good morning, ladies and gentlemen.i’m very honored to be here speaking to you all about why i teach.we are all teachers here, and i wonder if you’ve ever asked yourself the question, “ why do i teach?”
“why do i teach?” i ask myself the same question time and again.certainly i don't teach because it is easy for me.teaching is the most difficult job there is.for me, teaching is a red-eye, sweaty-palm, sinking-stomach profession.red-eye, because i never feel ready to teach no matter how late i stay up preparing.sweaty-palm, because i'm always nervous before i enter the classroom, sure that i will be exposed for the fool that i am.sinking-stomach, because i leave the classroom an hour later convinced that i was even more boring than usual.why, then, do i teach？
i teach because teaching is a profession built on change.when the material is the same, i change – and more importantly, my students change.i teach because i like the freedom to make my own mistakes, to learn my own lessons, to inspire myself and my students.as a teacher, i'm my own boss, and every year i return to my work with fresh ideas and a new sense of purpose.i teach because i like to ask questions that students must struggle to answer.the world is filled with too many easy answers to bad questions.i have left out, however, the most important reasons why i teach.one is jian jun.he was a shy little boy from a poor family.one day i noticed that he used his paper twice.once with a pencil, then with a pen.i guess he didn’t have enough money to buy more paper.as a teacher, i can offer him my help easily.but he was very sensitive.how could i help him without letting him feel embarrassed? after class i asked him to my office.he was a bit nervous.first i gave him my suggestions on his writing.then i handed him a pile of white paper.“ by the way, i have too much paper here.i can’t use them up.could you please do me a favor to use them up?” he looked at my smiling face, a bit surprised, and then relaxed and happy, “ yes, of course.” he helped me use the paper for three years till his graduation.jian jun is working in the central sea oil company now.every teacher’s day and every new year’s day, he may give me a phone call to send me his best wishes.i just offered him a little help, but to him, it was love and care deep as a well.another reason is oscar.he was clever but usually absent-minded.one day in class, i found him not listening to me carefully as usual.i walked to his desk.he was reading a story book attentively.once he saw me, he gave me the book.should i criticize him? should i be angry and start to give the students moral lessons? i continued my lesson as if nothing happened.after class, i wrote a sentence on the bookmark and gave the book back to him with a smile on my face.the sentence said, “ youth is a book which is very hasty.”
as i myself like reading very much, the next day, i gave my students a book list and i suggested them to read more books in their spare time.later, he came into my office, stood in front of me, bowed to me deeply, with tears in his eyes, and then left without saying anything.but i did feel the change in him ever after.from them,my first students, i realized that the best way of teaching is love and wisdom, rather than showing anger or criticism.we may meet some students that are not so clever and not so lovely.some of them even give us a headache.but love and wisdom do wonders.these are the real reasons i teach, these people who grow and change in front of me like living sculptures.being a teacher is being present at the creation, when the person in the clay begins to take shape.a so-called “promotion” out of teaching would give me money and power.but i am already rich because i get paid to do what i enjoy: reading, talking with people, and asking questions like, “what is the point of being rich?”
i also have power;the power to nudge, to point out a pathway, to help mold a human being.it is the power to change a young person’s life for the better.what other power matters？
i teach because teaching offers something beyond money and power: it offers love.this is not only the love of learning and ideas, but also the love that a teacher feels when those students walk into the classroom and begin to change in front of my eyes.perhaps love is the wrong word: magic might be better.i teach because, being around people who are just beginning to change, i often find myself changing along with them.there is no rule which says a teacher cannot learn from her students.i teach because even though the content stays the same, the students are always surprising me with new lessons.thank you.

