P.1Last summer, my mother and I went to South Korea by a super luxury cruise--Costa Atlantica, owned by Costa Crociere, an Italian company.The travel on land was not enjoyable, but on the contrary, the 5-day trip on board was better than we had ever thought.This is the external view of the super cruise.A lot of people said that she looked like an apartment building above a hull.P.2She was the largest ship in the Costa’s fleet.What surprised me most was that her length was even longer than the first Chinese aircraft carrier Liaoning.You can see here on the list, more than 1,000 cabins, 12 decks for relax or entertainment.So we had enough place to spend our time enjoyably.She could carry more than 3,000 people in total.P.3Lifeboats are placed in niches on the ship’s side.We had the evacuation and drill practice right after we went into our cabin.It took about 30 minutes and all the passengers stood in order on every decks.The ship had enough lifeboats to carry all the passengers.Therefore, I had little worry about our safety.P.4We had an Ocean View Cabin with a private balcony, with a direct view of the sea.So we can appreciate the beautiful scenery not only on the decks but also in our own cabin.The cabin was very spacious and comfortable.Every time we went back to our cabin, it seemed to have been cleaned and tidied up again.Cleaners provided us with a piece of Today newspaper about all the activities that would happen tomorrow.It’s actually very useful for us to decide whether to go to the magic show or to play games or other variety of activities.P.5Cause we were next to the control cabin, we were excited to see the captain regularly.But it’s a long way to walk back if we started from the stern.P.6My eyes lit up when I saw the inside of the cruise.Each space had a different personality.The cultural atmosphere was created by rooms such as the Tiziano Restaurant, Piazza Madame Butterfly, Casino and Caffe Florian.I was amazed to see the ever-changing atmosphere.P.7Each passenger deck was named after a movie by the Italian director Federico Fellini, which seems a little romantic.The stairs and the lifts are ample and efficient.In the atrium we find high backed red leather chairs and different kinds of sofas that are all comfortable.P.8Food was plentiful and good, we dined in the main restaurant, breakfast and lunch in the buffet.They had both Chinese food and western food, so we had plenty of choice.P.9There existed everything you can imagine.The cruise was just like a mobile city sailing on the sea.They had different shows every night in 3 theatres.P.10 There were also 4 restaurants, 12 bars, cafe, library, Internet point, 3 theatres, shopping gallery, chapel, card room, disco, gardens, Squok Club for children and teenagers, spa, beauty salon, gym, sports pitch, swimming pool, sunbath deck, and also even wifi on the sea.But the wifi was very expensive on board.It cost me 7 dollars although I only used it for 20 minutes.But people can surf the Internet in the library, not for free.So all in all a great time was had by all.I loved it, food was fine, drinks were good, staff were all very attentive, polite and helpful.The hospitality and warmth made me in good mood every second.In spite of my seasickness, I went to almost every place of this excellent ship, enjoy the scenery outside and inside.I’m really satisfied with their service on board.

My daily scheduleHello,everyone!My name is Franklin.Today,I will show you my daily schedule.I’m a student in middle school.In middle school,I have a lot of things to do every day.From Monday to Friday,I study in my school.I get up at six o’clock,then I have breakfast.My father drives me to school after having breakfast.In school,I have a morning reading first.On Tuesday and Thursday morning,I need to lead the Chinese reading.We read some textbooks like Chinese and English every morning.Our lesson begins at ten to eight.I have four lessons like Chinese,Maths and English in the morning.Sometimes, I also have PE,Art in the morning.Most lessons in the morning are very important, I have to listen carefully at any time in the morning.After finishing the fourth lesson,it’s a quarter past eleven,I have lunch with my classmates in school.I can have s rest at noon for a short time.Then I need to do lots of classwork includes Chinese,Maths,English.I must finish that before 1 p.m.If don’t finish all of my classwork,some teachers may criticize me.So it is very busy for me at noon.At one fifteen,I start to have lessons.In the afternoon,the lessons are not difficult.I can have my favourite lessons ,History, Geography,and

大学生暑假社会实践总结

之“韦博一夏”

白驹过隙，我已迎来了大学的第一个暑假，去年暑假是一次完全的释放，一次自我的身心放松。社会实践是大学生课外教育的一个重要方面，也是大学生自我能力培养的一个重要方式，因此对于我们在校大学生来说，能在暑假有充足的时间进行实践活动，给了我们一个认识社会、了解社会，提高自我能力的重要的机会。

于是在这个暑假，我来到了韦博国际英语合肥中心，做了一名市场推广人员。

面试记（2013年7月25日）

通过同学的介绍，今天我来到了韦博国际英语合肥中心，一家做英语培训的教育机构。我不是去参加英语培训的，而是去应聘的。这亦是平生第一次面试，在去面试之前我做了充分的准备。首先，我通过网络了解到韦博国际英语的发展历史和一些相关知识。其次，通过朋友了解到面试和工作的一些基本情况。最后，穿着干净，怀着满满的信心去面试了。

虽然没有传说中那种紧张和压力，但是还是比较慎重的，一言一行都跟着面试官走。结果还可以，半个多小时就在谈笑中度过了，我被录用了。接下来是简单的上岗之前培训。了解并背诵公司的基本信息，发传单的基本礼仪，与客户说话的语气，站姿等，记住与客户聊天的专业术语，发现并挖掘潜在客户，抓住意向客户。

