2013年秋季学期参加洪恩英语培训学习心得这是我第一次参加洪恩幼儿英语培训，真是受益匪浅，收获的不仅仅是新的知识，更多的是教学观念和教学模式。这次培训让我印象最深的便是洪恩英语很注重教学过程，他们的365教学法是很值得提倡的，当主讲老师刘杰老师问我们幼儿教学中的“三大灵魂”是什么，也就是说幼儿上课过程中最喜欢干什么，几乎没人能答得上来，经过刘老师的不断引导，我们方才得知是“故事”、“游戏”、“歌曲”，没错，如果教学过程中我们知道了幼儿最喜欢干什么，那么上好一节课就不是问题。在培训时，我们听得最多的是歌曲，做得最多的便是舞蹈动作，一节课下来老师们都觉得很轻松。我想这样的方式不仅可以吸引学生的注意力，提高他们的学习兴致，还可以避免出现孩子在上课时手脚乱动的情况发生。记得在实习期间我在担任语文老师的同时也上英语课，我将在学校所学到的知识全都用在教学上，课堂前半段学生还是比较活跃注意力比较集中，到后半段时就有部分同学开始坐不住了，手脚开始乱动，无论我怎么努力，也hold不住全场。现在看来边说英语边做动作就能解决这类问题。虽然刘老师上课方式和我在学校所学的方法大同小异，教学环节也是倡导“五环教学”，即：1.热身2.故事3.单词4.句型5.歌曲。每个环节是环环相扣，用轻松愉快的音乐进行过渡。

可以说这次的培训的知识很有侧重性，对教学很有帮助。学习内容侧重点很强，给我们培训的老师能够毫无保留的把她们在教学中出现的问题和好的解决方法及教学方法告诉我们。这对于我来说无疑是走了捷径。通过名师的示范讲解使我学到了很多好的教学方法。例如：在教学中怎样运用歌曲激发学生的学习兴趣；怎样设计教学过程，每个教学环节应该注意什么，还学习了课堂用语。当然也发现了自己自身存在的不足。例如：歌曲运用的不恰当，讲解课文拓展不到位；训练学生的听、说、读、写不到位；游戏设计的不合理......最让我羡慕的是马丽佳老师在教学中对英文歌曲的运用，这是一名能歌善舞的老师，她很热情，她的歌声很美，她能在课堂上恰当的运用歌曲教学激发学生的兴趣，让学生在歌中学会英语。她教了我们很多歌曲，《Igotlove》，《Sea》，《TeacherBetty》，《Canyou？》，《Whatdoyouwanttodo？》，《Yummy》，《Thankyou》，《Makeacircle》，《Upanddown》等等。她一边唱，一边做动作。同时也指导我们模仿、学习。同时她也要求我们能在课堂教学中运用歌曲。《英语课程标准》对歌曲教学的要求是：通过唱英语歌曲，培养学生的兴趣及审美情趣。我们要充分并正确的利用好歌曲这一辅助手段，为英语课堂教学服务。教学中在什么情境下运用英语歌，运用什么样的英语歌，这都是有讲究的。的确，英语歌曲的学习一定会激发学生学习英语的兴趣。课前唱歌已成了英语课堂的必备环节。唱歌是小孩子的爱好。唱歌不仅使老师有了激情、学生有了积极性，歌唱得好的学生口语也很棒。口语差的学生，唱英语歌也是提高口语的有效途径。每节课上课前，根据教学内容和学生的精神状态，让学生欣赏、唱英语歌曲或用录音机播放英语歌，能使学生从下课活动中迅速转移到课堂教学中来，能让学生尽快从心理上作好上课的准备。
在小学英语教学中，英语歌曲有着不可替代的作用。音韵优美和谐、节奏轻快鲜明的英语歌曲,能激发学生学习英语的兴趣，调节学习情绪，促进对所学内容的内化和吸收，是学生学习的好帮手。我认为以英语歌曲来进行英语教学，是一种成功的、行之有效的教学方法。如：
1.在教学过程中，唱几首英语歌曲，可以调动学生主观能动性，营造英语学习的良好氛围，使学生处于主体的地位，让他们积极参与教学活动中，使学生开动脑筋，积极思考回答问题，做课堂的主人，激发学生的学习动机，能促使他们在轻松自如的情况下，主动地接受教育。
2.学生在课堂上注意力不集中或出现困倦时，多是因为其大脑已经进入了疲劳状态，出现了思维低谷。这时老师如果能够放一些旋律轻快的歌曲可以使学生在学习之余消除学习的疲劳，使身心得到放松，使已经不大集中的注意力再度收拢，将学生唤回到课堂活动之中，保证教学任务顺利完成。
3.唱歌可以激发学生学习的兴趣，还可以增强增强学生对英语的理解和记忆。
4.英语歌曲把语言知识融合于有趣的歌词中，将知识与趣味、抽象与形象紧密地结合起来，为学生提供更多的感性知识和形象材料，使学生在学习过程中保持着高昂的斗志和浓厚的兴趣，在听、唱英语歌的过程中加深对所学内容的理解与记忆。
当然，她还告诉我们如何创编英语歌曲。在教学中，我们自己也可以编一些独特的英语歌曲。
在今后的教学中，我会教学生很多的英语歌曲，调动学生学习英语的兴趣。在不断提高自己业务能力的同时，
