大家好！我是。。今天我要演讲的题目是让花开的更灿烂——关于大学生心理健康演讲稿。

告别了中学时代，迈进大学校门，人生的历程翻开了新的一页，人生的道路跨入了新的阶段。面对崭新的学习环境，同学们既会充满好奇和兴奋，也容易遇到不适和困难.作为一名大学生应该有积极健康向上的心理，但是我们在现实中却存在着许多的问题。以下是我所总结的几个方面：

一、是生活适应问题

这一问题在大一新生中表现最为突出。新生来自全国各地，以往的家庭环境、受教育环境、成长经历、学习基础等相差很大。来到大学后，在自我认知、同学交往、自然环境等各方面都面临着全面的调整和适应。由于目前大学生的自理能力、适应能力和调整能力普遍较弱，所以，在大学中，生活适应问题广泛存在，有的思家、恋旧，常常偷偷以泪洗面;有的厌学、仿徨、沉溺于无所事事;有的失眠、抑郁、在焦灼中挨度日子;更有的则想休学、退学。

二、是学习问题。

大学生的主要任务是学习，学习上的困难与挫折对大学生的影响是最为显著的。大量的事实表明，学习成绩差是引起大学生焦虑的主要原因之一。虽然大学生在学业方面是同龄人中的优秀者，但由于大学学习与中学存在很大的不同，所以很多学生存在学习问题，包括学习方法、学习态度、学习兴趣、考试焦虑等。

三、是人际关系问题。

受应试教育的影响，多数学生较为封闭，人际交往能力普遍较弱。进入大学后，如何与周围的同学友好相处，建立和谐的人际关系，是大学生面临的一个重要课题。由于每个人待人接物的态度不同、个性特征不同，再加上青春期心理固有的闭锁、羞怯、敏感和冲动，都使大学生在人际交往过程中不可避免地遇到各种困难，从而产生困惑、焦虑等心理问题，这些问题甚至会严重影响他们的健康成长。

四、是恋爱问题。

恋爱问题一直是大学校门的热门话题，也是大学生们倍加关注的自身问题之一。大学生处于青年中后期，性发育成熟是重要特征，恋爱问题是不可避免的。由于大学生接受青春期教育不够，很多学生根本未弄懂什么是真正的爱情，对异性的神秘感和渴望交织在一起，由此产生了各种心理问题，严重的还导致心理障碍。他们有的求爱遭到拒绝后陷入深深的自责与自卑中，有的面对“第三者”而焦虑、抑郁，有的为单相思或暗恋某人而茶饭不香;有的为失恋而萌发报复或自杀念头，?

五、是择业问题。

职业选择方面的心理冲突往往出现在高年级学生中，经过三年或者四年的苦休苦练，总希望让自己找到一份满意的工作，他们会考虑个人理想、收入多少、社会声望、工作条件、发展前途等因素，而如今社会竞争激烈，用人单位的要求也越来越高，加之很多大学生在校时一心只读圣贤书，与社会接触少，对社会缺乏真正的了解，这些情况导致大学生在找工作时觉得不随人愿，与自己想象中的差距太大，从而失落、不安、仿徨和焦虑。

而对于这些问题如果没有及时加以调整将会带来很严重的后果：前段时间报道的日本留学生因生活费的事起了一点小争执，该生在候机厅对其母亲连捅8刀！！对此我们真的很震惊，我们能说他的心理是健康的吗？前不久，北大一名学生涉嫌砍死同班同学的消息，令公众为之震惊。平息很长时间了的“马加爵事件”仍令我们记忆犹新，加上屡屡发生的大学生 自杀事件，不由得让人不断追问：大学生，你为何如此脆弱？

“远亲不如近邻。”但对当代大学生来说，“近邻”往往不一定能“先得和睦”，反而因为交往的频繁，同学个性和阅历的差异，造成各种摩擦和冲突。例如，某学院机械专业本科二年级学生林某，上了大学后不知道如何与人交往，怎样处理人际关系问题使他伤透了脑筋，吃尽了苦头。上学一年多，和班上同学很不融洽，跟同寝室人发生过几次不小的冲突，后来搬出宿舍，几乎不与同班同学来往，集体活动也很少参加，与同学感情淡漠，隔阂加深，常常感到特别的孤独和自卑，情绪烦躁，长期的苦恼和焦虑使他患上了神经衰弱症，于是失去了学习信心，厌倦学习，厌恶同学，坚持要休学.要举的例子真的很多很多，我们不禁要问：我们大学生的心理究竟怎么了？

大学生现在面临的压力过大，造成心理的落差比较大，与整个社会发展的形势和家庭的影响是分不开的。而我们大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源，是民族的希望，祖国的未来，肩负着人民的重托，历史的责任！作为新世纪的大学生，学会更好地认识自己、了解他人，开发自身的潜能，提高心理健康水平，掌握心理调适方法，优化心理健康途径，预防心理疾病，纠正不良心理，促进身心健康与人格完善，都是大学生自我修养的重要内容，也是大学生心理健康教育的重要课题。

