“土医”。深受父
亲影响,蓝云自小就跟随父亲在大山深处识别、采集、配制中草药,为那些苦于没钱买药、看病的父老乡亲们无偿治病、驱逐病魔。父亲的言行举止、坦荡胸怀以及乡亲们对父亲的爱戴和敬仰深深地影响着少年时期的蓝云。他立志长大后也要做一个受人拥戴的凡人。二十岁时他开始投身基层,无论是短暂的教书育人,还是相对漫长的治病救人,家庭因素的影响都是不可忽视的。
(四)环境因素。身处大山深处,蓝云像他的父老乡亲一样,有着大山一般坚忍不拔的意志和吃苦耐劳的秉性。他能吃常人吃不了的苦,能忍常人忍不了的痛,他敢做常人不敢做的梦,敢干常人干不了的事。我们在蓝云身上,看到了大山儿女的朴实、执着、坚韧和坚守。大山深处的落后、闭塞和愚昧,让蓝云一次又一次亲睹父老乡亲饱受病魔摧残、吞噬的惨剧,每一次他都有一种撕心裂肺的感觉。他内心深知,奢望外面的医生进入弄丛长期做村医,安心地为父老乡亲救死扶伤是不现实的,这项使命只能靠自己用不懈的努力和毕生的精力去探索、践行、完成。蓝云这样想了,也这样做了,而且一做就是数十年。大山里的鹰是山里人不变的图腾,蓝天上的云是山里人不朽的希望,是环境锻造了蓝云治病救人的本领,是环境成就了蓝云志存高远的理想。
三、思想背景。有句话这样说:“真正的榜样不是教我们如何去做的工匠,而是引领我们如何去思考的精神领袖。时代在运转的时候需要的是工匠的技巧,而时代在发展的时候需要的是精神领袖的思想。”这句话用在蓝云身上再合适不过了。或许,在众多医务工作者当中,蓝云的医术算不上拔尖水平,然而蓝云的医德绝对是出类拔萃的。他的高尚的医德又源于他深邃而丰赡的思想,那么他的超出常人的思想又从何而来呢?综上所述,归结如下:一是红色土地的熏染;二是民族情怀的感召;三是少年志向的激励;四是家
庭因素的萌生;五是环境条件的鞭策;六是政治认识的升华。尤其是成为一名光荣的共产党员之后,蓝云在政治素质上、思想认识上都上了一个新层面,他谨记胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中所指出的:“全党同志特别是领导干部都要讲党性、重品行、作表率。”深知党员干部必须自觉加强党性及品行修养,才能永葆共产党员的先进性和纯洁性。党员干部必须不断锤炼、不断约束、不断改造、不断完善自己,以一个新时期党员的高标准来要求自己,带头加强党性及品行修养,这既是个人健康成长的重要保证,也是自己救死扶伤的职业道德的有力保障,更是胡锦涛总书记关于全面巩固和发展党员先进性教育活动成果的要求。不讲党性、不重品行,必将给群众利益带来损失,也会给我们党的形象抹黑。蓝云就这样实现了在思想上由量变到质变、由感性到理性、再由理性到践行的飞跃,他的无数感人的事迹正是得益于这样高出常人的见解和认识。

近期我党支部组织开展了以“学蓝云,找差距、创佳绩”为主题的大讨论活动。蓝云同志的感人事迹深深地触动和震撼我们每个党员的心灵,也激发了我们要成为一名优秀中共党员的决心。
医生本来不是他的职业,却因为村民的急切需要,而放弃本来稳定和喜爱的工作,依然背负起五乡五弄人民健康的责任,从一个职业跨入另一个职业,在常人看来都是那么难以理解,而于他却是哪里需要去哪里,回乡教书刚开始亦非他本愿。只因那时候缺师少教,村里的知识无人普及,他才选择的教师工作。后又因山里村民们生命健康没有保障,才弃“文”从医。从始至终,他心中都是以人民需要为目标,努力踏实地为人民做实事。坚守着一颗为民服务的赤子之心。一种习惯,一种坚守,一种坚守,一种信念,一种信念,一种人生。蓝云的一生是短暂的,却是无悔的,他真正做到了像保尔·柯察金所说的那样:“当他回首往事时,不因虚度年华而悔恨,也不因碌碌无为而羞耻。”

他走了,但他的事业,他的精神却将永远影响和指导着我们,他是我们每个党员,每个人学习的楷模。尤其是即将迈向工作岗位的我们,蓝云的精神对我们的指导意义真的很大。我们不用再削平脑袋要进大医院,脚踏实地地学习,将来到人民群众需要的地方去,真正为人民做实事、办好事,哪里需要我们哪里就是我们的最佳去处。拭去心中那些为名利的尘埃,以蓝云同志为明镜,人生又怎能会失去意义呢?

