工业分析与检验专业实习报告

毕业实习是每个大学生必须应有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会，也让我学到了在课堂上根本学不到的知识，受益匪浅，也打开了视野，增长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础。

我所实习的单位是徐州市纤维检验所，这是一个机关单位，我是通过熟人才进来实习的,刚开始工作不是很累，也不算太忙，因为是在业务室所以每天都要守在电话和传真机旁，忙的时候我也帮忙打打报告，整理整理文件等等，有时候也会无聊到一坐就是一天，记得刚来的第一天就坐的我腰酸背痛的，但是几天以后就稍稍有点习惯了，每天都会去学习不一样的东西，也会向我们室主任询问一下工作上的事情，偶尔也跟着学习业务知识，刚步入工作岗位，才发现有很多的事情都不懂，在办公室闲着的时候就看些其他方面的书，虽然跟自己所学的专业没有联系，但是感觉进入社会以后要学的东西实在太多了，多学点还是有好处的。单位刚刚又建了一个实验室，桑蚕干茧公证检验试验室，领导还安排我到缫丝厂去亲身体验缫丝技术，还有生丝检验，所以把我安排带厂里去学习，在哪学习的几天里也受了不少罪，大热天的就要在40多度的车间里学习，不过实习的那几天还是比较开心的，特别感谢在那教我的小师傅，把原来什么都不懂得我教会了可以自己独自去挡车，虽然不是多么熟练但还是很开心，回到单位就开始忙于我们的实验室，干了将近三个月终于结束了，之后单位有安排我去济南学习半个月的选茧技术，想想自己还真是幸运啊，在我不断地努力学习下终于半个月的学习也圆满结束了，我考了一个省级的选茧证书，那里的老师们都夸我不错，我想只要自己脚踏实地的去做，努力了，皇天不负有心人啊！

现在上班近一年了，在这短短的的一年里，自己曾经为工作和生活也泄气过，哭过，总觉得自己做什么都格格不入似地，后来仔细想想，刚开始不都是这样吗，哪个人也不是与生俱来的，每个人都是通过自己的努力才获得收获的，我想只要努力了没有什么事情是可以难得住人的，一开始，就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟刚刚进入社会又没有什么工作经验，跟着师傅们多学学还是有好处的，现在既然有这个机会，就应该从各个方面去锻炼自己，不然以后自己什么都会做不好，我想我现在的工作与其他的同学相比应该还是不错的，工作也不是很难，现在慢慢也感受到了工作中的喜悦，偶尔单位也会安排我去外地学习，平时不忙的时候大家也会坐在一起聊聊天，也会组织一起出去旅游，娱乐娱乐也挺开心的。有时在工作上遇到困难的时候，我也会主动去找领导谈谈话，交流交流，从他们的的讲话中也是受益匪浅，有时候真想那个本子记录下来。在工作的时候，自己也挺认真，很容易就进入工作状态，关键是对人的态度以及应该怎么对人讲话，还有为人处事，由于自己的经验少，在工作方面也有所欠缺，现在才明白作为一名学生的时候是多么的好啊，但是想想，这些事情早晚都要学，早晚都要工作，都要进入社会，早晚都要面对这些避免不了的事情，所以现在我很珍惜学习的机会，感觉现在所学到的知识都是那么的来之不易。在工作中互相谅解是我很感激他们，他别是那些领导还有我的室主任，他们都对我特别的好，毕竟自己年龄小也很尊重他们，把它们当做自己的叔叔阿姨，和同事之间也没有什么隔阂，所以现在慢慢的喜欢上这份工作了，最重要的是有一个好的工作环境，还有那么多对我好的人，感觉自己真的挺幸运的。

在这实习的一年里，让我体会到了工作中的喜悦，我很感谢这些领导给了我这一次学习的机会，以后做什么事我都会脚踏实地的去做，也为自己的以后打下一个坚实的基础，现在明白了，不管做什么事都要有虚心求教的态度，还要懂得取长补短，最重要的一点就是“忍”了也就是坚持不懈，现在我工作的时间虽然不久，可是我发现自己真的变了一点，会比以前为人处事了，相信会在以后的工作中更加得心应手，表现更加出色，不管在什么地方任职都会努力的！

工业分析与检验专业《生产实习》教学大纲

一、实习目的运用所学理论知识对现场工业项目进行分析操作、提高独立分析检测工业各 种元素的能力。

二、实习要求

1、严格遵守安全规程和实验室的一切规章制度以及学校有关实习规定，严格按照实验室操作规程操作，爱护国家财产，切实保障实验设备和人身安全；

2、听从厂里各级领导，现场技术人员的指挥，虚心向现场分析人员学习；

3、遵守纪律，不迟到不早退，有事先请假，学员之间互相帮助互相学习；

4、实习结束一周内，每人交实现笔记和符合实习内容要求的实习报告各一份;
