My dear Teachers，fellow students and friends： Good afternoon．

As we all know, the earth is a planet almost covered by water，and it is water made every thing on the earth lively．Water is also one of the important part of our environment．Though，is there really so much water for us to clean，to produce many things，to play with? how much water are there on the earth then?

Most of the water is in the oceans or locked away as ice．The largest volumes of fresh water are stored underground as groundwater，imagine there is only one barrel of water in the world，then there is only a spoon of it on the land，and the water we can use is only a drop of it．Now I have to remind all of you here that the single drop of water is never as Clean as before，it has been polluted severely by our human beings．

There is a very beautiful river in Paris．It is the Seine，it runs across the City，people drink coffee, chat on the bank in the day，at night，they enjoy the beautiful scenery in the boat，songs from the river fly into the Sky made the river more attractive, the Seine is a famous symbol of France；on the west coast of pacific ocean there lies the modern City Shanghai，another river which used to be a very important transportation route runs through the center of the city，people respected and regard it as“mother”．It is the"suzhou river，but l believe that few of you would sit beside it，people will be scattered by the terrible smell of water when walk by．I have to say it is extremely dirty!And we all know that a lot of beautiful rivers in the world also are Sharing the same fate with suzhou river． Who is the devil? I can't help asking．

Many human activities and their by-products have the potential to pollute water.Please have a look along the banks of the river, large and small industrial enterprises discharge dirty

water, tons of garbage were thrown into the river, the water contained so much that it can't clean itself.Compared with the dramatic development in many sides of Shanghai, the suzhou river has become a black point of the appearance of city.Fortunately, the government has control the situation now, we are happy to see some parts of the river has become clean again, and we even can find fish sometime.The unique earth is the only planet full of lives, the water is just like the blood in the active body, protecting water is saving ourselves.Not to waste a single drop of water, otherwise, the only drop of water we could keep in the future would be our tear!

My dear friends, mankind still faces a great difficulty in solving the problems of the environment and development, and there is a grand task to perform and along way to go.The middle school students in China will always cooperate with the young people of the world to protect the environment.The future is ours to build!

“珍爱生命之水”------科学实验调查报告

一、活动背景：

在我们的日常生活中，水，是不可缺少的一部分，老人们常说，人可以几天不吃饭，但就是可以不喝水，在我们的身体里有有百分之六十到百人之七十都是水，在这个假期，我校开展“珍爱生命之水”------科学实验”的活动，正是让我们深入了解水的重要性，对我们的意义。

二、活动目的：

1、在了解关于水的同时，我们也能从中提高我们对水的认识，培养节约用水，保护水资源的好习惯。

2、研究设计节水方案，激发我们对水资源开发利用的兴趣，从而培养学生对科学知识的探究兴趣。

3、在我们收集材料，整理材料，分析材料的同时培养我们的思维能力，动手能力。

5、通过“珍爱生命之水”的科学调查体验活动，增强我们的动手能力，分析能力等综合实验能力。

三、活动实施过程：

1、成立活动小组。

组长：商思航

2、活动启动阶段。2011年 8月6日由我班班委会组织这次活动。

3、组织同学参与调查体验活动。组织同学以小组为单位，开展科学调查体验活动。同时我们用DV、等形式记录调查体验过程。调查时间：2011年8 月6日调查人：商思航

4、汇报交流阶段。分组活动结束后，将各小组的活动材料活动成果进行研究，整理，分析。

5、宣传展示阶段。以小报等形式进行展览。

四、合理化建议

1、请尽量使用脸盆洗脸、洗手。

2、请控制水龙头开关大小、并及时关水。

3、请做到一水多用。

4、见到有浪费水的现象，请及时制止。

5、发现水龙头有滴水现象，请及时制止。

6、宣传节约用水，做到身体力行，带动身边的老师、同学公同参与节约用水。

通过这次活动,我想大家倡仪；从我做起，珍惜点滴，杜绝浪费，此外，也应该认识到：珍惜水资源，保护水环境从我做起。只有这样，我们的水环境才能得到彻底改善。最后我们发自内心地呼呼吁大家：珍惜资源，节结约水资源，从现在开始！

2011年8月 14日 2010年9月7日上午，一艘有15名船员的中国拖网渔船“闽晋渔5179号”在钓鱼岛附近海域进行捕捞作业时，日本海上保安厅一艘巡逻船“与那国”号赶到钓鱼岛海域久场岛西北12公里处现场，试图“驱逐”中国渔船，并冲撞“闽晋渔5179号”。

