【BIM证书】工业和信息化部教育与考试中心的BIM应用工程师证书新鲜出炉 国务院办公厅〔2016〕71号文件提出“积极应用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术”，国务院办公厅〔2017〕19号文件提出“加快推进BIM技术”。国家发改委（发改办高技〔2016〕1918号文件）提出支撑开展BIM及时空仿真建模。水利部、交通运输部、住建部均大力推进BIM技术应用，鼓励成立BIM联盟及BIM试点项目。

为贯彻落实好党中央、国务院的对新时代全国职业教育改革发展的要求，支撑国家战略和推动产业有大变强，坚持职业教育服务经济社会的发展，推动职业教育改革发展迈上新台阶，加快打造信息化发展新高地，工业和信息化部教育与考试中心正式发布《建筑信息模型（BIM）应用工程师专业技术技能人才培训标准》（标准号CEIAEC002-2018）,并成立BIM专业技术技能项目中心（机构编号PTS144040601），承担“建筑信息模型（BIM）专业技术技能项目”的推广与技术服务工作。

2018年6月举办“BIM应用工程师”考试，2018年8月8日工业和信息化部教育与考试中心的专业技术技能证书新鲜出炉，恭喜考试通过人员！证书正在奔向大家的路上，准备迎接吧！

2018年6月开考的初级BIM建模工程师和中级建筑BIM应用工程师、结构BIM应用工程师、机电BIM应用工程师共4个考试项目，在考试中实行统一时间开考、统一阅卷、统一考试平台，考试平台由工业和信息化部教育与考试中心提供。考试结束后实行全国统一阅卷，理论考试部分由工业和信息化部教育与考试中心在线考试服务平台自动阅卷打分，实操考试部分由工业和信息化部教育与考试中心BIM工作组专家制定评分细则进行统一阅卷。

现将工业和信息化部教育与考试中心《关于2011年下半年全国信息技术水平考试有关工作安排的通知》的通知转发给你们，并结合我省实际情况，提出如下实施意见：

一、工业和信息化部全国信息技术水平考试特点

（一）政府部门组织实施的国家级认证考试。2004年下半年，工业和信息化部根据《行政许可法》要求，已废止了一批信息化方面的考试认证，决定继续保留工业和信息化部全国信息技术水平考试。考试信息及证书可在工业和信息化部教育与考试中心网站(www.xiexiebang.com)查询。

（二）国家权威的考试认证。国家统一组织实施、统一考试时间、统一考试大纲、统一考试命题、统一合格标准、统一颁发证书。考试与国际认证接轨，不断跟踪最新实用的技术，打造国内IT考试精品品牌。保持客观公正、中立权威，面向就业市场，涵盖各行业各领域，直接为信息技术人才培训提供统一、客观的标准。

（三）考试证书在全国范围内有效。考试列属国家机要绝密等级管理。全国实行电子注册编码查询，防止伪证侵权。全国信息技术水平证书是持证人专业技术水平和能力的证明，为用人单位择优聘用提供有效凭证。

二．辅助教材（自选）

工业和信息化部全国信息技术水平考试内容在各专业教学中均作了安排，原则上不指定教材，由考生根据考试大纲的要求，结合自己的实际情况自选教材和复习资料。考虑部分考生的实际困难，工业和信息化部教育与考试中心组织专家编写了部分理论综合考试教材和实践综合考试教材，考生可在报名站预订。三．报考条件与报考对象

凡参加工业和信息化部全国信息技术水平考试的人员，不受年龄、学历、职业和就业状况的限制。凡有志于从事信息化与信息产业技术和管理的人员，具备相应技术层次理论基础及实践技能，均可根据不同证书类别的相应条件报考。

四、报名时间

2011年下半年全省统一报名时间：2011年9月15日—10月15日。

五、报名手续

1．考生应先了解工业和信息化部全国信息技术水平考试有关政策规定以及考试大纲的要求，选择适合自己的证书报考。核发准考证后，不办理考生改报和退考退费事宜。

2．考生在报名前应准备好身份证复印件一份及四张一寸近期半身正面免冠照片，一张贴在报名登记表上（留存），一张贴在准考证上，另外两张贴在证书上。考生凭准考证和身份证参加考试，以备查对。

3．报名登记表按要求填写和加贴照片。
