本月6号我有幸参加全市小学英语教师基本功大赛。本次大赛分为教学设计,板书设计,口语表达以及才艺展示四个部分,来自各县区的近50名英语教师通过此次比赛,展示了自己在英语方面的才华。通过这次参赛及观摩,使我开拓了眼界,看到的自己与其他参赛教师的差距,同时也收获到很多宝贵的经验。
我所参加的是教学设计这个竞赛环节,虽然自己从事英语教学工作已有13年了,但是到了这样的比赛场合还是觉得非常的紧张。再加之自己性格比较慢热,内敛。跟其他的选手相比,自己有点放不开手脚的感觉。讲课的声音也比较小,所以整个课堂气氛比较沉闷,不够活泼不够兴奋。这也是我今后要努力改掉的一个问题。
另外,个人专业素养也有待提高,特别是看到参加口语表达的各位选手,能流利的用英语侃侃而谈,板书设计选手精美流畅且实用性极强的板书,才艺展示选手丰富多样的才艺,心里真是无比的羡慕。所以今后,我要利用业余时间,加强自己的专业水平,不断强化自身的业务能力,提高自身的专业素养。只有拥有足够丰富的专业知识,才能更好的驾驭课堂,才能在面对各种情况时,有临危不乱的勇气。
此次参赛让我受益匪浅,我深深体会到一次有效的课堂教学,要求教师具备处理教材的睿智、设计活动的智慧和当场评价的机智。要勤于反思,从小失误中悟出大道理,在小想法中得到大智慧。通过此次活动自己在教师素养、小学英语教学理念、教与学的层面有了更进一步的认识,对自己的英语教学将起到良好的示范和指导作用,对提高自己专业素质,夯实语言基本功和教学基本功,提高教学效率起到积极的推动作用。

小学英语教师教学基本功大赛观摩心得体会
我有幸观摩了我市小学英语教师基本功大赛。本次比赛活动分为五部分,分别是简笔画、才艺展示、口语、教学设计以及板书设计。来自各县区的37名教师参加了本次基本功比赛。通过这次观摩,我开阔了眼界,看到了自己与参赛教师之间的差距。下面我从以下方面谈一下自己的体会。
首先是口语表达。对于限时命题性口语表达,各参赛选手们在拿到题目后只有十分钟的准备时间,虽然时间很紧,但是各位选手充分的表现了他们的英语功底。他们表达的内容切题,思路清晰,而且注意了开场白和结束语,更重要的是,他们在表达的过程中,强调了语音、语调,表情丰富,就想是在演讲一样,个别教师还加上动作,声情并茂,这一点令我佩服不已,很值得我去学习。
其次是才艺展示。
在才艺展示环节中,各位参赛选手的表现更是令我折服。“小学老师都是多才多艺的,都是全能的”参赛教师们把这句话演绎到了淋漓尽致的地步。他们中有的给动画片上的人物配音,有的改编歌词,把课文内容改编进经典简练的小歌曲,有的表演短剧,有的配乐讲故事,给我印象最深的就是一位男老师,他表演的是龟兔赛跑,其中不但运用的了简笔画,而且还加入了表演,形象生动。
接下来是教学设计和板书设计。
参赛教师们的教学设计各具特色,在设计上紧扣教学大纲、《课程标准》和教学策略。她们在展示过程中,从教材分析、教学目标、教学重难点、教具准备到教学步骤各环节都展示得非常清晰,语言干净利索,各环节的教学目标明确,教学层次分明。而且在教学设计上,几乎每个老师都借助于多媒体,借助于图片、视频进行教学,很好的调动了学生学习的积极性,融学习于娱乐之中,提高了教学效率,相信课堂达成度也会更高。给我留下印象最深的是10号选手,她不但很好的实现了知识能力目标,而且将情感教育渗透于整个教学过程之中,让学生在学会主句型When is your birthday? My birthday is in...? 的同时,还让学生知道生日也是母难日这一道理,教育学生要学会孝顺父母、尊重长辈。使德育和智育很好的结合在了一起。最后一位选手全部用英语表达。体现了她深厚的英语功底。
最后是板书设计。
这也是本次技能大赛的一个环节,多数教师的板书设计新颖,体现出了教学的重难点,通过主副板书,进一步强调了重点。借助于简笔画吸引学生的注意力,起到了辅助教学的作用。
