共创和谐宿舍
常言道：“宿舍是我家，环境靠大家。”和谐的宿舍需要我们大家齐心协力创建。一个有纪律、守文明的宿舍，才会让大家住得安心，住得放心。大学四年的宿舍生活，陪伴我们度过大学生涯的春夏秋冬。我们除了在教学楼学习的时间，在宿舍的时间是我们在学校时间最多的地方。所以，宿舍的环境建设显得尤其重要。我们班上有班规，宿舍也同样需要有舍规。无规矩不成方圆，一个宿舍没有舍规，大家就会没有共同要遵守的规则，那么，会造成很多不必要的矛盾。只有大家共同认同的舍规制定出来，并严格实施宿舍管理，一个宿舍才能建设属于自己的宿舍文化。如制作“作息时间表”，规定晚上关灯时间，早上起床时间……这样的时间表制定保证了同学们的休息，杜绝玩电脑玩得太晚的现象发生，以免影响他人以及自己的正常学习。
为了凝造干净、整洁的宿舍环境，让大家能在舒适的氛围下学习。我们实行每天轮流值日制，每天都保证有同学打扫卫生，保持门窗、地面清洁，物品整齐划一。之前我们宿舍参加了“雅居大赛”，借助比赛的契机，我们把宿舍好好装饰一番，让宿舍更有家的感觉。我们装饰用的材料都是环保的，我们用废弃的塑料瓶做笔筒，用宣传单折成纸鹤……参与这样的活动，不仅让我们增加了环保意识，变得更善于利用资源，还让我们把原先空荡荡的宿舍变得更加温馨。我们宿舍取名为“心窝”，寓意我们宿舍很窝心，把温馨作为我们的宿舍文化的精髓。离开父母，离开家，我们背上行囊，踏上求学之路，在陌生的大学，因为有“心窝”，让心从此不再孤单。
和谐的宿舍建设，也要求我们有宿舍的安全意识。当我们离开宿舍时，要记得把门锁上和把财物放好；我们不违反学校“不准使用违规电器”的规定；在晚上熄灯前，关上所有的用电器……这样做的目的，是为了大家好。上大学，我们都长大了，更要学会保护自己。
是谁每天叫你起床？是谁在你生病不舒服时，送上温热的饭菜?又是谁在你不开心时，第一时间知道？是舍友。和谐宿舍，不单单是宿舍的卫生和外在的环境，主要的还是大家在一起的心。我们来自五湖四海，生活习惯和脾气秉性都各有不同，很多人都第一次经历与家庭之外的人共同生活。此时，沟通和包容就显得尤其重要。大家在同一个宿舍生活，平常难免有摩擦，有矛盾，我们也允许这样的小吵小闹。但是大家有没有想过？我们一起生活四年，真的是低头不见抬头见，如果我们生活在这么狭小的空间都不好好相处，那我们的大学生活会不会辛苦了点呢？作为舍友，作为朋友，我们更应该守望相助，谁有困难就帮谁解决，做到人人为我，我为人人。同时，我们需要沟通。没“沟”又怎么能“通”呢？有什么问题，大家应该开心见诚地讲出来，要不等矛盾积累太多爆发时，只会造成一发不可收拾的状况。每个成员都渴望有一个温馨、和谐的宿舍，正如宿舍也需要每个成员去和谐相处。
