答:测试评价适应于新课程的重要组成部分,是实现新课程标准的重要保证。通过评价,教师及时监测和了解学生对于教学内容的掌握情况,发现和解决学生在学习过程中存在的问题,从而能对教学内容,进度和方法进行适当的调整,对角学中存在的问题进行及时的改进。因此作为评价的试卷丙戌时一份难度适中,能充分体现教育,教学目标,并能对教学产生最大正面导向作用的试题。命题者命题时应以审慎的态度去认真研究教学目标,然后紧密围绕教学目标命题,避免出现不科学,不能考出能力的试题。命题要从注重知识考查转向侧重对学生实际运用英语能力的考查。为符合此目标和要求,初中英语命题就必须遵守教学规律及人性的发展,把握以下五个命题原则: ①科学性原则

初中英语试题的科学性原则主要体现在三个方面:一是检测的内容不能有错误,而是检测的形式要合理,三是检测的结构要恰当。要避免出现内容错误,最主要的是不能出“模棱两可”的题。要注意题干中必要的限制条件,检测形式的合理是根据其目标,针对综合运用语言能力的培养,来设计他的形式,构建一个能实现其教学目标的相对稳定且可调的动态模式。检测结构的恰当是在对目标及要求的分析下,确定索要考察的范围。根据其范围划分出要测试的几个主要方面。然后根据这几个方面划分中药策动的几个部分,同时划分出各部分的比例。②目标性原则

中学英语教学最主要的目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。它是在语言技能,语言知识,情感态度,学习策略和文化意识等基础上发展起来的能力。他出要包括语言能力,鱼片能力和语用能力。因此英语命题的目标应主要体现在以下几个方面:1.语言知识的识记能力;2.学习策略和文化意识的实践能力;3.语言技能的综合运用能力;4.综合运用语言的能力 ③发展性原则

发展性原则包括命题内容及形式的可变性级学生终身学习的策略性,形成自主学习的能力。同时英语是一门语言文字学科,它随着时代和经济的发展而不断发展变化,出现新的语言理解情况,命题时必须考虑到语言的发展性以及形式的调控性。

下面再具体说一下练习题命制的技巧和要求: ①练习题切忌超纲

在命题之前,命题者要仔细阅读教学大纲和考试大纲,认真分析“两纲”对所要考查知识的具体要求。同时命题者要熟悉教材,把握教材的深度和广度以及知识的重点和难点。另外,命题者要牢记所命练习题的适用范围,确保题干和选项中不涉及超出该年级以外的新知识(如生词等)以及考生学过单词、短语和句型的生僻用法。

②练习题要知识能力兼顾

平时测验,练习题可以把知识性考查作为重点,同类知识也可重复出现,但最好变化命题角度。一般来说,知识性考查主要针对词汇、语法或句型。词汇部分应以实词(名词、代词、形容词、副词和动词)为重点,介词、冠词、连词和叹词等虚词的比重要适当降低(专项练习例外),语法项目和句型在考查时也应以大纲和教材中所规定的为主,切忌随意超纲。但无论是哪种考试的命题,考生通过死记硬背就能直接做答的练习题的数量应尽可能减少。假如在命制期中、期末或其它正规考试时,练习题既要重视对基础知识的考查,更要注重对能力的考查,而且能力性考查的比重还可根据考试年级或考试类型的不同适当调整。语言离不开语境,所以,在语境中考查某个知识的试题是较理想的能力题型之一。

③题干的信息量要充足

在命题时,题干不宜过短。题干过短会使题干信息量不足,影响考生正确理解题意。但题干也不宜过长。题干过长会因考生长时间阅读试题而产生大脑过度疲劳,也会浪费宝贵时间。

④各个选项应具有相似性

为了避免给考生在审题时造成过多的心理压力以及思维分散,命题时各个选项的长度、结构和词性等应尽可能接近。此外,一道练习题供选答案最好只考查一个知识点或一个语法项目,不可许多知识穿插考查。