奥古斯丁(Saint Aurlius Augustine,350--430), 公元 354 年 11 月 13 日 , 诞生于罗马在北非的领地萨加斯特附近的小镇劳克赫拉斯(Thagaste),一个不太宽裕的罗马化的柏柏尔人家庭中..奥古斯丁一生著作颇丰,主要有:《驳学园派》、《论意志的自由选择》、《论教师》、《忏悔录》、《论三位一体》、《上帝之城》等。
奥古斯丁认为,自从亚当和夏娃被上帝逐出天堂之后,尘世间就出现了两个世界,即“上帝之城”和“地上之城”。世俗之城是撒旦的王国,是被放逐的凡人集合而成的共同体。由于人的自私的爱,这里充满了邪恶与暴力,充满了不平等和奴役。而上帝之城是基督教的“千年王国”,高于世俗之城。
奥古斯丁双城理论的内容和实质是什么?
双城理论是奥古斯丁政治理论中最具影响的内容。奥古斯丁区分了所谓“上帝之城”(天上之城)和世人之城”(地上之城)。根据他的解释,两个城的分野源于天使的反叛,直接起因则是亚当的堕落。人类始祖犯罪,导致两座城的划分。在奥古斯丁的笔下,它们分别是圣者与不义者之城,是预定要得救者与注定会受惩罚者之城。

依据双城理论,奥古斯丁指出,世俗国家是上帝实现自己拯救计划的工具。国家负责满足人们的物质需要,保证人们的安全和有秩序的社会交往。这是为地上之城和天上之城的公民共同希求的。它是“地上的和平”,每个人都希望得到它。这也是国家的职能所在。
与世俗国家相比,奥古斯丁赋予教会以更高地位。他指出,教会本身是神圣正确的,人们必须皈依这个惟一神圣的教会才能得救。否则,即使言行没有缺陷的人,灵魂也不能得救。
然而,奥古斯丁所生活的时代,是皇帝统治国家,王权高于教权的时代。皇帝是国家的最高领袖,基督教会只是国家的一个组成部分,皇帝可以直接干预和控制教会的内部事务。奥古斯丁的主张,一方面是力图使教会从国家的控制下获得独立,免受世俗权威的侵害;另一方面,他也要求世俗政府为教会的神圣使命提供诸如镇压异端、维持秩序的保护和服务。

以用为先 广东掀云计算跨行业融合浪潮
当前,除了IT行业正经历一场前所未有的云计算浪潮外,很多看似与云计算不沾边的传统行业也正通过云计算,加速自身的创新与转型。近日,由广东省科技厅、广东省经信委指导,广东省软件协会、广州市软件协会、广州市现代信息服务协会、深圳云计算产业协会、华南师范大学、广东工大等联合参与,中国万网主办的 “2012云计算应用跨界研讨会” 在穗召开,掀起了一股云计算跨行业融合的新浪潮。
据了解,本次大会共吸引了近200家企业参与。其中,除了传统的IT企业外,广告、家电、教育、培训、电子商务、网络传媒等各行各业的企业代表均有出席,他们有的已经是云计算的使用者,有的则对云计算表现出了浓厚的兴趣。从中我们也不难看出,随着云计算产业的蓬勃发展,已经有越来越多的企业认识到,云计算不仅可以帮助他们减少IT投入,还将带来更多创新应用的可能。
以创维为例,他们通过云计算平台以“云电视”为突破口,提前打响了全球彩电业的“云时代”竞争。而电视的“腾云驾雾”,带来的不只是彩电企业传统商业运营模式的巨大变革,还包括对家庭传统休闲娱乐方式的冲击。据创维酷开网络丁宏经理描述,也许就在不久后的将来,你的电视会用悦耳的音乐叫你起床;你只要对着云电视挥一下手,电视就开始语音播报当天的新闻资讯。
彩电与云计算的融合创新只揭开了云应用的冰山一角。来自中国万网的资料显示,其作为中国商用云计算的设计者和推动者,目前已经为包括教育、广告、零售、家电、IT、电子商务、移动互联、开发者等多个行业的众多企业提供了整体的云计算解决方案服务。据透露,创维“云电视”的应用开发,TCL通讯都借助了万网云主机等基础服务的支持。而国内著名的几家4A广告公司,包括奥美(O&M)、李奥贝纳(Leo Burnett)、麦肯.光明广告(McCann)、广东英扬传奇、阳狮等传统广告业界的翘楚,也都不约而同的通过万网云计算服务来应对互联网的数字化营销浪潮。