培训后就是试用期考察，一个下午的时间。这个下午督导只要求我们几个新手在三孝口BRT站台发传单即可，无需做单（留下客户的个人信息，或将客户带至韦博中心）。而我在发完了几百份传单后，想尝试一下去做单。结果我做了4张单，但是并没有到访（即带客户去韦博中心）。

试用期结束后，我得到了督导的夸奖，称赞我上手快，有想法。因此我被留下，明天正式上班。同来的人就有没有被录用的。

感触：

1、准备充分是万事开始的基石。

2、机会总是留给有想法和敢做的人。

发传单记

以前只在路上接过别人的传单，没有想过自己今天会来发传单。左手夹着一沓传单，站在BRT站台路口。见人来后，右手拿着一张传单的左下角，站在行人的左前方，面带微笑，将传单递至行人手中。并且是弯腰，传单的高度在行人腰部上方一点的位置，然后说道：“您好，韦博国际英语了解一下。”（切记不能挡住行人的去路）

理想很丰满，现实却总是那么的骨干。本以为一张小小的传单，行人接单肯定不成问题。可是刚开始发传单就让我惊讶，有的人无视你的存在直接走过去，只听见传单与他衣服摩擦的声音；有的人会面无表情的拿着传单，还未等我说完话就已经走远（或许他赶时间）；有的人会直接说上一句“我不需要”或者“我不需要学英语”等等。还有的人看见我后直接绕道而行或者是瞪眼，发白眼等。但是世间还是有好人的，有的人看见我发单还会主动过来拿几份，虽然他们不是潜在客户，但是依然感谢他们。有的人接过单后会直接扔垃圾桶，或当面把它窝起来。

不管是怎样，我依旧在那发着传单，因为那是我的工作，不能因为一点挫折就放弃。就这样我坚持了26天。

感触：

1、礼貌待人，无论他是做什么的。

2、拉下脸，厚起脸皮，你会有不一样的收获。

3、坚持，无谓挫折。

做单记

韦博国际英语的做单有两种：一是留下客户信息，二是做到访。

在不同的地方需要我们用不同的方式去做单。例如在安徽图书城新华书店，我们通常如“特务”般在一旁观察别人，然后根据他的年龄、穿着、翻阅的书等开始思考交流内容。一旦可以就如虎遇见猎物一样“扑”上去，从随便聊聊开始，等他放松戒备后才开始推广英语。如果在国购广场，那就是利用传单上的诱人字眼如“千元奖学金”等来让他驻足，再开始推广，过程还需要聊聊其他轻松的，让他在不知不觉中把你当成一个朋友，而不是单单的推广人员。这样才能聊的久，成功的概率也会变大许多。

主管曾和我们说过，如果你今天计划2个到访和6张回单，那么你今天肯定能完成6张甚至更多的回单，或许还会有1个到访。但是如果你只计划6张回单，那么你今天肯定没有到访，而且估计也做不到6张单。就如同大学里的考试，我计划考高分，那么过关肯定不成问题；但是若我只想着不挂科，那么就会有很大可能性挂科。

感触：

1、因时制宜，因地制宜。

2、高一点目标，美一点结局。

会议记

在韦博国际英语，我们市场部推广人员流传着一句话“一天一小会，两天一大会”。确实如此，我们开会很勤。

不过在这些会议中，我学到了许多在校园中学不到的东西。印象中有一次督导在白板上写下一些有关于账目的数字，我就在那看着，等他写完问结果是多

少时。我才开始计算，而此时已经有人算出来了，不是他们算数比我强，而是他们提前就在算了。会议中会经常出现一个项目就是现场演练，一位同事做客户，另一位同事做推广人员。然后在他们演练结束后，我们给予他们点评优缺点。在不断地演练中熟悉我们的专业术语，发现问题及时向主管请教。想尽办法去搞定客户。我们还会在会议上一个一个当场查我们前几天的工作数据，绝对公平公正。然后数据好的同事就分享一下心得和经验，数据不好的同事就要自我反省和总结了。

会议似乎会给人一种动力，开完会后会有一种工作更加卖力的感觉（这似乎就是各种会议存在的价值）。

感触：

1、每一件事都有存在的意义，包括让人烦的会议。

2、演练发现问题，解决问题。

同事记

在韦博的26天里认识了一批“哈友”，他们有的是我们主管，督导，还有的是我们同事。主管和督导并不是那种天天严肃的面孔，而是很和善，天天和我们打成一片。

每天在被人打击后会有同事过来安慰你，例如在发单时遇到了一个行人，他从我身边走过，我给他发单，他头也没有回，慢慢往前走，然后向左侧伸出左手食指轻轻摇摆说道：“我不需要，我英语8级都过了”。当时我瞬间凌乱了，气不打一处来。此时，同事来安慰道：“他就吹牛皮，崴脚崴脚„„”从那以后“崴脚”就成为了我们互相安慰，调侃的口头禅。

主管和督导会在开会时很严肃的和我们说事，然后和我们聊天谈心。告诉我们他们也会被上级Star（韦博的校长），批评，谈话。所以我们也要体谅他们，换位思考。主管还会在热天给我们分享他自己喝的绿豆汤。

感触：

1、多个朋友多条路。

2、换位思考，会让每个人舒服。

“韦博 一夏”我经历过了，有了经历才会有话语。