⑤各个干扰项应具有迷惑性

在命题时,命题者所设计的每个干扰项都应包含一定的正确因素,这样才能起到应有的迷惑作用。干扰项虽都具有正确因素,但必须是错误的。考生一眼看上去就能识别正误的干扰项最好少涉及或不要涉及。

⑥正确项具有唯一性

单项选择题的正确项必须是经得起推敲的和完全正确的,并且又是唯一的。因此,命题者要尽量考虑周全,保证其正确性无可质疑。对那些似是而非或有争议的选项尽可能不要涉及。

⑦提供的选项应具有规范性

单项选择题的四个供选答案应该规范,最好不要出现诸如: Either A or B、Neither A nor B、Both A and B、None of the above或者All(of)the above之类的选项,以免给考生造成误导。

⑧正确答案应分布均匀

所有练习题命制完毕之后,教师应从头到尾检查一遍。除了检查练习题数量是否达到要求、有没有重复的练习题、每道题的正确答案是否唯

爱因斯坦曾说过:“兴趣是学生最好的老师。”托尔斯泰也说过:“成功的教学所需要的不是强制而是激发学生的兴趣。”学生只有对学习产生浓厚的兴趣才会专心听讲积极思考。在新课程标准下的中学英语教学中,教师要培养和保持学生较浓的学习兴趣,应该把握良机,渲染英语课堂气氛,引发学生的兴趣和求知欲;充分研究教材,认真备课,在各教学环节中增加趣味性;注重“以人为本”,发挥学生主体作用;建立新型师生关系,重视师生情感交流,培养兴趣。

在平时的教学中,我对于那些学习有困难的学生不是细心的辅导,而是在他们犯错后不问原因的批评指责。但是对于他们学习中的点滴进步却不能及时的发现并加以表扬,而是把眼光过多的集中在那些优等生身上,久而久之,那些学困生对学习英语失去兴趣,抱着种破罐破摔的态度,因而学习成绩总是搞不上去。

基于以上的原因,下面就是我对新课程改革下对于英语教学过程当中的的几点反思:

一、把握良机,渲染英语课堂气氛,创造一个轻松愉快的学习环境,引发学生的兴趣和求知欲。

初四学生这个年龄的特点是:爱说爱动,自我约束、自我控制能力不强,如果教学中忽视这些特点,单纯沿用传统教学模式,使用传统教学方法进行机械地讲解,把他们纯粹当成知识的容纳器,填鸭式地问他们灌输在他们眼中枯燥无味,冷冰冰的语法、词汇,他们便不感兴趣,因而也就谈不上学习的积极性和主动性。目前,中学英语教学质量不佳,恐怕这是一个主要原因。学习需要兴趣。就某种意义上讲,学英语就更需要兴趣。如何激发学生的学习兴趣,并保持它,使之成为他们学习的动力,正是趣味教学考虑的出发点。

二、充分钻研教材,认真备课,在各教学环节中增加趣味性。

四、建立新型师生关系,重视师生情感交流,培养兴趣。

在教学过程中,耐心是至关重要的。它是一位教师良好行为的体现。教师的工作是解决学生不同程度上的问题,其中除了教学上的,还有心灵上的。育人的工作是辛苦的,对待形形色色的问题,不计其数的学生,都要用一颗热情的心耐心地去做。大多数学生,特别是“差生”,学习英语的毅力和耐心都较差,听课时的心情也常处于一种抑制状态,觉得学习无聊。因此,在课堂上除了多给他们参与活动和发言的机会外,特别是对他们提出的问题和质疑,哪怕再浅显也应耐心回答,并予以支持和表扬,这样对消除他们心头的恐惧感和失落感十分有利。

首先培养学生的“兴趣”,“兴趣”是最好的老师,学生对于自己感兴趣的事物,自然会用更多的时间钻研。针对现在乡中学生学习兴趣较低没有自信心的特点,在课堂上我尽量鼓励学生,让他们对自己充满信心。比如,我班张兴同学上课爱睡觉,对学习极为排斥,为了鼓励他,课上一些简单的问题我经常让他来回答,并及时表扬肯定他的成绩。这样,虽然他学的不太好,但是他对英语充满了兴趣,而且学习也有了很大进步。

