2014年下期小学六年级英语教学总结

本学期，我担任六年级的英语教学工作。现对本学期的教学工作做一总结。

一、学习课标，明确教学目标。

为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求、树立起新的育人理念，我抽休息时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，了解了此次英语课程改革的目的、掌握了此次英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。

二、扎实备课，理清教学思路。

备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点：

１、课前备课，做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教学参考书，既备教材、教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新知的横向衔接；既要突出重点，又要突破难点；既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。

２、课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我通过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动，将教学内容层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动有趣“快乐堡”，让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新知，通过反复的趣味操练（如：唱、演、玩、画、涂色、做手工等形式）来巩固所学新知。在活动中学生们都乐于参与，充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。

３、课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，写出教后感，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。

三、认真上课，体现以人为本。

1、巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。

2、图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点，充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。

3、游戏活动，巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后，抓住学生争强好胜的心理，通过师生互动、生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开；为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学习环境，以简单易操作的趣味性、多样化游戏为主来实施教学，让学生进行反复模仿、认读、玩演、视听，从而给他们提供充分的活动和交流机会，让学生在玩的过程中获得新知，提高他们语言的运用能力，培养他们的学习兴趣。

四、努力总结和发现问题，及时调整教学策略

在实际教学过程中，我还应积极实践，不断探索，针对实际工作中出现的问题和学生身心特点，总结规律，认真思考，不断摸索。

总之，要做好英语的“传道、授业、解惑”，还要求教师继续不断的深入开发新的教学方法，深入钻研教材，多读书、多看报、多上网学习，利用一切可能的条件，不断的充实自己、积累资料、研究教学，才能让英语的教学成绩百尺竿头，更进一步。

六年级英语备课组工作总结

一学期匆匆而过，短暂、忙碌却充实，我们英语备课组在各级领导的关怀下，认真学习学校的有关教学计划，严格执行教学制度和要求，在工作上扎扎实实、不断创新，团结合作，圆满完成各项任务。同时，我们以“新课标”精神为指导，围绕学校提出的各项计划，开展了多种形式的教科研活动，切实提高了教学质量和教师自身的水平。现将本学期六年级英语组的教学工作总结如下:

一、集体备课。

我们把每周一下午定为集体备课时间。教师针对本周及下周上课内容进行说课。讨论出新课的上课程序，改进的新教学方法；研究出上课的目标及重难点探讨并解决课时难点的教学方法。通过讨论来解决上课时可能出现的问题，并作以相对应的对策。通过集体备课能在上课时达到最好的教学效果。

二、教学安排。

提前安排好每周的教学计划。把每个单元的知识点一一列罗好。我们定于每单元测试，每周提前把这些测试题打印出来备用。每个单元结束后，通过这些测试来检查教学效果，再根据反应的情况查漏补缺！

三、主要成绩。

本学期学生们在听，说，读，写等各个方面得到了不同程度的提高。本学期各班学生的成绩也直线上升。各班平时的测试中，满分人数在增加，不及格人数在减少。今年复习中，我们攻破了看图写单词，音标连线，及汉译英，连词成句这些难关，收效不错！备课组的活动解决了教学上的难点，打破了以往的陈规，提高了教学效率，锻炼了教师调度课堂的能力。今后，我们将更加努力地工作，积极探索集体备课的新思路和新方法

一、教研组情况介绍

本组成员年龄较年轻，大家团结奋进，积极进取。大家有奉献精神，每天早来迟走，培优补差。教学资源共享，分配任务及时完成，这样一支团结的队伍，是教育教学取得成功的保证。

二、采取的主要措施

为了确保每一次集体备课的质量，我们组经过集体研究，采取了以下措施:

1、定活动时间和地点。

把集体备课时间设为两周一次。一到这个时间，全组教师都会放下手头的工作，准时到达学校会议室参加集体研讨活动。

2、定主讲发言人。

每次集体备课，我们都指定主备教师为主讲发言人，负责主持会议，汇总大家的意见，阐述自己的备课过程。每次活动临结束时，再定出下一次集体备课的主讲发言人，并定好下一次的课题研究内容，让主讲教师做准备。