10时15分左右，“与那国”号巡逻船船尾附近部位与“闽晋渔5179号”船头附近部位发生碰撞。巡逻艇的栏杆支柱断裂。

日本海上保安厅随后派出两艘巡逻艇“水城”号和“波照间”号，对中国渔船进行追踪。

10时55分左右，在距离久场岛15公里处，“闽晋渔5179号”与阻止其前行的“水城”号巡逻艇右舷发生碰撞。

据日本海上保安厅称，两次碰撞没有造成双方人员的伤亡和燃料泄漏。“与那国”号巡逻艇甲板上的两根支柱断裂，“水城”号巡逻艇船体被撞出坑洼，另有五六根扶手被碰断。但其并未透露中国渔船的受损情况。

下午13时左右，6名巡逻艇上的日方保安官强行登上中国渔船，迫使“闽晋渔5179号”停止行驶。其后海上保安总部派出22名海上保安官，登上中国渔船，以涉嫌违反《渔业法》为由对“闽晋渔5179号”进行了搜查。

当日晚间，日本海上保安厅与外务省、法务省等相关省厅针对此事召开局长级紧急会议，官房长官仙谷由人也于21时许加入。最终日本政府决定以涉嫌“妨害公务罪”对41岁的中国渔船男性船长实施逮捕。

另有日政府高官表示，将把中方船长“带到最近的检察机关或是警察机构，按照日本的程序加以处理”。

“与那国”号巡逻艇隶属日本海上保安亭11管区总部石垣海上保安部，去年2月为加强钓鱼岛海域的警备而投入使用，总吨位为1349吨，全长89米，甲板可起降直升机。

“闽晋渔5179号”中国渔船排水量166吨，长33米，事发时船上共有15名渔民。

中国外交部发言人姜瑜在7日的例行记者会上表示：“中方对日本巡逻船在钓鱼岛海域同中国渔船相撞的事件表示严重关切，已向日方提出严正交涉，强调钓鱼岛及其附属岛屿自古就是中国领土，我们要求日本巡逻船不得在钓鱼岛附近海域进行所谓„执法‟活动，更不得采取任何危及中国渔船及人员安全的行为。”。她表示，中方将密切关注事态发展，保留作出进一步行动的权利。

中国外交部副部长宋涛7日奉命约见日本驻华大使丹羽宇一郎，就日本海保厅巡视船在钓鱼岛海域拦截中国渔船一事提出严正交涉，要求日方停止非法拦截行动。

当天，日本外务省亚洲大洋洲局审议官北野充召见中国驻日大使馆公使刘少宾，对事件表示遗憾以示抗议。北野称，“这是中国渔船进入日本领海非法作业的事件”。

当晚，日本外务省亚洲大洋洲局长给中国驻日大使程永华打电话，就此事件向中方表示“严重抗议”。他还强调，日本政府准备依据日本国内法律进行处理。2008年6月，钓鱼岛附近海域也曾发生过日本巡逻艇和台湾渔船碰撞导致渔船沉没的事故。

环球网9月8日消息，全球保钓人士计划于11日前后在台北举行“保钓大会”，期间来自两岸、香港和澳门的代表可能出发前往钓鱼岛宣示主权。

据台湾“中央社”报道，香港保钓行动委员会7日举行记者会，保钓委主席陈妙德说，两岸四地代表预定本周六在台北开会，届时海外华人保钓人士也会参加。保钓委执委曾健成说，他们首选是从香港出发前往钓鱼岛宣示主权，但由于担心受到阻挠，因此，他们同时也拟定从台湾出发的方案。但最后从哪里出发，无明确说明。

保钓委指出，日本侵占钓鱼岛的态势愈来愈严峻，他们必须予以响应，并期望两岸合作保卫钓鱼岛，不能一再软弱或容忍下去。

身兼大陆全国政协委员的保钓委顾问刘梦熊说，日本政界有人提出明年3月在钓鱼岛驻军，如果日方真的这样做，他将向保钓委捐赠港币300万元，自行购船前往钓鱼岛。

他还呼吁全球华人捐款，让保钓委可以购买更大的船只譬如乌克兰的退役军舰，以便前往钓鱼岛时可以抵御日本军舰的冲撞。

另外，保钓委副主席区伯权在记者会上宣读了严正声明，重申钓鱼岛自古是中国领土的一部分。

此前，日本首相候选人之一的小泽一郎表示“钓鱼台没有一天隶属过中国”。台湾当局“外交部”重申，钓鱼岛为中国固有领土，这点“绝无模糊空间”。而“驻日代表”冯寄台对此表示，台湾对钓鱼岛的唯一原则是“主权属于中华民国”。