另外,我利用直观教具、动作、表情和玩游戏等方法吸引学生,让学生乐于学习。而且,教学中必须做到让学生明白,会用,反复练习句型和单词,提高水平,进行生动活泼的开放式的课堂教学,使学生从愉快的情景中学到知识,从而提高学生对英语科的学习兴趣,提高了教学效果。所以要特别注意学生的兴趣的培养。

英语的学习是狠抓句型及单词,因此,每节英语课给学生五分钟开口读英语,锻炼口语能力,熟悉课文。鼓励学生在家里利用睡觉前和起床前十五分钟时间有计划有序地读书和背诵单词。要求每天学生听写规定的五个单词,必须做到完全正确。既要学习新知识,又要巩固旧知识,得到两面照顾,不能松懈。保证所学的单词的正确记忆,为对话练习及书写打下基础,保证单词的正确性,提高听力的准确性。

总之,成绩仅代表过去,今后我要继续加强对教材钻研,想多点办法,让学生学得更轻松,争取更大进步。

一、教师自身的良好素质是上好一堂课的重要前提和基本保证。在听课中,我发现优秀的教师都有几个共同特点:

1、口语流利,发音准确。只有做到这一点,才能保证孩子对课程的理解,才能保证孩子学到正确的知识,地道的语言;听课过程中,李冬老师和赵芳老师都是全英教学。给学生提供了非常好的英语学习环境,有助于培养学生良好的口语能力。

2、善于利用多媒体等多种手段辅助教学,使孩子接触到的知识更立体,更直观,更生动;教学中,李冬老师用幻灯片呈现了一张写有180元的电影门票,顿时,学生就发现了这家电影院的票价高。这种多媒体的运用使得知识直观地呈现在了学生眼前,提高了课堂效率。

3、教态亲切,表情丰富,在课堂上能轻松,活泼,潇洒地进行授课,富有艺术性;我感觉就是因为李老师的和蔼可亲才让他们大胆的回答问题,与老师互动。

4、有扎实的英语基础知识作为后盾,词汇丰富,课堂充实。李冬老师在下午的讲座中说到了单词的教学,她随便举了几个例子,信手拈来地就组成了歌谣,打着拍子就说起来了,句子非常有节奏,朗朗上口。而且一些句子,她排列了一下就唱出来了。顿时,枯燥的句子就变成了好听的歌曲。真的很令人佩服。如果不是有良好的英语基础又怎会这么快地就编出歌谣和歌曲!

二、调动学生积极性,让学生真正成为课堂的主人。这是新课标的重要特点,也是素质教育的要求。通过听课我发现教师的教学理念都发生了转变,都树立了“以学生为主体”的教学理念。把整个课堂还给了学生,注重学生能力的培养,注重主体参与,教学中互动模式多样,多采用小组竞赛的模式或创造一个语境,让学生展开联想,激起了学生们对英语学习的兴趣,营造了宽松,民主,和谐的教与学的氛围,让学生真正成为了课堂的主人。在本次同堂异构课中,两位老师都在课堂上让学生们小组讨论,真正地把课堂教给了学生,学生们讨论很积极,争先发言,取得了非常好的教学效果。

三、课前互动是一个很关键的环节,在这次听课中我发现课前老师和学生互动的较好的,课堂都比较成功。很快,学生们就和老师如好朋友一般快乐地交流。为本节课的学习打下了良好的基础。这种课前活动就打开了学生们的“话匣子”。让学生们敢说英语、爱说英语。

四、课题的引入与各教学环节之间的衔接是课程设计的重点。我认为两位老师在这一点上做得很到位。首先,上课前与学生做互动式就有意引入比较级这个话题,课程开始后,从单词的讲解,到听力练习,再到对话讨论,一环扣一环可以说衔接得非常自然,学生们都能很好的理解和跟进,思维没有断点。并且他在每一环节和环节之间的过渡中都在反复应用本节课的语法重点,孩子们很自然的完成了接触,理解,使用的一系列过程。