尊敬的各位领导、各位评委、各位老师：
你们好！今天我演讲的题目是《为花儿纵情绽放》。今天站在这里，我很激动，因为我实现了儿时的梦想，那就是作一名光荣的人民教师。同时，我也无限感慨，因为同时我将肩负起传道授业的职责，我要倾尽全力向同学们诠释什么是“学高为师、身正为范”。
“要播撒阳光到别人心中，总得自己心中有阳光。”我想每位教师的“师德”和“充满爱的教育”就如同这阳光。当孩子不小心犯错时，给予宽容一笑，当孩子胆怯不敢向前时，给予真心的安慰与鼓励，当孩子在调皮捣蛋时，既给予真诚的批评，又送上和风细雨的叮咛。把鼓励、赞赏传达给孩子，把关爱赠送给孩子，让每一个孩子都享受着教育的真爱。
数年的工作期间，艰苦恶劣的自然环境，使那里的孩子们对知识的渴望更加强烈。第一次站上讲台，我人生的第一场演出，我显得稍有些紧张，但是看到下面孩子们一张张纯真的笑脸，我心里默默暗示自己，我要竭尽全力让每一位孩子都感受爱的教育。在不断努力下，我与孩子们都收获成功的喜悦。充实的教学工作，我明白了爱的教育的真谛。带着这份对教师的感悟，每次登上这三尺讲台，我将用我的热情点燃每一位同学的小宇宙，使他们展现出最美的一面。能够成为教师队伍中的一名新兵，我是幸运的。因为在教师这个大家庭中，已有许许多多勤勤恳恳的老师在无私地耕耘。如先行者般爱学生，像母亲一样无私和不求索取的老教师；爱我们的学生，像朋友一样把心和学生贴得更近的中年教师；爱我们的学生，像手足一样与学生风雨同舟的青年教师；爱我们的学生，不溺爱不袒护，在他们跌倒时，鼓励他们勇敢的站起来！
看到您们辛勤的背影，我深刻感悟到：教师等于一个农夫。一样的春种秋收，一样的辛勤耕种；小苗破土而出，需要我们不辞辛苦地灌溉滋润、悉心养护。秋天来到的时候，总是满心欢喜地期待它能结出丰硕的果实，这就如同老师，对每一个学生都充满热切的期望。
教师等于一个厨师。努力做好自己的拿手菜，把课讲得有声有色，有点有面，有张有驰；调动学生自发学习的积极性，传授对他们最有用的、讲解他们最感兴趣的，教给他们最想要的。
教师等于一个舵手。在这条载着无数希望的成长航船上，带着莘莘学子的理想，指引他们不畏艰难风浪，坚定信仰，迎向收获的彼岸。教师等于工程师。工程师的设计不能千篇一律，要不断创新、与时俱进；这就要求设计思路要紧跟时代不会过时、不能落伍，要使我们的作品经得起考验，在任何时候都能够淋漓尽致地展现属于他们的优势。
“人民教师”这光荣而神圣的称谓，它总能让我拥有无穷的力量，扛在肩上，倾尽我全部的生命让学生离各自的梦想更近一些！

尊敬的各位领导、老师：
大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《静心教书，潜心育人》。坦白地讲，刚刚看到“师德”这个演讲主题的时候，有些犯难。因为，对于我，一个不足一年教龄的年轻老师来说，不过是刚刚开垦了自己的一片田地，还没有收获桃李。所以，今天我想讲的仅仅是对“教师”这一职业的理解以及我这些时间来的体会和感悟。
在读小学的时候，我们都学过一首歌，歌名叫《每当我走过老师的窗前》，歌中这样唱到：静静的深夜，群星在闪耀，老师的房间彻夜明亮，每当我走过您的窗前，明亮的灯光照耀我心房；从那时起，我的心里就萌发了一颗种子，一颗对“教师”这一职业期望的种子„„
