本学期,我担任六年级的英语教学工作。现对本学期的教学工作做一总结。
一、学习课标,明确教学目标。
为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求、树立起新的育人理念,我抽休息时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读,了解了此次英语课程改革的目的、掌握了此次英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等,从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。
二、扎实备课,理清教学思路。
备课是课堂教学的重要环节,我在备课时做到了以下几点:
1、课前备课,做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教学参考书,既备教材、教法,又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容,既要考虑知识的纵向联系,又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点,又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程,又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。
2、课中备课,灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我通过游戏引入新课教学时,为了不打消学生的积极性,我在实施教学的时候,总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动,将教学内容层层铺开,把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动有趣“快乐堡”,让他们在快乐中学习,在玩中获得新知,通过反复的趣味操练(如:唱、演、玩、画、涂色、做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。在活动中学生们都乐于参与,充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣,学生的积极性得到了充分发挥,教学效果良好。
3、课后备课,总结教学经验。每上完一单元,我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思,写出教后感,肯定本节课成功的地方,探讨该单元的不足之处,为以后的教学工作打下基础。
三、认真上课,体现以人为本。
1、巧设导入,培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。
2、图文结合,掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点,充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生,使学生带着明确的任务目标,并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义,让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程,培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时,我不厌其烦,耐心教导学生认读,力争让他们学了就懂,懂了会用,培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时,还适时对他们进行思想教育。
3、游戏活动,巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后,抓住学生争强好胜的心理,通过师生互动、生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开;为了尊重学生的个体差异,营造宽松的学习环境,以简单易操作的趣味性、多样化游戏为主来实施教学,让学生进行反复模仿、认读、玩演、视听,从而给他们提供充分的活动和交流机会,让学生在玩的过程中获得新知,提高他们语言的运用能力,培养他们的学习兴趣。
四、努力总结和发现问题,及时调整教学策略
在实际教学过程中,我还应积极实践,不断探索,针对实际工作中出现的问题和学生身心特点,总结规律,认真思考,不断摸索。
总之,要做好英语的“传道、授业、解惑”,还要求教师继续不断的深入开发新的教学方法,深入钻研教材,多读书、多看报、多上网学习,利用一切可能的条件,不断的充实自己、积累资料、研究教学,才能让英语的教学成绩百尺竿头,更进一步。

三、各题质量分析
第1题:考查相反数、绝对值、二次根式、等基本概念,主要是考查学生基础知识掌握的情况。属于容易题。
第2题:考查科学计数法,这是近年中考中的必考题,考查的学科能力是数感。