在今后的教学工作中,我要以她和各位优秀老师为榜样,转变教育思想、转变教育理念、转变教学方法。积极思考,精心设计,让学生喜欢上英语课。力求体现以学生为本,处处为学生考虑,上出有价值、有质量的课来。同时,在教学中,要不断学习,不断反思,学习教师们新的教学理念、教学思想,学习他们对细微之处处理的独具匠心,学习他们扎实的教学基本功底等等,反思自己的教学,真正提高自己各方面的能力。

通过这次新课标远程培训让我意识到:新课改倡导全人教育,强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展,培养学生良好的品质和终身学习的能力,新课改提倡交流与合作、自主创新学习,课程改革的成败关键在于教师,教师是课程改革的实施者。

通过这几年的教学经验让我意识到,在英语教学中还存在一些不足,有待改善,如下;

一、面向全体学生,为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

每年开学初,老师都要制定培优辅差计划,我觉得培优辅差固然重要,更重要的是还要看好中等生。中等生不是上进就是落下成为差生,这关系着全体学生的学习状态和效果。比如,每场考试下来,老师总是迫不及待想知道优生的成绩,错在什么地方,面对面评讲。剩下的学生就泛泛评讲。这样导致中等生跟不上节奏,一而再再而三,失去了信心,然后退步。我认为,中等生更需要老师的关注与耐心的指导,老师要多多鼓励他们。只要中等生进步了,既可以带动差生,又可以促进优生,以达到教学面向全体学生的目的。

二、在教学过程中注重学生的听力的能力

以往在训练的过程中都采取先让学生阅读听力材料,理解其大意,再进行听力,结束后直接评讲。其实这样的方法只适用中等以上的学生,更不足的是,这样的训练很机械、导致知识不连贯,没有达到听力能力的培养。这次培训让我们懂得了听力应该注重听前、听中、听后的培养。 听前让学生进行热身活动,熟悉话题;熟悉相关词语和句型;接受背景信息;提出需要解决的问题,明确具体任务。听中让学生听信息,排顺序;听信息,列项目;听信息,补全文字;听并画图;听并制作;听并填空;听写;听并记笔记;听指令,完成系列动作;听并选择;听并匹配。听中的任务设计要由浅入深,层层递进,由一般到具体,任务要以获取信息为主,同时要有对归纳、推断等思维能力的培养。听后让学生口头回答问题;小组讨论;模拟对话;复述或转述所听内容;作出书面回应;总结要点;改变所听内容;表达个人感受和观点。

三、对学生进行有效的评价

以往在教学过程中,我们特别注重教学内容和教学效果,完全忽略了对学生的评价。其实,评价可以使学生认识自我,树立自信,有助于反思及调整自己的学习。对学生回答问题过程中的表现及改进的成绩,给予口头评价、书面评价并鼓励他们大胆的去说。学生考完试后,让学生自我反思,分析自己的成绩和不足,明确今后努力的方向,争取下次不再犯同样的问题。让学生相互之间相互评价,找出优缺点,互相促进学习。

四、英语教学资源的利用与开发

为了提供丰富的课程资源,开拓教和学的渠道,更新教和学的方式,使英语教学更加真实、生动、开放和灵活,英语课程应该充分开发和利用学校资源,如图书馆、语言实验室、音像设备等基本和常规的教学设施。教育行政部门和学校要尽可能创造条件,为英语课程提供电视机、录像机、计算机、VCD、DVD、投影仪等多媒体设备。应尽可能创造条件,设置视听室等,向学生开放,为学生的自主学习创造条件。教师要根据实际教学条件,创造性地利用黑板、白板、卡片、简笔画、教学挂图、模型、实物等传统和常规媒体。计算机和网络技术为学生个性化学习和自主学习创造了有利条件,为学生提供了适应信息时代的新的学习模式。通过计算机和互联网络,学生可以根据自己的需要选择学习内容和学习方式,使学生之间更有效地相互帮助、分享学习资源。因此,各级教育行政部门、学校和教师要积极创造条件,使学生能够充分利用计算机和网络资源,根据自己的需要进行学习。有条件的学校还可以建立自己的英语教学网站,开设网络课程,快速搜索、科学组合、分类整理和加强合作,进一步增加学习的真实性、开放性和实效性。

