characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life.So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose.But the problem is wether it is real success.We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us.If we keep chasing them, where is the end? What will satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people’ hopes and ideals.3.Different people have different ideas about success;cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another.But I am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility.These are the best
treasures.So now I am very proud that I have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you.It is my success, cause I raise up to challenge my hope.4.What is success? 实训报告
实训名称：英语演讲实训 实 训 人 指导老师：
实训地点：教室、图书馆、教研室
实训时间：2016年3月28日——2016年4月1日（第5周）
实训小组：实训目的：英语演讲实训主要是在教师指导下进行系统的循序渐进的练习，学会用英语思维，逐步掌握较为复杂的表达能力。使学生对英语演讲从感性认识上升到理性思考，并通过教师的系统指导使学生能够基本掌握英语演讲理论和技能，能够就某一话题作 5--7分钟连贯性演讲。从而使他们的英语实践运用能力大幅提高，以便满足我国目前不断扩大的对外交流形势对英语人才的需求。
实训内容：
1、实训期间，认真学习《英语演讲理论技巧》；
2.自选一个名人演讲（如奥巴马就职演说），进行模仿，模仿时间3-5分钟；
3.自选题目，写一篇英文演讲稿,题目可选择：工作与考研、妇女的地位、未来工作的展望、生态文明的理解、教育改革等，700----800词，演讲时间5—7分钟； 4.4月1日进行模仿演讲和现场脱稿演讲，要求现场录音，学生提交给教师录音文件。5．实训结束后，学生要提交一份1500字左右的实训报告。
实训过程：
3月28日：指导教师召集本组学生，布置实训任务，明确实训进度。3月28日—3月29日：指导学生选择恰当的名人演讲，并进行演讲稿的撰写。指导教师对学生进行面授或电话指导，回答学生问题。
3月30日—3月31日：学生提交演讲稿初稿，教师进行修改并反馈。
4月1日：组织学生进行演讲模仿和现场脱稿演讲，并进行现场录音。
在此期间，学生应同时完成实训报告。
实训总结：
本次我们进行的英语演讲实训对我们的演讲能力和思维有这很好的训练与
提升。我们通过自己写演讲稿，修改，然后在众人面前演讲，克服自己的紧张心里，以及提升自己在多人场合语言思维和逻辑能力。这样的一个实训使我们多方面的能力得到了训练。下面是我在本次实训中的一点心得和体会。
原来我在台上进行演讲时，总会由于紧张等各种原因出现忘词，本来准备好的词语都会临时大脑短路，一片空白，然后自己更加的紧张，内容也越来越没条理。我相信我的情况在大多数人身上都发生过。而我们通常会用反复背诵的方法把自己的演讲稿背诵下来，然后把一场演讲变成了背诵原文。我们其实应该了解，一场清晰的演讲表达，绝对不是来自于死记硬背。当我们把整个结构在头脑当中架构的无比清晰，每个细节都考虑过如何陈述之后，自然可以做到脱口而出。我们想清楚，才能够讲清楚。我们在平时的演讲中因为紧张忘词，等等出现的问题，可以归结为我们没有形成“抓住重点”的思维习惯。
其实，无论演讲的时间有多长，即使像一些名人在发布会，或者一些会议上的发言，在底层逻辑上，也不过时在围绕几个逻辑重点展开论述。当我们把演讲的主要逻辑重点想清楚，定位好，就可以在脑海中构建自己的思维框架，其余的论点，故事，段子，鸡汤等等，就能够像砖块一样有序的各就各位，而且我们可以感到思维的层次感，回忆起来一点都不乱。我们需要做的是在演讲前，按照自己想要表达的内容要点列出几个逻辑重点。换句话来说，就是自己想说的东西列一个提纲出来，然后根据自己的提纲，把自己的演讲稿按照提纲的逻辑顺序写好。之后我们需要做的就是把我们稿子里的论点单独的分离出来，然后根据这个论点，我们思考需要用到的例子，比如说数据，鸡汤，或者段子。这样来构架我们的演讲主题。就像一个树状图一样，一个点下面罗列几个分点，及时我们忘掉了其中一个，也依然有备用的点。这样下来，我们的稿子就变成了一个条例清晰，相互关联的树状图，通过这样的形象思维，我们会更加容易的做到脱稿，而且条例清楚。做到这一切的重点，就是逻辑。这样才是一场准备完全的演讲。
这些就是我们本次实训中体会与学习到的一些关于演讲的知识和技巧，在实训中，除了老师给我们的英语演讲理论技巧，我也在网上进行了相关的搜索。总之，这次实训我学到了很多演讲的技巧。最后，感谢老师在实训中对我们演讲稿的修改与指导。