第3题:考查三视图。考查学生的空间观念。由于是新教材新增加的内容,所以也是近年来中考的必考题。
以上三个小题的得分率都在0.9以上,说明学生对这些知识点已经掌握。
第4题:考查函数自变量的取值范围,实际上也是根式有意义的条件。但大部分同学都选A,忽视了根号为0的情况。
第5题:考查统计数据平均数、众数的计算。
第6题:考查平行线的性质。
以上两小题得分率为0.9,学生掌握较好。
第7题:主要考查两圆的位置关系,捎带考查了一元二次方程的解。学生在掌握了两圆的位置与半径的关系的基础上,可以通过解方程求根,或利用根与系数的关系作出判断。选错的学生估计是没能掌握圆的位置关系。因此,圆的相关知识点的复习巩固应引起教师的关注。
第8题:考查正方形的性质、全等三角形的判定及勾股定理。考查学生的观察能力和思维的灵活性。得分率为0.7,说明学生在灵活运用方面的能力还须加强训练。
第9题:考查相反数的概念,得分率接近1,第10题:考查反比例函数定义的运用及矩形的面积。本题得分率为0.5,说明学生对反比例函数的解析式的运用未能达到达“灵活运用”的层次。
第11题:考查三角形的中位线定理。仅一个知识点,所以得分率较高,属于容易题的范畴。
第12题:考查多边形的内、外角定理。本题得分率仅为0.5,出乎意料!一个简单的公式套用题,竟然有一半的学生不通过,教师在后一阶段的复习中,仍然不能忽视基础知识及基本技能的巩固与提高。
第13题:规律探索题,得分率为 0.5,暴露出学生在观察、归纳能力方面的欠缺。
第14题:简单的开放性题,考查学生对二次函数性质的理解层次,所考查的知识要求不高,但有一定的灵活性,得分率仅为0.3,说明学生对二次函数性质的函数的学习,还停留在简单的识记层面,没有掌握概念的本质属性。
第15题:考查了菱形、等腰直角三角形、勾股定理、三角形的面积等知识点,这是为提高区分度而设置的一个较小的障碍,其计算过程相对复杂,但思维能力要求不高。检测结果与预期目的一致,多数学生难于解决,得分率为0.1。
第16题:分式的化简及求值。这是初中数学学习的核心内容,也是历年中考的常规题型。0.46的得分率,暴露了我们在基础知识教学方面的差距。
第17题:考查平行四边形的性质、全等三角形的判定及性质等知识点。得分率为0.59,存在的问题是部分学生找不到证题的思路,有的书写不规范,对证明过程表达不清晰。说明中、下学习层次的学生在基础知识的学习和简单推理能力方面没能达到基本的教学要求。
第18题:考查统计知识。学生做题中存在的问题是:①审题不认真,②不能根据圆心角所占的比例准确地求出其度数,③计算失误太多。说明我们学生的计算技能需要加强训练。
第19题:考查一次函数、反比例函数的相关知识。属于中等难度的题。但得分率仅为0.39。学生做题中反应出有三个概念没弄清楚:①审题不认真,不能很好地理解题意,错用已知条件,②计算错误率高,由此可见,反映出部分学生对函数知识点的学习,还处在似是而非的层面。函数是初中数学的重点内容之一,应引起教师的高度重视。
第20题:考查概率的常见题,用列表法、树状图都可以解答。虽然得分率为0.7,但没有达到理想的期望。反映出来的问题是学生没有认真思考“无放回”的含义,仍然按常规的方法解决,暴露出了学生学习中的定势思维。
第21题:分式方程的应用题。得分率未0.51。学生解法多样,但只有不到一半的学生能够根据题目中的信息,列出简洁的方程作答。由于分析的角度不同,对信息的理解和收集能力上的差异,增加了做题过程的复杂程度,给解题带来了不必要的负担。另,书写过程也有待于进一步规范。
第22题:三角函数的应用题,考查学生应用数学知识解决实际问题的能力,得分率为0.48。学生都有解答此类问题的思路和方法,问题多出在计算上;对实际生活中的一些常识,学生未予思考,如最高应建几楼,就意味着楼的层数有一个范围要求,所以,用数学式子表示时,应该是一个不等式而不是等式。这里,多数学生都没有准确说明。
第23题:阅读理解题,也是格点问题。考查了点的坐标、对称点、对称图形等知识点以及对对称性质的数学理解的能力、自主学习的能力。得分率为0.26。本题较为新颖,有一定的综合性,把常规的“求直线上一点,使之到这条直线的同旁的两点的距离之和最短”问题,置于坐标系中,融入求两条直线的交点问题,考查学生灵活运用知识的能力。其中,第三小问也是为提高试卷区分度设置的第二个障碍。学生做题中反映出来的问题仍然是粗心,审题错,或者计算错,部分同学可以按题意作出对称点,但没法求出交点坐标。单一知识点的问题学生可以得心应手地解决,但稍有综合,便束手无策,这是我们教学中需要深入思考和关注的问题。
第24题:函数与几何的综合题。考查了圆的切线的性质,解直角三角形,直角三角形的性质,二次函数等知识点,数形结合思想,方程思想,分类讨论思想。
本题是为提高区分度设置的第三个障碍,也是为那些数学优秀的学生展现自己数学才华设置的,课程改革不仅要关注数学的大众普及化,也要关注数学成绩优秀的学生。本题思考要有一定的深度,计算有一定的复杂程度,想靠单纯的模仿是难以奏效的。有近一半的学生未作答。说明只有平时多思考,多积累,加深对数学的理解,才能提高解答新题的那能力。在解答的过程中,反映出来的错误有:书写不规范,不合理;不能根据题目中的信息选择恰当的二次函数解析式,导致计算的复杂和错误。如果我们的学生能正确找到解题的途径,却因为计算的失误而不能正确解答,这是让人十分惋惜的;而对于一点思路都没有的学生,自然是不能很好地理解题意,并根据题意联想所学的相关知识加以解决,缺乏用方程思想去解决几何图形中的未知量的自觉意识。