作为一个中学英语教师必须要有听、说、读、写、画、唱、跳这些基本功。这次,我听了几节研讨课。这些老师们都具备了扎实的基本功,他们的教学方法也令人耳目一新,值得我们学习。特别是武镇东关小学张丽执教的七年级下册第二单元的一篇阅读课教学。在教学中,张老师注重了知识的积累和拓展,注重了学生学习策略的培养。为了帮助学生巧记单词,她首先引导学生分析相同的读音单词,帮助学生认读新单词。阅读中的任务设置也很到位,阅读时采用了略读和细读。在这节课中,老师充分体现了阅读课特点,引导学生进入话题,帮助学生化解了重难点,指导学生掌握了阅读技巧。张老师在这节课中,也注重围绕故事情节展开教学,注重创设情境,让学生感受语言,让学生在活动中体验语言,可见老师一系列基本中很过硬,这节课让学生学得轻松学得愉快。

还有城关实小徐珊老师执教的七年级下册第二单元一节对话课,也让我开了眼界。徐老师课堂教学技巧娴熟,逐渐形成了自己的教学风格,为了突破重难点,老师运用了抢答的形式,调动了学生的积极性,为了吸引学生的注意力,老师自制了钟表,让学生在学中玩,玩中学,愉悦了课堂,充分发挥了学生的主体作用。

从刘欢教授的《学科核心素养观下的英语课程标准》到郑南辉教授的《浅谈初中英语听说课教学设计》,再到陈丽虹教授的《初中英语教材分析》;每一个讲座都内含丰富,浅显易懂,精彩纷呈;每一个建议都很实际受用,每一个分析点评都精准到位。使我作为一名新时代的英语老师深深地感到自身知识的不足及肩上责任的重大!以下是我的一些心得体会:

一、重新认识了自我

通过这两天的学习使我的思想有了一个新的转变,让我给我自己的身份重新有了一个定位,英语老师不仅仅只是教英语的老师,也不只是能用英语进行教学的老师,更应该是能用英语帮助学生学习英语,为学生全面成长打下基础的老师。因此,我将在以后的教学的过程中一定要不断学习,努力提高自己的专业知识。打破传统的教学模式,要以学生为主体,引导学生自主学习英语的主观能动性,并激发学生们强烈的学习英语的欲望,使学生积极参与教与学的活动中。在学习英语的道路上成为学生的良师益友。

二、对英语课堂教学及板书设计有了新的认识

通过郑南辉教授的英语听说课的教学设计及技能的讲解,使我认识到教学设计的重要性。要使学生能在课堂40分钟能集中精力投入到学习中,那么课堂设计对学生的视觉及听觉的冲击力是必不可少的。只有这样才能充分调动学生学习英语的兴趣,提高老师的课堂教学效果。课堂板书是教学过程中必不可少的一部分。合理地利用黑板,把课文以及单元思维导向图展示在黑板上,巧妙地突出教学课程的重点难点,增强学生对知识的记忆一定会起到意想不到的效果。合理的课堂设计及优美的板书这也是作为一名合格的英语教师应具备的基本素质。

三、对英语课文的教学及学生写作技巧有了极大的帮助通过陈丽虹教授对初中英语教材的分析,使我更清晰的明白不但要让学生掌握语篇、短文中的重点或难点,还要让学生能揣摩作者的写作的意图以及自己对文章中一些观点的看法,引发学生的思考和讨论。通过这样的教学方式,对学生的写作能力的提升带来极大的好处,当学生写作时就会知道应该要写什么(What),怎样写(How),为什么要写(Why),写谁或要写哪些人物(Who),事情发生的时间(When)以及写在哪里发生的事情(Where),最后写出自己对相应事件的情感表达。这样学生对写作文就不再迷茫或者束手无策,就会觉得有话可说,有事可写,有情可表。

