听力方面,我觉得最好每天都听一会儿,二十分钟就行了,可以买本听力辅导资料,循序渐进,难度有梯度逐渐加大的那种就挺好的.要么就不听,听的话就要100%集中注意力,边听边简略地写下听到的内容,听的时候带着给出的问题去听,一般问题都会给出一些信息的.阅读方面也要每天都练,刚开始如果做不下去,可以一天做两篇,然后做三篇,最后一个月每天做四篇,做的时候要有时间概念,要和时间赛跑,四级考试对于很多第一次参加的人来说,时间都是很紧张的,没有多少剩余的.我也一样,所以在平时练习时一定要讲究速度,当然准确率才是最最重要的,做题时一定要联系上下文,千万不要凭主观猜测.还有,我建议先读题目后看文章,带着问题去读文章会更有目的性,知道要看的重点在哪里.当然这要因人而宜了,先读题目还是先读文章根据自己的能力和兴趣,习惯决定吧.作文方面一定要好好重视,我上次作文的分数很低,首先,因为时间紧张,字迹比较潦草,结构也有些凌乱,低分也是理所当然的,在这里,我建议大家在平时的备考中常常动动笔,多做以前的作文题,限时完成,这样在考试中会得心应手些.除此,我也背些名言警句和一些写得比较好的比较美的句子,所以我建议大家平时多看些范文,注意一些关联词和一些转折词,承上启下的词句,这些在试卷中出现的话都会成为亮点,当然肯定也会成为得分点了.总而言之,要想过四级,就得每天让自己浸没在英语的氛围中,去感受英语,这样就会让自己的英语每天都有进步,progress day by day!至于计算机一级嘛,理论部分大家没有必要去背教科书,在考试前把参加辅导时发的辅导资料从头到尾背几篇基本上就可以搞定了.操作部分就要常上机操作操作了,word ,powerpoint,frontpage比较简单,会做几套试题就够了,因为这三部分的相关题目都是千篇一律,相差无几的,搞熟几套就行了.最难的就是EXCEL了,这部分要多花精力多上机操作操作了,但只要常上机练习练习,这部分的大部分分数还是可以拿到的,再者,前面三部分的大部分分数是非常好拿的,这样一加,操作部分也是很好搞定的.总之,只要你想过计算机一级,花了足够的时间和精力去练习,去准备了,计算机一级还是非常非常好过的.最后我向大家讲述一下我对大学英语和计算机的认识,考级不是我们的最终目标,我们的最终目标是把它们掌握好,在将来利用它们更好地工作,英语可以让我们和外企更好地交流(我个人觉得现在建筑业外企更受择业者青睐),计算机在我们工作中的作用不言而喻,对它的操作能力直接影响到我们的工作效率,所以我们必须对英语和计算机要有一定的掌握能力,而考级便是检测我们这种能力的一种手段,我们应该以一颗平常心,很自然地对待它们,接受它们.

409各兄弟如唔：实在不好意思，本说是我在短时间内和你们分享我的四级准备心得。但由于一些考试和班上事务交错，有些力不从心。最主要的是试卷刚完成五套，自认为感情还不够充沛，恐表述不能完全达我意，（罗东文学青年深知这一点）望诸位谅解。不再赘述，进入正题吧。

首当其冲的便是作文，从小学至现在，无论中英文考试，作文都是放在最后的，四级作文居然摆在最前面，令我十分诧异，诧异之余思考命题者何故如此，百思不得其解，唯一的解释便是：怕大家把刚背的范文或框架忘了。呵呵（纯粹玩笑）如果大家有兴致，可去网上搜查或询问一下资深老师。且不论其用意，我们见招拆招。作文，在我看来，素材是最重要的，简单的说，多背一些东西。我认为要拿七成或七五成的分，背熟5篇范文即可，注意是彻底地弄熟。把框架理解透彻，三段式：开头——理由陈述——结尾总结（相信大家也烂熟）。如想八成甚至九成的分数，那就得多背了，10-15篇，关键是要真正弄懂内在联系和其中巧妙的配合。例如：Firstly…，后面千万别接second，而是相应的secondly。虽说你没错，但阅卷老师觉得你掌握的不透彻，仅浮于表面。如三国孔明所说：“阵，不在术，而在道。”并不在于你掌握了多少阵法，而在于你对一个阵法的运用是否娴熟。

