我很奇怪，又不是什么恶劣的天气，刮大风，下大雨我们还要按时上学，怎么一场雾霾就阻挡了我们上学的脚步呢？于是，我习惯性地拉开窗帘，向窗外望去，看到外面白茫茫的一片灰暗，对面的楼房都模模糊糊得看不清楚。
我好奇地问妈妈，什么是雾霾啊？为什么有了雾霾我们就要停课呢？我看到爸爸妈妈上班都是全副武装的，帽子、口罩的全部都用上了。平时上班也没有这么装备齐全。妈妈说，关于雾霾她也解释不很清楚，等查了资料，下班后再告诉我。
妈妈告诉我：雾是空中细微的小水珠，它跟刮风、下雪是一样的，属于一种正常的自然现象，而霾是空中细小的颗粒，两者合在一起就是雾霾，雾霾含有灰尘、硫酸、硝酸、有机碳氢化合物等微粒，并含有多种传染性病菌，对人体非常有害，特别是对你们这些12岁以下的孩子来说，是影响很大的。所以，学校要停课是正确的'。
雾霾天气严重影响了我们的日常生活和工作，给我们带来了极大的不便，所以，我们在这样的天气要减少外出，外出要戴帽子、口罩，最好不出门，回家后还要做好清洁工作。
与此同时，我们应该做到更要的一点，以后要保护好我们生存的环境，保护好我们的家园，尽量不开车，骑电动车、自行车或者乘公交车，低碳环保，减少机动车的尾气排放量，多植树造林等等……

让我们先看看雾霾是如何形成的呢?雾霾是由空气中的灰尘和对身体有害的颗粒物飘到空中形成的,它的形成是因为环境污染,比如汽车排放的尾气、工厂排放的浓烟、建筑工地盖房子时扬起的灰尘等,连过年和各种庆典时放的烟花爆竹也会污染空气的,这些有害气体时间长了就会形成雾霾天气。雾霾都有那些危害呢?它可以使人们生病,像感冒、咳嗽、支气管炎等呼吸系统疾病,严重的能诱发肺炎和肺癌呀。特别是老年人和我们小学阶段的学生受的危害更大!从电视上看到前几天从东北到江南十几个省市的'雾霾都连成了一片,好多地方的机场和高速公路都被迫关闭。特别是雾霾严重的南京市中小学生因为雾霾天气都停课放假了三天,许许多多的人们外出时嘴上都带着口罩。司机开车时连前方的道路都看不清楚了,这样很容易出现车祸的,雾霾真是可怕啊!
虽然雾霾是有害的,可是我们该如何防雾霾保健康呢?如何消灭雾霾呢?遇到严重的雾霾上学时最好带上防雾霾的口罩;关闭门窗少在室外活动;雾霾天气不要在操场上体育课,更不要在雾霾天气开运动会。从长远的角度考虑要消灭雾霾那就需要我们保护好我们自已的环境,不乱扔垃圾;大人们出门时低碳出行少开车;让污染的工厂更环保;多栽树禁烧秸秆;只要人们都注意节约环保,我们的天空就会变得更加蓝,新鲜的空气每天都会伴随着我们健康成长的。

这几天，雾霾太严重了，每天都是灰蒙蒙的雾霾笼罩着天空。
妈妈给我讲过北京、河北的雾霾更严重，高速路很多都封起来了。哎！为什么它是中国首都呀？我觉得叫中国“霾都”还差不多。
雾霾是如何形成的呢？当PM2.5超过大气循环能力和承载度，极易出现大范围的雾霾。PM2.5又是什么呢？PM2.5是指大气中直径小于或等于2.5微米的颗粒物，它含有大量有毒有害物质，对人体健康和大气环境质量有着严重的影响。
雾霾是如何侵入人体并破坏健康的呢？那就让我细细说来。
PM2.5和它的“兄弟们”正进行着一项“闯关游戏”，而这项闯关游戏直接危害着人类的健康。
第一关：鼻孔。它们进入鼻孔以后，大约20微米以上的'“兄弟”都在这阵亡；第二关：咽喉。这一关只有大约10微米以上的才会“离世”，但PM2.5它们身体轻盈，却很好通过。第三关：肺泡，它们一路和白细胞、淋巴细胞作战，人类的肺泡有3亿多个，它们一旦挡住肺泡，人类就喘不过气来。
并且，注意了！它们有“高级小兵”——直径小于0.5微米，可以直接进入血管，只要有更多“高级小兵”，就会让血管变窄，血压升高，引发血栓；而且会向人类“核心”发起进攻，因此引发心肌缺血、损伤，心律紊乱，引发心梗……雾霾的危害实在太可怕了！
其实，我们每口呼吸，雾霾都在“杀人”。
如果我们每一个人都能从自身做起，少开车，绿色出行；多种树，保护森林……相信未来我们就能天天看到蓝天白云、青山绿水了。

为什么会有雾霾呢?它是如何产生的?针对这两个问题，我们学校的老师曾带领我们做过这方面的调查，通过调查，我知道雾霾是由汽车尾气、工业排放废气、道路扬尘等人为因素造成的。不仅如此，这也和我们大量砍伐树木有关。众所周知，树木可有效减少尘土的侵害，还能将我们呼出的二氧化碳变为新鲜空气。
我认为雾霾所带来的危害太大，需要人们重视，不然，我们生活在这样的环境里，身体很容易出现毛病。为了让我们的身体不受雾霾的侵害，我们需要让环境变得更好!

在地铁上，我问妈妈为什么冬季经常会有雾霾呢？妈妈想了想说，在我国北方，人们是靠火炉取暖的，火炉燃烧排出的污染物排放到空中，再由西北风带到了上海。但是只要吹一阵大风，就可以把污染物吹走了。果然，到了晚上刮起了大风，空气质量一下子又变回了优。能呼吸到新鲜空气，真好。

行者雾霾没有办法，只好去找佛祖，佛祖抬手给了他十个净他装置，让行者安在人类工业排气口上。行者照做后又去挑战雾霾怪，雾霾怪见行者又来了，抽起长刀又和行者打了起来，可大圣勇猛，雾霾招架不住又想放出雾霾逃跑，可他这次却怎么也放不出来了，行者在雾霾愣神的一功夫，一下就把他打成原形，原来是雾霾精变成的。
孙悟空又把附近的人们聚集在一起，对大家说：“地球只有一个，你们难道把它毁掉吗？”人群里鸦雀无声。孙悟空又说；"地球是唯一一个可以让人类生存的星球，要是地球灭亡了，你们该怎么办呢？”人们醒悟过来了，异口同声地说：“孙大圣，我们知道错了，我们再也不会让雾霾来侵害地球了，我们会好好保护地球，不让地球受一点伤害。”
终于，人类又重见蓝天、白云。孙悟空看见这美丽的城市，忍不住想在这儿永远住下来，可天神条规在此，他不得不又回到了天宫……
