一、活动意义及目的：

在21世纪的今天，英语在国际交流与对外活动中发挥着越来越大的作用，作为新时代的大学生，学好英语是顺应社会发展所必备的素质。为提高在校大学生的口语水平，丰富学生们的业余生活，同时增强校园英语学习的良好氛围，河北农业大学学生会特此举办大学生英文演讲比赛。

二、主办单位：河北农业大学学生会

三、协办单位：河北农业大学各学院学生会

四、活动主题：Keep Calm and Carry On

五、活动时间：初赛11月10日

复赛 11月18日

决赛11月25日

六、报名：

1.报名方式：自由报名（大食堂门口，团体2人）。

2.报名要求：在校学生，热爱英语与表演，并有一定的口语基础。

七、活动流程：

1．海选及学院选派：

（1）30秒有创意的自我介绍。

（2）非命题演讲，自备稿件，时间控制为2分钟（应报名人数定）。

（3）各学院选派一个团队（2人），要求口语表达流利，表现力

强，直接进入复赛。

2.复赛:

（1）参赛选手:海选选出的选手自由结组(2人)与院推团队。

（2）每个团队30秒集体风采展示。

（3）比赛环节：

① 每个团队两名选手以“Stay hungryStay foolish”为题共同进行演讲,时间为2分钟。

② 两名选手合作进行短剧表演，时间为2分钟（如果需要可以请各院派人进行协助，但是主题为两位选手）

（4）比赛结果：选出优秀的6支队伍进入总决赛。

3．总决赛暨颁奖典礼：

（1）选手赛前临时抽签决定出场顺序。

（2）主持人（一男一女）开场白，并介绍评委老师和到场嘉宾。

（3）主持人介绍具体比赛环节。

（4）比赛环节：

① 初出茅庐 ：决赛队伍的集体亮相，每支团队15秒的个性

展示时间，分值占10%；

② 过关斩将：每个团队推出一名选手完成命题演讲，限时

3分钟，自备背景音乐，分值占40%；

③ 即景生智：每个团队另一名选手完成即兴演讲，选手从大

屏幕中随机抽取题目（题目内容为图片），选手

根据图片内容，完成即兴演讲，时间为2分钟

左右，分值占20%；

④ 双剑合璧：由每个团队的两名成员共同完成一段英文对

白，对白内容为经典的英文电影片段（随机抽

取），成员间相互配合，可添加适当的动作，时

间1分钟，分值占20%；

⑤ 妙语连珠：3个团队为分一个小组，每个小组评委现场提

问,每个团队派一名代表上台回答，分值占10%。

（5）评委现场打分，主持人宣读各选手分数。

（6）请社团进行节目表演，工作人员进行最终统分。

（7）评委对本次演讲比赛做点评。

（8）公布获奖名单，评委嘉宾颁发证书并合影留念。

八、评比办法：

1．发音标准，语音语调流畅自然。（4分）

2．内容充实健康，表达鲜明突出。（3分）

3．团队协作配合能力,创新能力。（1分）

4．仪态举止大方得体，表演的形象生动,肢体语言协调。（2分）注：每个环节满分10分。

九、奖项设立：

团体冠军，团体亚军，团体季军各一个，最佳命题演讲选手一名，最佳即兴演讲选手一名，精神风尚奖若干。