中学的时候，我们同样也学习过韩愈的《师说》，他这样为教师定义：“师者，传道授业解惑也；”通过学习，我明白了，教师不仅仅是教知识技能，更要教学生做人的道理。教师的一言一行都对学生有着潜移默化的作用。教师的形象影响着学校的校风，而教师的素质直接关系着学生的培养。2011年9月10日，我的第一个教师节，收到了一位朋友的短信：“一支粉笔，两袖清风，三尺讲台，四季晴雨。祝你节日快乐！”我很感动，同时为教师这一称呼感到无比荣耀。我所在的学校地处硚口区的偏远地区，接收的大多是外来务工人员的子女。我们的校舍不华丽，我们的跑道还是碳渣路，但是这里的老师们都在做同样的一件事——静心教书，潜心育人。而各位老师这样的工作态度也在深深的影响着我、教育着我。用他们的实际行动在告诉我，如何做一名优秀的人民教师。而这句话便也成了我的师德宣言，同时更是我毕生所追求的目标。
子曰：“德之不修，学之不讲，闻义不能徙，不善不能改，是吾忧也!”古人尚修德，作为教书育人的教师，更应 把师德放在首位。在今天，当我们面对全面建设小康社会的新形势、新任务；面对课程改革的新标准、新要求；面对人们在名利金钱面前的浮躁，面对人生观价值观的冲击。身为老师的我们又该如何去面对，去履行我们的职责呢？我想“静心教书，潜心育人”是最基本的行为准则。
在我的身边，有这样一支教师队伍，他们除了教书育人，还利用业余时间共同学习，苦钻业务，勇于创新，在教书育人的这条道路上，披荆斩棘，昂首阔步。
我国著名的教育家陶行知先生曾说过：“捧出一颗心来，不带半根草去。”这就是对教师教学生涯的最好写照。教师的职业注定平凡，淡泊名利，讲究职业良心，才能在平凡中创造出不平凡的业绩，如果把平凡而神圣的教师岗位看作个人谋生的手段，就永远不会成功与快乐。在教师岗位上，没有悠闲自在的舒适和安逸，只有默默无闻的奉献。爱岗敬业是对教师职业的尊重，也是对自己的负责。
要培养学生的完善人格，教师必须先完善自己。那些把关心留给社会，把热心留给学校，把忠心留给教育，把爱心留给学生，把真心留给同事，把耐心留给自己，用心去工作，用爱去育人的教师正闪烁着人格的巨大魅力。作为身负重任的社会一员，教师更应该积极地自我教育，在人格自我完善的道路上不断前进。都说教师是太阳底下最光辉的职业，教师肩负的使命崇高，并且责任重大。虽然我们每天做的事情平平凡凡，然而这些事情却连着千家万户的切身利益，更连着祖国的前途，民族的未来。
教师，是一个神圣的称呼；师德,不是简单的说教，而是一种精神体现，是一种深厚的知识内涵和文化品位的体现；师德，需要培养，需要教育，更需要的是每位教师的自我修养！让我们把心沉下心来，静心教书，潜心育人，共同撑起教育的蓝天，共同托起明天的太阳！
最后，用一首诗来结束我今天的演讲：
我想教会学生如何去生活，如何面对困难，完善自我。不只是书本知识或是自然奥秘，而是如何走好人生的道路。

熊廷访校长致词： 各位老师下午好！为了贯彻落实我校“争先创优”活动精神，加强行风建设，弘扬师德精神，展示我校师德教育成果，激励广大教师更好的爱岗敬业，教书育人，在学校的大力支持下，特举办本校的第一届师德师风演讲赛，我宣布：南昌新民外语学校“师德师风”演讲比赛正式开始，同时，预祝各位老师赛出高水平，取得好成绩。
各位领导，各位老师下午好，很荣幸能够参加学校举办的这次“师德师风”演讲比赛，也很谢谢各位今天能够抽出时间来为我们做评委。作为一个新老师，关于师德，我只学过一些比较理论性的内容，而对于实践方面，与你们相比那我是望尘莫及的，下面我来说已下我师德的一些较为浅显的看法。
在接到比赛的通知后，我自己做了一些简单的构思。我们每个人都知道什么事师德，怎样做才能成为一个好老师，这也是在大学师范教育里学的较多的内容。当然那些都是理论。实践是检验真理的唯一标准。我们可以从自己的教学过程中总结出来。然而从另外一个方面说，学生眼里的师德又是怎么样的呢？他们对老师的师德又有那些看法呢？于是，我从高一，高二学生选出几个很有主见的学生，让他们说一下他们眼中的师德是怎样的？
