第三篇：我的未来的职业计划
大家好，我是来自金融系的徐婷婷，很荣幸我能再一次站在这里给大家分享我的职业计划。
从小到大我最敬佩的人就是军人，可以说我是军人的铁杆粉丝。明星有明星的资质，军人有军人的气质，相比之下我更喜欢铮铮铁骨具有男儿气概的军人。所以的从小的梦想就是穿上军装，成为为祖国奉献的女军官。上大学之后我发现我离我的理想越来越来远，所以我从新给自己定位，确定了我的职业梦想。
我最终的职业梦想是银行行长。我知道这条道路很艰难，可是我没有惧怕过。实现我的梦想我定力了四步走计划。
第一步:进入银行，成为银行柜员。在这其间我要熟练掌握银行的各项业务，增加相关知识。形成自己细心、认真、负责的习惯。
第二步：成为银行的大堂经理。在担任银行大堂经理其间，我要进一步增加自己的知识，培养自己的沟通能力，与人交往能力。形成服务顾客的好习惯。
第三步:成为银行的客户经理。在此期间我要继续增加自己的能力。培养自己的沟通能力，形成自己的人脉圈。展现自己的才能，为银行增加利润，为顾客增加财富。
第四步：在我具有各项能力时，自己有能力可以胜任银行行长这个职位时，我会努力争取，实现自己的人生价值。我的演讲结束谢谢大家的倾听。

关于未来怎么做演讲
开场白：同学们，你们对于未来有什么计划吗？你们想一想我们自己的未来会是什么样的？你们难道就打算混吃混喝一辈子吗？这样的人生有意思吗？你们难道就没目标没理想吗？
一、我来给大家说一说我自己的计划吧：
也就是这个周末我与我的父母一起商量了一下，让他们帮我凑一点钱把白河县狮子山的惠群网吧接手下来，如果可行那么我就会边工作边读书，其实如果我接手了，那么我也就是一个甩手掌柜。大家问我年龄不到怎么接手，我可以以我父母的名义接手啊。并且，我不会就只当一个甩手掌柜，我会存钱，找机会继续挣，知道我不能动我就不挣了。
二、我们再来谈一下自己吧。同学们打算以后那什么工资？我这里有两个选择：①拿固定工资；②成为富豪。
①：选一的同学们，你们打算怎么做？靠学习吗？那么你们不努力怎么去单位工作，怎么拿固定工资？并且，那时候中国有好几亿与你们年龄相仿，学历差不多或者比你更高的人来与你抢饭碗，你能保证抢得过吗？或者说有的同学体力好，去做苦力活，那么做什么苦力呢？下煤窑？下金矿？你们谁能保证自己在下去之后能活着回来？这几年在煤窑、金矿死的人还少吗？并且，我国的自然资源越来越少，总有一天会停产的。有的同学在下面反驳说：我暂时干那一行。那么，我问问：他就不会有时候停业吗？你们怎么办？有的同学说去工地，难道你们不拍从几十层高楼摔下来摔死吗？就不怕包工头拿钱逃跑吗？以上说的都是男生，现在我来问问女生们？你们以后打算干嘛？找一个有钱男人嫁了吗？那么你的人生有意思吗？如果靠自己你们打算做什么？有计划吗？并且很多行业有潜规则，你们不怕吗？
同学们：如果你们自己不努力自己的现在、不把握自己的未来、不规划自己的人生，那么说这么多大话有什么用啊？
②我们再来讨论讨论想成为富豪这个话题。你们打算怎么完成这个伟大神圣的理想？靠说大话吗？这个谁都会。而你们要做的就是从现在起，从这个时刻起，去把握机会没有机会就去创造机会。相信自己，机会是给有准备的人的，多关注一些致富的事情，多利用暑假锻炼自己的能力面对自己的未来你们应该好想想，如果20十年后我们同学聚会，有些人赚的钱才刚好够花，那么你不觉得没面子吗？
三、总结：
同学们：现在是21世纪，说不定现在一些赚钱的门路到我们长大已经没了，你们打算怎么做？或者说你们打算“啃”老吗？但你们的父母经得起你们“啃”一辈子吗？
同学们：不要老是想着做大事，我们要先从小事做起，盖一间大房子，没有好的地基，那么，那就是糟蹋钢筋水泥。
同学们：自己好好想想吧，给自己未来一个解释！给我来一个交代！记住：为了报答父母的养育之恩，为了给未来的她（他）一个交代，为了给未来一个解释，加油！