接下来，是快速阅读。纵观全卷，此部分是最不用动脑筋的。如果你对它仍有一丝恐惧，待我指点一二助你。快速阅读，顾名思义，重在快速。Skimming和scanning，你们查一下字典便知，“扫读”之意，故不用把全文都完整地读一遍。先看题目，再看文章。我发现，它题目的设置，是按照文章结构从上到下而来的，所以我是看一道做一道，步步为赢。0.0 看题目时不可盲目，要有重点，重点便是主语。例：Television is an attractive advertising medium in that ____。主语便是Television。With the increase in the number of TV channels。主语便是the increase in the number of TV channels。一找到主语就立马去文章找相应的地方，我有一习惯就是找到之后在那一句或两句下面画上一线，一面回头检查时忘记在哪了。注意“一，几套试卷下来，我发现填空的最后一题是总结性的（一般情况下），所以不要浪费时间在最后面甚至是在中间找，多花点时间在前面尤其是开头一段。但也不能太绝对，大家要注意灵活性。二，可能，有些人不读全文就感觉不踏实，心里没底。其实我刚开始时就属于这种，原因是专四阅读题目的设置特点，答案是题目都具有极大的跳跃性，不通读文章就不敢确定答案的正确与否，所以适应快速阅读我用了几套题目才扭转过来。我们要清楚，考试重要的是你的题目能否做出来，你知不知道文章甚至不知道它讲什么也无妨，这样想过之后你就会放宽许多。

听力，可能对一些人是老大难。除了多听没什么捷径可以走得。但，在考试时，一些准备是要做的。我这里想提一下看题目，因为很重要。看题目，section A的11题可以看一下，最重要的是后面的conversation、passage和section C。section A 看了第一题就足够，其它的题目你有充足的时间在考的时候边读。万一，你硬是时间不够，你可以放弃section C 的阅读，毕竟它听力材料读三遍，前面的切不可弃之不读。四级的听力也是颇有玩味的——无题目。刚开始，我犯了一错误，看选择答案然后自己拟题目，虽大部分靠拢，但是总有那么三四个是有错误的。例如“2008年6月的23题，它问的是女主角第一份工作是什么，而我认为听力材料讲了许多女主角现在的工作，我不等它念题目就选了C，结果自然谬之千里。但也并不是完全不能猜题目，只是不能太得意忘形，太绝对。既然它没有设置题目，自然考得就是你瞬间记忆能力，这种能力在后来大家考托福、雅思也是需要的。所以大家在平时要有意思地培养一下，比如，听一段文章，停止后回忆一下它讲了什么。Section C，单词部分需要一是熟悉程度，越熟悉反应就越快。二是光反应快还不行，手写也要快，眼疾手快。句子部分，大家要学会速记，一个单词只写前面几个字母即可，但自己要记得、认识。我做这一

部分时也觉得有些头痛，因为一句话实在是太长，专四的听写文章我倒没觉得这么长，而我其他同学都觉得SO EASY，看来是我技术问题啊，呵呵，也可能是考完专四后我整个人都松散下来的缘故。

选词填空，听刘雅琦说是最难的部分，听罗东说你们都放在最后面做。先后不是大问题，做法或方法才是最重要的。第一眼看到文章的时候要在短时间之内了解文章里讲的是什么，还有它的结构。做到这两点，宏观上就基本懂了这篇文章，这样对你选词时就有莫大的帮助，就不会无方向感。具体到每一个空时，最最先要知道的是它这里要填的词性，是动词？名词？还是副词。如果你觉得有些困难的话，就要多看看英文文章培养语感了。第二个是里面还会有不少的固定搭配，所以在平时的备考中要有意识地背背固定短语还有一些词组。我不知道星期天给你们补课的老师给你们讲的什么，如果讲的是常考高频词汇和短语的话，你们就要记下来并且花心思去背、记了。

至于阅读理解和完形填空，我倒是不用多说什么了。从初中到现在，你们做过无数，积累了不少经验，也形成了自己做题的一套方法，多说恐有扰乱军心之嫌，呵呵。不过，我特别想说的一点是，要做真题！做完了也要多看，看了还要多思考出题者的意图，自己犯的什么错误，是没有理解文章或是忽略了细节还是自己以偏概全了。而我自己，就是一个很好的反面教材。我在备考专四时，认为真题不怎么难，多研究没什么提高，便买了听力、语法与词汇、阅读、完形填空各一本书，天天沉浸其中，而真题就做了一遍然后不管了。而买的参考书都是偏难的。结果考试时，虽觉得题目过于容易，但是把题目复杂化了，想得比出题者想得还多。我记得我是提前半个多小时就把答题卡填好了，就坐在那里傻等，英语检查时检查不出什么的（自己的体会）。后来，对答案时就傻眼了。因为我习惯了模拟题的方式，也将它用于正式考试上，自然也就不搭了。而我那些专研专四真题不知看了多少遍的同学说考了很多原题且感觉很好时，我心里的失落也就不用说了。前一阵子，我在群里问你们做了多少真题时，最多的好像是两套，有的甚至一套都没有做！真题的题目的难度也就是你参加四级考试的难度，做真题的状况和感觉也就是你考试时的感觉，所以切不可轻视真题！