有个学生说：“老师和学生一样，都有遵守的道德准则，但是我个人认为，教师的道德素质并不是准则本身，而是要把这些规范及准
则逐步内化，成为教师从事教育事业的准则。”这句话出自学生之口，也不管是不是借用了别人的话，但这句话确实道出了师德的关键所在。政府为了反腐倡廉，发布了官员行为规范。大家想想，这虽然会警告和影响到一部分人，但是不能从根本上解决问题。《中小学教师职业道德规范》很早就颁布了，是从各个时代的教育实践中总结出来的。但是，教师队伍里还是出现了一小部分败坏教师整体声誉的人，无可避免。准则是死的，想要把它内化才是活的。老师们，好好把理论付诸实践吧！又有个学生说：“爱和责任是师德的核心。”以前有个人说过，教师肩膀上的担子有千斤重，一头挑着学生的现在，一头挑着学生的未来。教师的工作就是将一个个不懂事的孩子培养成为一个合格的公民。是啊！担子扛在肩上一定要平衡，对孩子施行什么样的教育，他长大后就会成为什么样的人。在教育实践中，有大部分的老师都把爱和责任给了班上中上游以上的学生，而有一批学生都被忽视。我们也做过学生。被忽视而泛出来的那股酸意，我们都能理解。他们也是我们的学生，也同样希望老师对他们付出爱和责任。有的时候，老师无意间的一个微笑，生活中点滴的关爱，也会激发他们心中的热情，对未来充满着希望。所以，老师们，对所有的学生都付出你的爱和责任吧！让每个学生都能健康的成长。
还有学生说：“一个好老师，不是上课讲得好，备课备得认真就可以胜任的。而是面对性格迥异的学生都能有自己的教育方式。”她还说，老师最重要的是平等地对待自己每位学生，没有优等生差等生的区别。作为一个公民，我们都希望别人能够平等地对待自己，不搞歧视。对于一个十几岁的孩子，又何尝不是呢！有句话说得好，“没有教不好的学生，只有不会教的老师。”老师们，平等地对待每一个学生吧！说不定奇迹会出现。上面我说的都是学生眼中的师德，说的叶在理。老师之间的师德又是怎样的呢？我觉得教师与教师之间团结协作，相互尊重是很重要的。团结的学生，团结的老师，团结的师生才能成就一个完整的团结的班集体，而作为班级主心骨的班主任在这方面要担负起很重要的责任。班主任不仅要和学生，老师把关系搞好，更要协调好学生与科任老师之间的关系。我是一名历史老师，还没当老师之前，我就听说过，史地生三科老师的地位远没有语数英那么好。在初中，人们把史地生三门划作副科，一直没受到重视。甚至有听说过对这三门学科存在着歧视，连带着这些学科的老师。但是，史地生要中考要高考，这是谁都知道的。我教初一高一高二的历史，通过对高一高二的教学，我清楚地知道初中历史的基础对高中有多么地重要，所以我告诉学生，换一种思想，不要把史地生作为副科。应该认真对待，同样要有这种想法，对历史科对历史老师给出同样的地位和尊重。“学高为师，身正为范。”作为老师，就应该以自己作为榜样，让学生学习。《中学生教师职业道德规范》把师德分为依法执教，爱岗敬业，热爱学生，严谨治学，团结协作，尊重家长，廉洁从教，为人师表。简单的32个字，却蕴含着无限的深意。希望所有的老师们不仅要知道这些准则，还要把他们付诸于实践中。大家一起努力，为

尊敬的各位领导，敬爱的老师们：大家好！
今天我的师德演讲的题目是《用爱书写心中的师德》
依稀记得小时候小伙伴之间有这么一个游戏：大家搬着小凳子齐刷刷的围坐在一起，其中有一人扮演老师，有模有样的拿着语文书开始教课。也就是从那时起，我就梦想着哪天自己能成为一名真正的教师。事过境迁我已是一名教师——一名普通的中学教师，我要在知识的宝库里采撷如花的词语，构筑我心中最美好的诗篇；我要用深深的思索，推演我心中最奥秘的哲理；我要用凝重的感情，唱出我心中最优美的赞歌。