四、对教材的把握有了更进一步的认识

作为一线教师,要想上好一堂课,使重难点突出且生动有趣,教学有效果,那么教师对教材的把握就显得尤为重要。不但要熟习教材内容,还要创造性地使用教材,围绕课标有选择性地取舍,并且还可以根据实际情况对教学的先后顺序进行调整。灵活的使用教材,使教材更好的为我们的教与学提供服务。

英语教学在新课程标准下的中学英语教学中,教师要培养和保持学生较浓的学习兴趣,应该把握良机,渲染英语课堂气氛,引发学生的兴趣和求知欲;充分研究教材,认真备课,在各教学环节中增加趣味性;注重“以人为本”,发挥学生主体作用;建立新型师生关系,重视师生情感交流,培养兴趣;开展内容广泛、形式多样的英语课外活动等。兴趣是的老师。一个成功的英语教师要在教学中有意识地培养学生对英语的持久兴趣,激励学生不断处于较佳的学习状态之中,使他们对英语乐学、善学、会学,学而忘我,乐此不疲。因此,课堂教学手段必须不断更新,用灵活多样的,组织学生进行广泛的语言实践活动,通过多种手段激发学生实践的热情,加强对学生学习英语的兴趣的培养,让学生变兴趣为参与实践的动力,为语言实践活动提供源源不断的动力。

一、把握良机,渲染英语课堂气氛,创造一个轻松愉快的学习环境,引发学生的兴趣和求知欲。

中学生这个年龄的特点是:爱说爱动,自我约束、自我控制能力不强,如果教学中忽视这些特点,单纯沿用传统教学模式,使用传统教学方法进行机械地讲解,把他们纯粹当成知识的容纳器,填鸭式地问他们灌输在他们眼中枯燥无味,冷冰冰的语法、词汇,他们便不感兴趣,因而也就谈不上学习的积极性和主动性。目前,中学英语教学质量不佳,恐怕这是一个主要原因。学习需要兴趣。就某种意义上讲,学英语就更需要兴趣。如何激发学生的学习兴趣,并保持它,使之成为他们学习的动力,正是趣味教学考虑的出发点。

二、充分钻研教材,认真备课,在各教学环节中增加趣味性。

教师对学习材料和内容的处理,一般是由易到难,逐步深入,同时要考虑到对学生学习兴趣的一定刺激程度,使学生的思想始终处于积极状态,使他们的兴趣逐步升级。其次增加教学环节中的趣味性,教学手段的多样化也有助于使学生的兴趣得以保持。呈现语言材料前,教师要想办法为学生创设新颖可信的情景,由此吸引学生注意力,再由该情景过渡到课本所展现的情景中,同时,合理地运用实物、图片、挂图、、现场录音、多媒体课件等,让所要呈现的情景更加直观而富有情趣。比如在进行课文教授时,教师可用从网上下载的听说读写的英语材料、采用自制课件来进行教学,通过声、光、电的完美结合,用生动的形象、真实的画面、优美动人的语言和音乐,来丰富学生的,刺激学生的兴趣和求知欲,增强学生的记忆效果,从而实现教学目标,达到教学目的。

三、注重“以人为本”,发挥学生主体作用。

过去的教学常常强调—教师的主导性而把学生单纯地视为对象,忽视学生的主体地位;把学生的头脑看作是可以填充知识的容器,忽视教学特点,无视学生的主观能动性。教师应把小学生看作是具有成长潜能的生命体,其内部蕴藏着主体发展的机制,认识到教学的目的在于开发学生的潜力,驱动其主体的发展机制,使之成长、成熟。“以人为本”的理念在教育界越来越深入人心。在教育过程中,以学生为中心,充分发挥学生的主体性已成为广大教师所热衷的教学方法。母语习得研究及外语学习研究均证实:外语教学中的重点不再应该是“我们该教些什么”,而应是“我们如何在课堂教学中创造这些条件”。新课程标准强调的是学生“能干什么”,因此,我们在教学过程中应充分体现学生的主动性和创造性,增强学生使用英语的能力。