3、集体备课.让老师们坐在一起共同探讨教学方法，寻找教学途径，共同进步。

4、创造条件让老师们上公开课，在教学实践中锻炼他们成长。

三、提高自身素质和业务能力，抓好课堂常规。

教育教学改革、素质教育的实施和教育现代化工程的推进，英语教师在教育思想、教学方式、教学手段等方面已有了“求变”的意识、渴望和尝试。通过教学研讨、英语教师集体备课、写论文、写反思等活动，交流经验、体会，把握课改脉搏。英语是一个走在教改前头的科目，内容的更新和方法的改革使教师需要自己去创新，在尝试中成长。教师以课堂教学为中心，努力落实新课程标准，渗透新教材倡导的课改思想。努力优化课堂教学设计和养成好的课堂常规。全组教师能认真钻研教材，在教学中根据各班学生的实际情况，适当调整，使全体学生的英语水平达到大纲的要求。在平时的课堂教学中非常注意强化小学英语“听、说、读、写”训练。因此各位教师平时坚持做到:认真指导学生发准每个音;全面负责，把好语音关;英语组教师在平时较注重指导正确的书写，训练学生从抄写字词向抄写句子过渡，提高他们的书写能力。在备课中，能严格按照教研室的要求，做到清晰、规范，备过程、备方法、备教材、备学生，做到“心中有本”、“心中有生”。上课中，尽量用英语组织教学，并要求学生用英语进行简单的会话。课后认真反思，及时总结得失，以利于以后的教学。为了能更好地提高英语教学质量，我组能针对学生在英语学习过程中存在的实际情况，及时地进行补差补缺，做到把握教材和教学目标的统一，发现问题及时补救，最终使全体学生达到大纲所规定的要求，努力做到课课通、单元清。

四、强化组内教研，拓展教研内容

1、本学期要求教师按单元完成一定数量的教学反思。一学期，有2篇300字左右的深刻反思。通过反思不断改进教学方式。

2、重视教研组集体备课的指导，落实时间、地点、内容。集体备课要讲求实效，突出重点;集体备课要专题化、系列化;教案改革提倡校本化，鼓励教师写个性化教案、实用教案。通过对教师集体备课、教案撰写、教后反思等情况的综合检查来评价教师备课情况。加强集体备课、教后记撰写、案例分析等与教师成长最密切的教研形式，使教师自觉养成在研究状态下工作的职业生活方式。引导教师自觉进行教学反思，相互借鉴学习。继续完善课头间的相互交流，坚持讨论、反思、相互沟过后进行备课，享受资源共享，进一步优化课堂教学。提高课堂教学的艺术性。

3、通过每周备课组长导课等课堂教学研讨活动，以点带面，促进教学质量的大面积提高。

五、紧抓学科质量，重视课外活动，提高全面素质。

我组教师始终把学科质量摆在首要位置，除了狠抓课堂教学外，加大对差生的辅导力度，做到定时、定量、定效、定对象，使补差工作不流于形式，真正使差生多学一点，多掌握一点，缩小与其他学生的差距，提高整体水平。同时，还能因势利导注重开展一些有益的课外活动。如在班组中开展“学习优胜小组”的评比活动，从学生的上课、作业、英语能力等方面加以评分，并及时在黑板上公布，及时给予表扬。极大地激发了学生学习英语的兴趣，提高了学习效果。还能开展一些小型比赛，如“单词默写比赛”、“词汇过关比赛”等，提高了学生整体素质。总之，大家只有齐心协力抓落实，团结一心搞教学，以教师为主导，以学生为主体，以努力提高教学质量为中心，以不断提高学生素质为重点，全面推进素质教育。使课程改革向纵深方向发展;使我们的教学质量在新的一年更上一层楼，取得更好成绩。