当代作家贾平凹有一幅对联时时鞭策着我：百无聊赖何为教，一事无成怎做授。21世纪，新时代教师的寄托是什么？精神支柱何在？在我看来，那便是看似轻实则重的“师德”。
有人说，“家有半斗粮，不当孩子王”，教师这一行，十分清贫。为人师者的生活窘迫由来已久。金钱薄待了他们，他们因此薄待了学生。
但无论是过去，还是现在，抑或是将来，仍然有数不尽的教师无 怨无悔，像春蚕、像蜡烛，用自己的青春和生命捍卫这个职业的圣洁。老师们也许都曾有过与我类似的经历,当我们精心备课，辛辛苦苦传授知识，却发现的学生热情不高，眼神不够渴望；当我们认真投入对他们晓之以理，动之以情，却发现这些调皮个性的孩子依然我行我素；我的心曾经一点点冷却下去，甚至有说不出的恼火、伤心。但几乎与此同时，这些孩子又能表现出让人欲罢不能的欣慰和感动，又一次次地温暖我的心田。记得是从教第三年，我由于身体原因进行了一次小手术，出院后便在家中休养。在这段时间里，我所教班里的学生纷纷来家探望，有平时调皮捣蛋见到就头痛的孩子，也有成绩不好常被我喝斥的孩子，望着他们关切地眼神，好似一股暖流，淌进了我的心中。
也许大家都曾遇到过类似的事，身为新时代的青年教师，与这些可爱的孩子们相处，你会渐渐感觉到，也许他们的言语和表现少不了几许执拗、卤莽；也许他们的思维和行动欠缺几分理性和沉稳，但只要用心发现，他们其实很想与你接近，他们以独特的方式渴望着你的关注，企盼着你的关爱，在意你的关怀。如若身为教师的你忽略了这一点，纵然你有高深的学识，耀眼的才华，你在他心中也被打了一个大大的叉。化解这一叉的奥妙，便是“师德”中的一个字——爱。

大家早上好！
高尔基说过：“谁不爱孩子，孩子就不爱他，只有爱孩子的人才能教育孩子。”今天我演讲的题目是《爱是教育的灵魂》。
世上有很多东西给予他人时，往往是越分越少，而有一样东西却是越分越多，那就是爱。爱是一张张温暖的笑脸，一句句贴心的话语，一双双支持的手。“捧着一颗心来不带半根草去”，这就是我们人民教师的信念。没有令人羡慕的财富和权利，没有显赫一时的声名和荣誉，也没有悠闲自在的舒适和安逸。
在教育战线上，我是一名新兵，刚踏上工作岗位时，我也曾经疑惑于自己的选择，这就是自己梦寐以求的职业吗？理想和现实的差距让我有一丝的退却。但是短短两年来，我目睹了太多太多敬业与奉献的忙碌身影，聆听了太多太多不畏艰苦，孜孜不倦的感人事迹：我们亲爱的张小玲老师，身体不适，却坚持在三尺讲台上辛勤的耕耘；我们的梁春艳老师，每天晚上都批改作业到十一二点；还有张小英老师，基本上每天利用课余时间免费为学生补课?? 一幕幕动人的场景，一段段真挚的师生情，让我不再彷徨，让我勇敢地走进孩子们的世界。在孩子中间，那种放松融洽的气氛深深的吸引着我。慢慢地我爱上了这份职业。这种爱是我工作的动力，这种爱更是一份沉甸甸的责任。我开始学着耐心地倾听孩子们的诉说，学着细心的观察孩子们的一举一动，学着用最生动形象的语言和动作将心中那份浓浓的爱传递给每一个孩子。就拿亮亮小朋友来说吧，他身体瘦弱，个子矮小，因为父母亲外出打工，自己与年过七旬奶奶相依为命。这个孩子受家庭环境的影响，回家没人管教，学习基础较差，但作为他语文老师的我没有放弃他，利用放学后的时间找他谈心，让他充满了自信，找回了自尊，激发了他的学习兴趣。每天分早餐的时候，我总是给他多一些分量，让他吃饱。每当这时候，他腼腆地笑了，他感觉到了老师在给他施爱。此时我的心里觉得暖暖的，有种说不出的骄傲与自豪。孩子“亲其师”才会“信其道”，所以说爱是走进孩
子心灵的金钥匙。只有爱的阳光才能把坚冰融化；只有爱的雨丝才能使枯木逢春。