所以我们要振作起来，调整自己。第一：完善人格。良好的人格品质首先应该正确认识自我，培养悦纳自我的态度，扬长避短，不断完善自己。其次应该提高对挫折的承受能力，对挫折有正确的认识，在挫折面前不惊慌失措，采取理智的应付方法，化消极因素为积极因素。挫折承受能力的高低与个人的思想境界、对挫折的主观判断、挫折体验等有关。提高挫折承受能力应努力提高自身的思想境界，树立科学的人生观，积极参加各类实践活动，丰富人生经验。

第二：情绪调节。大学生处于青年期阶段，青年期的突出特点是人的性生理在经历了从萌发到成熟的过渡之后，逐渐进入活跃状态。从心理发展的意义上说，这个阶段是人生的多事之秋。进行自我调节，合理疏导不良情绪极其重要。第三：确立目标，规划未来。人生，需要启明灯，没有目标，没有规划，极易走弯路，造成不必要的损失。树立目标，做好职业规划是一条避免迷茫颓废的良策，人无志不立！第四：加强交流。交流，是双方的。交流时，不仅可以把自己想倾诉的诉诸于人，同时还能从他人那里吸取经验和教训，或者消除彼此间的误会矛盾等不安定因素。

总之，欲成才，先成人。只有时刻保持健康的心理状态，全身心的投入到学习工作中，才能无愧于心，无愧于父母，无愧于天地。

在新年伊始，欧老师便带领我们进行大学生心理健康教育心理讲座。在这屈指可数的几节课时间里，我感觉过得很快，也学到了很多东西，并且在以后学习生活和自己自我调节上受到很大启示，具体体现在以下三个方面。

一、我们都是独特的人。

每一个人都是一个独特的个体，就像“世上没有两片完全不同的叶子，也没有两片完全相同的叶子。” 我们都有着自己独特的人生经历，截取那些人生片段，并且把它们串联起来，便成了一个人独特的故事。那些故事将会成为你追忆的焦点，尤其是你老的时候。同时影响着你现在的情绪和行为。

二、成功需要什么？

我曾看过中国最大、世界第二大网络公司淘宝网的创始人，阿里巴巴集团懂事局主席马云，他在《赢在中国》节目的精彩演讲，他说他的英语是在杭州西湖拉着老外自学的，每天疯狂的学习知识，他经历过四次创业，第三次创立了国富通，当时创了中国很多个第一、14个月利润287万等等，当时因为跟老板的理念不对毅然退出，决定回杭州重新创业。起初马云是从杭州带来了5个朋友一起来到北京办了这家公司，他离开时对这5个人说：“我准备回家去，如果你们留在北京工资也不错，也可以去雅虎，一两个月拿一两万块钱都可以，但是如果你们愿意跟我回家创业，我给你们的待遇蛮简单，500块钱的工资，在我们家上班，所有的人在我家小区边上租一个房子在一起，日日夜夜干10个月，如果失败咱们再重新找工作。我给你们三天的考虑时间，反正我是要决定回家了。他们走出我这个办公室3分钟就回来说马云，我们一起创业、一起回家，这里面就有淘宝现在的总经理孙彤宇。这是多么简单的话，多么铿锵的话啊！这就是朋友，这就是马云敢于再创业的自信。通过马云的创业经历表明，我觉得成功需要有远见的卓识和丰富的知识，还要有自信的土壤，更要有朋友的支持与帮助。这就需要我们自身不断的投资自己，丰富自己的知识和视野，以便增加我们自信的筹码，而不是不断增加我们的狂妄；要想有朋友的支持与帮助，就要我们善于交往，善于积累自己的人脉，在提高我们智商的同时不断的提高我们的情商。如果马云自身没有远见的卓识和丰富知识，自身的魅力和自信没能感染到他身边的朋友，得不到他们的信任，能有这么多人才的归附吗？答案是否定的。这就是我们总书记说的“打

铁还须自身硬”的道理是一样的。大学就像自助餐厅，我们交了钱进去吃自助大餐，都会想方设法吃个够本，我们是要吃最好的，还是只吃肉或只吃水果青菜，亦或是什么都不吃，这全由你自己决定，时间过了、出来了、饱与不饱就不能回头了。所以我们在这也尽可能的投资自己、充实自己、增强自信、学会交往吧，别白白浪费了这张自助餐票。千万不要晚上想想千条路，早上起来走原路，闹钟一关又睡了。