作为一名初中英语教师,除了要具备丰富的专业知识、精熟的教学技巧外,还要具有健全的人格与健康的心理状态。只有这样,才能培养出更优秀的学生,才能无愧于人类灵魂工程师的称号。这次学习,我对研修有了更加深入的了解,也更深刻地理解所包含的教育理念,相信在今后的教育教学中能够给学生带来更好的帮助。通过本次研修学习,我得到的不 仅仅是知识,更重要的是一种理念,它将在我今后的工作中发挥更大的作用。我们在研修中知识得到提升,思想得到升华,头脑得到充实,也让我们结交了更多好友。

虽然我从事教学工作多年,也参加了很多教研活动,但从未接受过这样正规的培训,这次研修对我来说是一次很大的帮助。无论从教学理念还是教学方法上都有很大的触动,无论是一线的优秀教师对案例的生动解析,还是专家导师对理论的生动讲解,都深深的触动了我的内心,产生了情感的共鸣。周大明老师的课,使我更加深刻意识到要给学生一滴水,自己就要有一桶水,获得知识的有效途径是用。听了郭水源老师的课,我对中考英语命题有了一定的认识,从而对我在平时的教学也起了一些指导作用。黄宇星老师的课,使我对微课程有了初步印象。陈秀鸿老师的课,更让我受益匪浅。她的课生动有趣,她给我的感觉是一个幽默而且知识渊博的人。听她的课,你会觉得时间怎么过得这么快,很希望能继续听下去。听了黄军生老师的课,我才知道原来什么是片段教学,原先我对片段教学的理解是错误的。还有卢健老师的课,使我更加深刻认识到作为一名老师更要注重学习,不断提升自己。林小玲老师的课讲的是有关美国的教育,使我不用出国就能了解国外的事不是很好吗?石青萍老师是一位中学老师,她跟我们分享了她的宝贵的教学经验,从中我也受到了一些启发。

这次培训让我对英语教学有了全新的认识,它并不是枯燥无味的教学,而是一门集生活、方法、情感在一起的很有趣的学科。教师作为学生学习兴趣的培养者和引导者,只有与学生心灵沟通,贴近学生,贴近生活,才能使英语走进学生的心理,使英语教学更有吸引力,更有实用性。通过研修,促进了我对英语教学的重新认识和理解。

初中英语教师教学心得10

由小学进入初中,是人生旅途的一个重要转折点。就其学习活动而言,学习科目发生了很大的变化,除知识的幅度和深度呈螺旋式上升的数学、语文外,又一种新语言——英语,走进了课堂。作为英语教师的我对英语学科的特点做出反思。

一 、加强对学生学习策略的指导,让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到:

1、积极创造条件,让学生参与到阶段性学习目标,以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境,采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中,进行自我评价,并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

二、从基础知识入手,初步构建学好英语的“起步工程”

学时学习汉语拼音的影响,有很大一部分在起步阶段都很艰难,不是写错格式,就是读成汉语拼音。为此,从学第一个字母开始,就应当给他们加强国际音标的学习。首先让他们懂得每个英文字母发音是怎么来的,它的舌位如何。特别是舌齿音,学生很难把握,总是出错,但经过努力,总能摆脱汉语拼音的束缚,为下一步学习,为今后学单语、记单词打下了记忆和查阅的基矗。其次,在字母格式上,学生总分不清上、中、下,不是出格,就不够格。为此,我曾自编了几句格式口诀,让学生掌握,从而避免了格式上的困难。为了使学生及时巩固,我在班上搞字母书法竞赛,既进一步熟练了字母的读音,又提高了学生的英语书法水平。

学生学习语言的能力是因人而异的。有差别是正常的,要教好每一个学生,但不能要求每一个学生都一样、一个模式,不能要求学生都按一个模式去发展,而是开发学生不同的潜能,发展学生学英语的各方面能力。而且教师可根据不同学生之间的差异去因材施教。

总之,对学生进行语言教学任重道远。我们要在实践中不断探索,以丰富多彩的“形”式来点缀、深化英语知识的“神”采,把孩子们带到一个原汁原味的英语境界中,不断激发其学习兴趣,让课堂充满活力、充满情趣,让学生们学起来有滋有味,轻松自如。