综上所述,有两大方面的问题应引起老师们的关注;
1、基础知识、基本技能有待进一步巩固,即概念的理解与计算的技能。
2、综合运用知识分析问题,解决问题的能力差,反映在面对一个新的问题情境或稍微灵活的题目,就感到茫然。
四、复习建议
1、重视初中数学核心内容的复习,抓好基础是根本。
注重基础是中考试题永恒的立意,是历年中考的重点。雄厚的基础知识是能力提升的载体,很难想象数学概念不清,运算不准的学生会有很强的数学能力。学生如果没有扎实的数学基础,靠临时突击或猜题、押题,都难以达到理想的成绩。所以,要切实抓好“三基”数学,复习以教材为主,其他材料为辅,充分挖掘材料中的重点内容,重视分析典型例题、习题的解题思路是怎样形成的,提供的方法可以用来解决哪些问题,重视这些题目的变式训练,并上升到思想方法的高度。因为综合题也常常是通过对数学教材中典型问题的深化与发展而形成的;要让学生建构有自己特色的认知结构,重视各重点知识的连接点与交汇点,这是命制综合题、考查数学能力的目标之一;要重视常规教学,加强解题的规范训练,(特别是我们用的是答题卡,规范书写格式等也是相当重要的)做题速度的训练,学生平时的作业中,如果缺乏规范的、一解到底的、简洁的表达训练,中考中自然暴露出来,所以要加强平时的常规训练,克服运算能力低、懂而不会,会而不对,对而不快的弱点,力争使每个学生在数学上都得到发展。努力提高学生的运算能力,思维能力,数学表达能力。在最后的一个月里,要对学生进行专题讲座和训练,近三年我省中考试题的各种题型,要让学生熟练掌握,使他们在中考中能有似曾相识的感觉,从而可以减轻心理压力,得以正常发挥。
2、加强训练,还需善于反思总结
一定量的训练,足够数量的习题才能把数学学好,这是老师们都深知的。只有平时有针对性地加以训练,才能在中考中正常发挥。但这不等同于“题海战术”,大量较少思考的训练,只能熟练,不能形成迁移,对能力的提高帮助不大。教学中我们发现,部分学生对曾经讲过、考过的题,再次考查仍然无法解答,根本的原因还是缺少解题后的反思与总结。著名教授波利亚说过:“数学问题的解决仅仅只是一半,更重要的是解题之后的回顾。”所以,数学复习中既要注重概念、定理、法则等基础知识的梳理,更要关注解题后的反思与总结,领悟其中的思想方法,并通过不断积累,逐渐纳入自己已有的认知结构,以期举一反三,提高解题的能力。解题小结一般可考虑以下几个问题:
(1)对所解题的知识结构理解清楚,以便形成迁移,考虑在解题过程中运用了哪些基础知识和基本技能,哪些步骤易出错,原因何在,如何防止?
(2)对解题方法的重新评价,以期找出最优解法,考虑解题中运用了哪些思维方法,数学思想,想法是如何分析出来的,有无规律可循。有无他法?
(3)对题目的重要步骤进行分析,以便抓住解题关键,考虑题目的难度何在,你是如何突破的,能否用别的方法导出这个结果,在比较哪种方法是本质的、最好的,简单的?
(4)对问题的条件及结论进行变换,以便使问题系统化,考虑题目的条件和结论有何结构特点,运用这些特点是否可以将条件和结论加以引申,题型加以更新,解法加以推广。
3、分析失误,在各改错中求进步
复习过程中,教会学生在平时练习、测验之后,要格外留心做错的题,建立一个自己的“错题档案”,这也是学生自我建构的过程,是学生学习过程中的自我监控、自觉的反思。认真总结自己做错题目的类型和方法,着重分析自己出错的原因,属于知识没掌握牢固的,要及时补救,夯实基础;属于考试技能的,要吸取教训,防止下一次重蹈覆辙,如果做错的题目不注意,不下狠劲扭转自己的思维偏差,考场上一旦遇到类似的问题,还是感到茫然。这是一份重要的学习资源,而且是针对自己的,考试前只要抓住它,就能明白自己的不足和缺点,每个人的错误不同,这就找到了你自己学习中的漏洞。争取做到每一类题型错过一次之后,下次绝不再错,这样,就能使学生在不断改错的过程中完善自己的认知结构,提高解决问题的能力。
4、重视数学思想方法的归纳与渗透
数学思想方法,是数学大厦的基石,它来源于数学基础知识,又反过来指导学生运用数学知识解决问题。让学生学会数学地思考,用数学是想方法分析、解决实际生活中的问题,是数学教学的高境界,也是数学能力的具体体现。渗透在教材中的数学思想方法,需要教师进行归纳与总结,使学生在学习知识的同时,也能很好的掌握数学思想方法,使数学学习上升一个更高的层面。我们关注学生解题能力的提高,关注解题方法的优化,更关注在解题过程中形成的思维品质。如: 24题中渗透的方程思想,数形结合思想、分类思想。如果我们的教学只是采用大运动量解题强化训练,不注意解题思路的探索、解题过程的回顾和方法的概括,那么学生学到的只是对方法的简单模仿和机械操作,往往是学会了一道题的解法却不会对形式改变而本质不变的题进行解答;掌握了各种题型,遇到新的情景依然束手无策。这就告诉我们,不掌握数学的思想方法,解的题再多,也不能游到“题海”的彼岸。