日本官房长官仙谷由人13日上午在记者会上就日中撞船事件表示，中国渔船的14名船员将于今天下午乘坐包机返回中国，渔船将在代理船长抵达之后，起航开往中国。据悉，中国渔船船长仍被日方拘留。

24日，詹其雄母亲获知儿子即将回国，感到非常高兴。从9月8日被日本非法拘留，到9月19日被延长拘留，再到现在，船长詹其雄目前已经在日本冲绳八重山警察署待了整整17天。

9月25日4时，被日方非法抓扣的中国渔船船长詹其雄乘中国政府包机安全返抵福州。外交部部长助理胡正跃、福建省副省长洪捷序等到机场迎接。

第四篇：珍爱生命之水

爱生命之水。珍爱生命之水 敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们，我是来自数控十九班的龚厚建（邱慧汝），今天我在庄严的国旗下演讲的题目是：珍

大家知道每年的3月22日是什么日子吗？知道的可能会很少，每年的3月22日所在的一周，在中国又被定为什么日子？中国水周。世界水日，中国水周，正是地球向人类用水发出警示的时刻：它告诉人类，水孕育和维持着地球上的全部生命，如果没有水，人类社会将无法生存。

我们现在所在的地理位置，水资源还算丰富，大家都普遍觉得不缺水，但是水也是有限的资源，而不是用之不竭，取之不尽的，随着森林植被的减少，环境的破坏，我们可以利用的淡水资源也在随之减少，而我们有些同学却在肆意的浪费水，不关或弄坏水笼头，洗澡无节制用水的现象在我们身边比比皆是。当我们有这种行为发生时应该想想西部地区因为缺水一个月洗不上几个澡的那些人。

我们应当正确地认识到，节约用水，并不是限制人用水，更不是不让用水。节约用水，是让人们合理地用水，高效率地用水，因为这并不影响我们的生活质量。勤俭持家，勤俭立校，这是一种功德，也是一种美德，更是一种责任。

增强全民的节水意识不应只是一天或一周的事情，这应该是一个持续性发展的课题，需要我们每个人，每代人坚持不懈的努力，人人爱护水，节约水，杜绝浪费水，污染水。这样，大自然才能与我们和谐相处。

同学们，让我们从现在行动起来，让我们珍惜水资源。为共建一个节约型的社会而努力，不要让世界上的最后一滴水变成我们的眼泪。

珍爱生命之水

——2014年3月17日国旗下讲话

尊敬的各位老师、亲爱的同学们：

大家上午好！

今天我讲话的题目是《珍爱生命之水》。

同学们，你们一定都看过这样一则公益广告：电视画面上有一个水龙头，正在艰难地往外滴着水，滴水的速度越来越慢，最后水就枯竭了。然后画面上出现了一双眼睛，从眼中流出了一滴泪水。随之出现的是这样一句话：“如果人类不珍惜水，那么我们能看到的最后一滴水将是我们自己的眼泪。”

水是生命之源。假如地球上没有水，那么地球母亲就不会孕育出我们人类的子孙万代。因为最早的原始生命首先是在海洋中孕育形成，逐渐扩展到陆地上。所以说，水是生命的摇篮。人类的生存和发展也离不开水。因为我们每天要喝水，粮食的生长离不开水，工业生产离不开水。水还是大自然的“空调器”，炎热的夏天，正当人们感到酷暑难耐时，来一场雨该有多痛快呀！走在海边，海风习习，一扫酷热烦躁的情绪；当寒冷的冬季到来时，海水把储存的热量源源不断地送给它周围的陆地……这些都是水的作用。

我们国家的水资源虽然储量丰富，但可利用的淡水资源却很少，并且随着工业的发展，水污染成了一个严重的问题，很多工业废水都排到了江河湖海中，清澈见底的河流被废水污染得臭不可闻，这是多么可怕的一件事啊！此外，浪费水的现象也十分严重，据统计，一个中等城市每年浪费的水相当于一个洞庭湖的水量！3月22日是世界水日。每年的这一天，世界各国都会宣传：大家要爱惜水资源，保护生命之水。其实，不光在这一天，在我们生命中的每一天，都应该珍惜每一滴水，用实际行动珍爱生命之水！
