My views on job-hopping
Recent years has witnessed a unfavorable social phenomenon that more and more employers like to change their jobs frequently，we called these people job-hopper.There are many facters accounting for this trend,perhaps some of them don`t like the working environment,some of others want to get a higher pay,so they finally choosed job-hopping.In my point of wiew ,every coin has its two sides,job-hopping also has its advantages and disadvantages.On one hand,job-hopping may give a new feeling to job-hoppers,they will turn a fresh attitude to the new job,and then they will concentrate on their present positions to contribute more to the firm.On the other hand,different experiences makes lifemore marvelous,so job-hopping may give the job-hoppers different and unforgettable feelings of real life.On the contrary,it is quite uneasy for us to make a harmony and stable company.It is so bad a feeling for the manager when the key worker decided to live and to find same position in other company.That is a great loss for the talent reserve.

每个人的职业生涯都离不开跳槽。人们常说跳槽七年之痒，其实，在跳槽的时间周期中，毕业三年无疑是道具有重要意义的转折坎，毕业三年的跳槽是否可行？毕业三年既是跳槽的高峰期也是跳槽的黄金期。
其一，三年的时间足以表明一个人的职业稳定性。在如今一年跳三次槽都已不算新鲜事的时代，能在一个单位连续呆上个三年，的确是件不太容易的事，这不仅仅需要耐性，更需要具备一定的能力，没有能力在这个啥都缺惟独不缺人的社会，早被开除走人了。若是一两年内频繁换工作的，且不谈他的工作能力如何，单说他的浮躁个性就基本可以推定无疑了。若是在工作了四、五年后跳槽，则不能不令人怀疑他究竟是主动跳槽还是被动跳槽。
其二，职场新人通过三年的亲身体验，大多会发现自己在单位中并没有预期中的发展前景。或许自己厌倦了同事间的尔虞我诈，发现根本不象同学之间的那种纯粹和真诚；或许认清了自己的个性和自我价值，发现别处应该有更大或更适合自己的职业平台。无论如何，三年过去了，是该考虑换地方了，这是三年后跳槽的心理原动力。
其三，大多数单位在招聘有工作经验的员工时，其要求一般以三年为限。一年太短，两年不够，四年五年又偏长，而三年足以将一个稚嫩的职场新人锤炼成为职场心理一位合格的职业人士。无论是从业经验还是职业素养，毕业三年的大学生都有了颇具水准的沉淀，这些都是新单位尤其是同业单位所真正看重的因素。你毕业三年了吗？你打算跳槽吗？你为何而跳槽？你成功跳了一个怎样的槽。如果说婚姻有七年之痒，那么职场则是三年之痒。工作三年的你，开始痒了吗？
一个大学生工作三年后选择跳槽，他往往不会选择跨行业或职业跳槽。原来做销售还是会选择销售行业和职业，只不过原先是销售助理，现在或许是销售经理乃至大区经理或大客户经理，做编程的也依然会选择在IT业或网络相关行业继续打拼，区别或者只是在于原先是在纯网络公司工作，现在则是负责企业网络平台构建和管理。三年后跳槽，他要考虑过去三年投入的沉淀成本。
毕业三年后跳槽的大学生，往往也不会跨地区或城市跳槽。或许在这个城市有了人生中的另一半而舍不得离开，或许习惯了这个城市拥挤的交通、喧闹的街市还有繁杂的人流而不愿意离开。大多数情况，跳槽只是在同一个城市不同的城区中转换，甚至就在原单位附近继续拼搏着自己的未来。三年后跳槽，他要考虑过去三年生活的惯性成本。