最后来到了翻译。在我看来(个人理解)，这应当叫做语法题。第一次接触四级试题时，我奇怪为什么会没有语法选择题，语法在英语考试中向来是兵家必考之地。后来，做至卷末，我发现语法原来在这里！真是众里寻他千百度，蓦然回首它却在灯火阑珊处。当然，不能说死了，就这里考语法，作文、完形甚至听力都在考验你的语法水平。只是在这里更为集中。弄明白这点后，大家就知道重点要准备的是语法，从我做的近几年的试卷中，我没看见什么太难的词汇需要你翻译，所以说还是重在语法。在做的时候有人会觉得很慌，怕翻译得不准确，跟参考答案不一样就会觉得很灰心。我认为大家不用过于苛责，只要翻得对，时态、主谓一致、名词单复数形式没有错的话，即使不那么地道，甚至有点chiglish的话老师也会给你全分的。当然，这也是我主观臆断了，给分权毕竟在阅卷老师手中，不在我手中。不过，都是中国人，老师应该在外语学习上松松手的，哈哈。还有，这里的固搭也考得特别多，说白了，固搭也就是语法中的一个部分。例：the more … the..，我在06年两套试题中碰见两次，虽然不是同一题型。由此看来，固搭大家要多多下功夫了。

急急地写了一些，也不知道符不符合大家的口味，希望不会被我绕晕了，那我罪过就大了。真心希望能对大家备考有些帮助，哪怕是有点，我就心满意足了，不枉费我一番苦心了。虽不敢说字字是血，但也句句是真，句句含情。希望大家能百忙之中花点时间浏览一遍。因为很多都是我个人的想法，所以并不是都适合大家，最好的是大家能我这些砖头里面找到自己的玉，这也才是真正的王道。英语也没什么，慢工细活，多费些时间就会有成效。说得这么好听，其实自己也是比较懒的人，不太肯花时间，呵呵。

巧背四级词汇

单词记忆方法非常多，我们要早点找到适合自己的好方法。我们不要一次记单词时间太长，多重复记忆，用零碎时间来记，在不同环境下记7次可以达到比较好的记忆效果。

比如我们可以把四级单词制成vocabulary card，单词卡上一面写单词，反面写对应的中文意思，有空闲的时间就拿出来看一看，比如坐公车的时候，下课的课间，晚上睡前，每次5到10分钟时间就足够了，当你把背单词的时间拆开以后，就不会觉得背单词是难以完成和坚持的任务了；

多把单词跟自己的实际生活相联系，用生活的场景来记忆单词，如商品包装上的单词，街上店铺名字的单词如China Construction Bank建设银行，生活中的缩写如WTO（World Trade Organization）CIA（Central Intelligence Agency）都含有很多单词。

还可以大声朗读含有四级常考单词的四级真题句子，这样即有助于背单词，也可以帮助培养真题语感。

快速阅读

快速阅读的训练，考生要通过做题来完成。做题时，考生要有针对性地练习一些快速阅读方法，比如扫描阅读，眼睛快速扫过文章，对无关紧要的信息就跳过去，重点寻找关键信息。再比如学会区分精读和略读，重要内容就精读，其他内容就略读。要想提高快速阅读能力，考生还要克服一些不良的阅读习惯，比如阅读时遇到生词就查字典，或是不会默读而要读出声，又或是眼睛逐行扫描文章降低了阅读速度。

你必须每天要听，可以选取真题里的短文进行听写，然后结合适当的泛听。听力有三种题型，dialogue(十个对话)，passage(三个短文)，compound

dictation(复合式听写，也就是传说中的段子题)，第一种每年必考，后两种逐年交替，其中考passage的次数相对较多。

最容易得分的是dialogue和passage，只要记住一个超级技巧即可：对话所述事情总是向不好的方面发展。举几个例子：比如对话里问教授的讲座lecture难不难，记住一定难，老师的作业assignment多不多，一定多，男士发出的邀请，女士会答应吗，永远不会，永远是一个傻哥们发出邀请，邀请的对象是Mary，问我们游泳好吗，滑冰好吗，跳舞好吗，吃饭好吗，Mary的回答永远是，我非常的想去，but不去，四级考了十几年了，Mary从来没有去过，今年照样不会。所以大家记住，只要是对话，必然会发生意外的事情，再举个例子，两个选项，A火车准时，B火车晚点如果你是出题老师，你怎么设置对话，当然是晚点了，准时有什么好说的，总不能两个神经病，或者是两人刚谈恋爱，来到车站，没话找话，男的说，哇，火车准时了，女的说，咿！还真准时了耶！所以准时是不可能的，不好的事情一般都是最后的答案！对于compound dictation，上学期偶运气好没有考这个，但是偶觉得这种题确实比较难，只能竖直耳朵专心听了，即使听不懂，也要根据上下文瞎猜一个，空着肯定没分，瞎猜说不定老师看错了还会给你一分！