通过观摩这次比赛,我更加清醒的认识到自己的不足,更加明确了自己的奋斗目标和奋斗方向,我要以这些教师为榜样,刻苦钻研,积极学习,扎扎实实的工作,努力使自己的教学基本功越来越扎实。通过自己的不断努力,提高自己的业务水平。

我有幸参加了在大连举行的小学英语教研活动。在这一次小学英语研讨观摩教研活动中,专家的精彩讲座和各省市优秀老师的说课、现场课都令我深感收获满满。因此,很感谢市教育部门和学校能给我这么一次宝贵的外出学习机会,能够聆听到多位师出有名专家的教育思想理念,学习一些优秀教师的有效的教育教学方法,丰富自己,查找不足,以便能更好的为今后的教育教学工作服务。下面我就将本次学习的过程和学习心得做以简短的汇报:
出席本次大会的有全国各省、市的英语教研员和优秀教师达一千多人。在开幕式上,国家基础教育实验中心外语教育研究中心副秘书长致开幕词。开幕式后,专家分别就现阶段小学英语教学中存在的教学内容与形式、教学实效性等问题进行了阐述,指出了我们现在英语实际教学中普遍存在的这些问题,并给予了一些可行性的建议,值得我们在教学中予以借鉴。观课后,专家精彩的指点更易于我们对课型的理解和接受,有时碰到某节课中存在的困惑我的教学中也是同样存在和难以处理,此时专家的点评就好似在给我们指路,特别有针对性和实效性。
此次学习的最大的感悟有以下几点:
一、教学中要放手学生
小学教师往往像细心的妈妈总是紧紧地牵着孩子的小手,生怕孩子碰着哪儿磕着,使孩子失去了滚打跌爬的锻炼机会。一厢情愿的为学生设计平坦的知识大道,却剥夺了学生在原生态下尽情暴露错误的教学需要,也使教师失去了最为宝贵的第一手教学资料。在二天的现场观摩课活动中,多个教师都给了学生自己更多的听说读写和思考的机会,我想这种教学尝试可以让教师能从繁重的课堂教学中解脱出,又能让学生学的主动、积极参与,这种教学方法值得我学习和试探。
二、不断提高自身英语教学素质
教师自身的良好素质,包括英语能力水平,也包括其他方面的文化素养,是上好课的重要前提和基本保证。其中多名教师的纯正发音,流利的口语表达给我留下了深刻的印象,也激励着我多学习和进步。我决心从以下几个方面提升自我:
1、加强口语交际能力,发音准确。
2、善于利用多媒体等多种手段辅助教学。
3、改善教态,不仅要在课堂上能轻松,活泼,亲和地进行授课。
4、加强自身课堂调控能力。
三、教学活动地设计要有实效性
本次赛课中,专家点评时曾多次提到这个问题,在观摩中我反思自己的教学中也曾同样存在实效性的问题。我们在设计教学时往往只想到怎样让课堂地氛围活跃,却忽视了热闹地教学活动背后学生的知识点真正掌握了多少。本次会议特别强调教学要实际,既要将学生调动起来又要让学生扎实地掌握,这就对我们教师提出了更高地要求,教学活动地设计要有明确地目的(也就是我为什么这么设计,这样学生是否会被调动起来,能否达到预期地效果„„);教学活动地设计不应繁杂而应贴近学生的学习生活(也就是要便于学生理解和操作,不可浪费课上宝贵地时间,也为后面地实际运用做铺垫);教学活动要充分利用学生资源(也就是学生、教室资源和教具能达到的不用课件、学生、教室资源不用教具,尽可能少地使用不必要地教具,用就要用得有效果、有价值)。
四、通过“大赛”看我校英语教学
我校领导一直以来给予我们英语教学高度的重视和科学的理论指导,经过这次学习,我认识到我们的英语课堂教学方向是正确的。我校英语教学水平并不落后于人,我们的不足之处就在于我们反思总结的能力还有待于加强,对学生学习英语的能力还需进一步探索,这是我今后努力的方向。
总之,通过观摩学习,我深刻地反省了自己小学英语教学之路,发现了自己的不足点滴,我对自己提出了许多思考方向:怎样尽快适应小学英语教学逐步提高英语课堂教学的实效?如何培养孩子养成学习英语的良好习惯?相信通过我的不断努力和借鉴,我一定能克服困难,成长为一名称职、优秀的小学英语教师。