三、恋爱婚姻观

据某权威杂志调查得知：上个世纪80年代大学生恋爱成功的比例为12.1%，90年代的比例降为5.47%。同时，在回答“恋爱不求天长地久，只求曾经拥有”时，“非常同意”者占8.30%，“同意”者占33.28%，二者相加为41.58%。得出的结论是大学生恋爱成功率不高。（数据摘自《当代大学生恋爱婚姻观扫描透视》）。大学阶段是人的一生智慧与才华发展最快的黄金季节,大学生只有树立正确的恋爱婚姻观,形成健康的恋爱心理,把爱情融进成才目标中,才能使爱情成为我们奋发向上的力量,成为我们学有所成、有所作为的动力 最后以华人首富李嘉诚名言结尾吧，他说：“你想过普通的生活，就会遇到普通的挫折。你想过上最好的生活，就一定会遇上最强的伤害。这世界很公平，你想要最好，就一定会给你最痛。能闯过去，你就是赢家。所谓成功，并不是看你有多聪明，也不是要你出卖自己，而是看你能否笑着渡过难关。

我曾看过中国最大、世界第二大网络公司淘宝网的创始人，阿里巴巴集团懂事局主席马云，他在《赢在中国》节目的精彩演讲，他说他的英语是在杭州西湖拉着老外自学的，每天疯狂的学习知识，他经历过四次创业，第三次创立了国富通，当时创了中国很多个第一、14个月利润287万等等，当时因为跟老板的理念不对毅然退出，决定回杭州重新创业。起初马云是从杭州带来了5个朋友一起来到北京办了这家公司，他离开时对这5个人说：“我准备回家去，如果你们留在北京工资也不错，也可以去雅虎，一两个月拿一两万块钱都可以，但是如果你们愿意跟我回家创业，我给你们的待遇蛮简单，500块钱的工资，在我们家上班，所有的人在我家小区边上租一个房子在一起，日日夜夜干10个月，如果失败咱们再重新找工作。我给你们三天的考虑时间，反正我是要决定回家了。他们走出我这个办公室3分钟就回来说马云，我们一起创业、一起回家，这里面就有淘宝现在的总经理孙彤宇。这是多么简单的话，多么铿锵的话啊！这就是朋友，这就是马云敢于再创业的自信。

通过马云的创业经历表明，我觉得成功需要有远见的卓识和丰富的知识，还要有自信的土壤，更要有朋友的支持与帮助。这就需要我们自身不断的投资自己，丰富自己的知识和视野，以便增加我们自信的筹码，而不是不断增加我们的狂妄；要想有朋友的支持与帮助，就要我们善于交往，善于积累自己的人脉，在提高我们智商的同时不断的提高我们的情商。如果马云自身没有远见的卓识和丰富知识，自身的魅力和自信没能感染到他身边的朋友，得不到他们的信任，能有这么多人才的归附吗？答案是否定的。这就是我们总书记说的“打

为调动广大学生学习英语的积极性，提高我校的大学英语教学质量，加强我校的学风建设，营造积极、向上的校园文化氛围，配合全国大学英语教学的改革，决定举行第三届大学生英语朗诵比赛。现将有关事项通知如下：

一、竞赛目的为了调动广大学生学习英语的积极性，提高大学生英语听、说方面的实际运用能力，有力地配合专业学习，增强学生掌握和运用所学知识的能力，从而提高学生在社会上的竞争力。

二、组织工作

学校成立郧阳师专第三届大学生英语朗诵比赛组委会，负责比赛的总体安排。

四、比赛形式

本次大赛共分为初赛、复赛和决赛三个环节。个人在班上报名，在大学英语教师的主持下各班进行初赛，每班级通过初赛分别挑选1到2名选手参加复赛；复赛胜出的20名选手参加决赛。初赛要求于11月25日前统一全面结束，各英语老师务必于11月26日提交进入复赛选手的名单。

五、比赛活动具体内容(一)比赛内容：

选手自由选择一篇英文文章进行脱稿朗诵，时间不超过四分钟。(二)比赛流程

1、选手在比赛过程中如果超时会得到的提示，3分钟时工作人员会举起停止牌，停止牌放下，表明选手超时，主持人终止选手朗诵。决赛时，选手朗诵完后，回答评委老师提出的问题。

2、出场顺序：由选手赛前抽签决定出场顺序。

3、注意事项：

1)必须控制好时间，限时环节以秒表计算严格执行，以确保比赛顺利完成。2)统计分数的工作人员必须认真、细致，确保计分准确无误。

（三）评分标准：

比赛根据5大标准为依据评分：

1、朗诵内容和形式(30分)；

2、英语语言水平(语音语调、断句、音调的起伏、音色的纯度、重音、重读)(30分)；

3、语言风格和技巧/表达和准确度(20分)；

4、综合效果/节奏控制和观众反映（10分）；

5、回答问题（10分）。

（四）决赛评分框架 1．参赛选手的总分将会去掉一个最高分和一个最低分，取余下分数的平均值，分数精确至小数点后两位。前两名选手比赛完之后一起打分。2．比赛中如出现重分，由主审评委决定名次。3．评委在每个单元比赛结束后打分，由记分员统计，并由主持人在下个选手结束比赛后报前一个选手的分数。

七、奖励办法

本次比赛设特等奖一名、一等奖二名、二等奖四名、三等奖六名、优秀奖七名，由 教务处颁发获奖证书和奖品。