●考试前一周每天复习的词汇少一点，对重点词汇强化掌握；

最后冲刺期的听力时间提到上午9点左右，做到与真实考试时间吻合； 利用这短暂的几天把以前的错题再做一遍。把仍然出错的地方找出来，看看到底是哪一方面的问题。是非谓语动词的问题比较多还是连词的使用上有什么问题，是主题体型把握不好还是对文章理解上有一些什么样的问题？然后根据这些问题去请教一下同学老师，或者查阅一下有关书籍。把错题集中消灭。或者把改正过来的错题都背诵下来，使自己从以前错误的思维模式中跳出来，同时形成对正确选项的条件反射。这样的话，在考试的时候，做题的准确率也会大大提高。

对于广大考生、尤其是那些第一次英语四级考生来说，他们可能对考试过程及要求不清楚，难免有好奇心、畏惧心，考试时很有可能紧张不安。我们提醒考

端正心态，应对英语四级听力

考试中的心理偏差有两种，一是过于放松，难以集中注意力，总是想起别的东西，无法抓住听力内容的关键词；二是过于紧张，心跳加快，手心出汗，有头晕的感觉。出现前一种情况的同学要加强训练，找一个与考试环境相似的教室，模仿真实的考试场景，逐渐进入状态；出现后一种情况的同学可能是对自己的能力估计不足，心中无数，有一种惧怕心理。这就要从自身做起，平时加强听力训练，做到有的放矢，弥补弱项。从而充满自信，保持心理稳定。在考前，把指令背熟，然后在放指令的录音时，阅读选择项，并进行有关的预测，这时，紧张的心理自然消除了。另外，要做到顺其自然，我们的意思是不要怕漏听一些非关键部分，像介词、连词、冠词等，总之不要去想一个没听到或一个不熟悉的单词，否则，会漏听更多内容。关于心理准备。在开首，我们提出同学们在练习听力以及正式的考试中都必须遵循的一条，就是放松心情，但要使听觉系统紧张起来。只有放松心情，才能正常(甚至超水平)发挥听力。

●考试时

作文：动笔不要太早

其实作文考试的时间(30分钟)绝对绰绰有余，如果直接开写，很容易会造成跑题，或写到一半发现无话可说的现象。这样会打乱你考试的节奏，对心情也是一个重大打击。建议考生利用前5分钟，用极其精要的词在试卷上列出提纲。

快速阅读：学会“跳读”

在快速阅读环节，很多同学还是全文阅读之后再做题，浪费很多时间。其实应该学会“跳读”，因为即使你看懂了全文，所考的内容才占10%，所以先看问题，再到文中找答案的“定位”能力比较重要。

听力：困难在复合式听写

提前将题目看完，做到心中有数，可将题目中的重点词标记，听时注意记时间，地点，人名等

很多同学发现听力的选择题比较容易把握，但是最后的复合式听写才是“心腹大患”。针对复合式听写前8个单词的考察，建议大家熟记大纲词汇700个中字母数超过10个的长词，而且一边背，一边要熟悉它的正确英语发音。最后三句话建议还是尽量听懂大意，不要急着去写听出来的词，结合大意，用最简单的英语去改写。

仔细阅读：抓住32字真言

仔细阅读部分是考试中的重头戏。很多同学读完一篇还是不知所云，或者很容易被干扰选项所打乱阵脚。所以针对这种现象，老师建议同学们做到以下32个字：跳读全文，抓住中心；阅读选项，词性分类瞻前顾后，灵活选择；复读全文，谨慎调整。

综合部分：要会分配时间

从模拟情况看，很多同学还不能很好地分配时间。建议大家做改错题起码留出10分钟，翻译5分钟。对改错，历年的真题中都会出现典型的错误点，出现频率最高的是主谓不一致、名词单复数、词义的正反用错、非谓语动词、词组搭配、故意漏词等等，考生只要把历年的真题改错都做好总结，掌握了这些错误点，做起题来也会容易很多。针对翻译，考生们只要读懂中文大意，选用学过的最简单单词和词组，串连成句，注意时态和单词拼写问题后一般不会有太大差错。
