Many related investigations show that the success rate is very low.It is far below the average level of society.It is also shows that,college students have many disadvantages compareed with general entrepreneurs.First of all, the lack of psychological preparationlead to this phenomen that many students blindly followed the upsurge.Many choices of entrepreneurship are not based on the good self-localization,but repeated others among the pionnering work upsurge.Finally,they became depressed and frustrated when confronted with a heap of difficulties,and then they gave up.Secondly, allyoung college students are followed “from school to school” development path,they are ingenuous and lack of social experience.But the competitors that they faced were not the people of the same age, on the

contrary, they are veterans in commerce.So, undergraduates are more likely to be deceived and defeated in the relentless competition.For another, the lack ofthe spirit of bearing hardships and the awareness of work hard and perseveringly had became their disadvantages.At present , the majority of college students are only one child in their family.The good family environment and the spoiled from their parents made most students were empty of rough experience.However, in poineering process, many successful people have experienced the “ eat steamed bread, drink cold water” difficulties before they success.So it is difficult to attain success withoutwork hard and perseveringly.The Threat

There are many threats among external conditions.One is the competition from the ordinary entrepreneurs.There are two kings ordinary entrepreneurs: one is the lower groups for a living need,such as laid-off workers, unemployed.Another is that entrepreneurs has already in the workplace after a few years, and accumulated much experience of entrepreneurs, so they had strong competitiveness than students.The second is the pressure from the family.According to the survey.Among the college students who hold the idea of entrepreneurial, more than half of them were opposed by their families, lack of experience was themain reasion that considered by their families.Most parents wanted their child could found a stable job, got stable salary after graduation, and they disagreedwith their children's choice ofstart an undertaking and assume corresponding risk.The third element is the consequences of failure.Many students gave up this idea because they did not know what to do after them failure.Although they could choose to start all over again, when comparing with their classmates, they not only lost years salary, but also had toadapt to the new industry and new job.So many students step back due to the fearing of failure results.The Measures

The government should further improve policies, reduce the college students' anxieties in undertaking ,and provide a better external environment for

students.Take measures to improve the system of capital protectionas far as

学号09170213 说起创业，有些人觉得很遥远，但是我相信学校开这门课有它自己的原因。对于创业，我们每个人有自己不同的见解，我当然也有自己的想法。在大学生中，我们一些人有创业的想法，但是还是比较盲目的，不是很清楚创业的意义及实质。创业现在说起来有些人觉得很可笑，但是学校开这门课也让我们更明白地了解创业的流程，使我们这些有着创业想法的年轻人更能清晰地了解创业的各个流程。在老师的上课中，老师运用了鲜明的例子，是我们更能深刻的理解创业的方法和意见。当然一些成功人士的例子也在我们脑海中历历在目的。什么才是创业的基本条件，和机会是给有准备的人的，同时，老师在课堂中，让同学对案例进行分析，使我们更深刻地记得一些例子。老师提出问题，我们解决问题与分析问题。这一点是老师与学生的互动，我觉得这是很不错的亮点。希望老师能继续延续这种上课沟通的交流方式。当然，这门课，对于创业兴趣者是非常好的，毕竟它是让初学者有了一个比较良好的见识，得到了一些创业的见解。

创业，说得好听是“梦的开始”，其实都是从“困难”开始的。创业是因为没有钱、因为读不起书、因为找不到工作、因为再也忍受不了大公司官僚和繁琐的窒息氛围、因为要去改变世界......创业要从无到有、从小到大、从亏到盈、从穷到富、从游击队到正规军、从星星之火到烽火燎原......创业成功之前最多的莫过于是困难了。

大学生创业是大学生人生的一个重大项目，一定程度上左右其走出校园后职业生涯的方向。既然大学生创业是一个项目，那么大学生创业项目的技术目标是什么呢？有人说是创办一家公司，有人说是开发出一个新产品，有人甚至说是成功融资。这些都是不对的，至少是不全面的。企业的根本目的是盈利，新产品应体现出价值。因此，大学生创业项目的技术目标应是创办能盈利的企业或开发出能带来财富的新产品。

有些大学生由于创业目的不明确或是动机不纯，创业只是为了过了一把老板瘾，满足了一下虚荣心，等钱烧完了，创业也算是划上了“圆满”的句号，结果令人失望。

近几年来大学生创业风潮兴起，一方面受国家鼓励大学生创业的影响，一方面中国经济这几年的飞速发展让很多年轻人看到了自主创业盈利的契机与希望，中国的大学生创业风潮在国家和相关社会力量的支持下风起云涌，不过大学生创业的艰辛与困难也是可想而之的。昨天看了俞敏洪教授在创业课堂讲创业心得，很有收获。从中也略有体会，把创业转变成对生活的态度。俞敏洪教授写了几个创业的关健词：目标，坚持，耐心，勇气。并指出就创业很简单，就是每到一个阶段给自己制定一个小目标，要踏踏实实走好每一步。

作为中国最有希望的年轻一代，肩负着复兴中华的历史使命，又向往着实现自我的人生价值，肩头的胆子十分沉重。由于缺乏社会经验与阅历，在实际操作中会遇到许多困难。创业首先需要资金，如果是做小生意，很多学生会动用自己的积蓄还有父母会给予经济上的支持，这个资金问题要好解决一些，如果投资较大，做自己的企业，大学生需要自己去找投资资金，这是非常困难的事情，投资人是要高回报率，低风险，但是很少有大学生一开始就能保证自己公司能够运营稳当，收益正常，找到第一桶金很重要；第二是要组织自己的管理团队，这是第二件极为重要的事，只有充分发挥团队的力量才能带动企业发展，选择团队的成员很重要，涉及到大家的利益问题，要怎么处理这种关系，怎么协调大家的意见对于刚入社会的新人来说是一个巨大的挑战；此外企业的管理、产品的销售、这些后续工作是影响企业生存的生命线，产品不能销售就没有资金来运转，整个工作也无法开展，这些仅仅是一个企业循环的最基本的步骤。

我们当代的大学生普遍缺乏社会实践，在未做好被领导者时是不可能做好领导者的，所以我觉得咱们大学生还是应该先进企业工作一段时间，掌握一些最基本的工作再去尝试创业，并且要摆正自己的位置，坚守自己的理想，马云说过，今天很黑暗，明天更黑暗，但后天就会有太阳，很多人死在了明天晚上。所以坚持不懈是很重要的。即使在创业初期很艰苦，也要相信自己，不能把自己看扁，俞洪敏曾用了一个很恰当的例子，每一条河流都有自己的生命曲线，但最终的目标是奔向大海，时机不到的时候，他就积蓄自己的力量，时机到的时候，他就会奔腾入海，成就自己的生命。是的，每个人，不管是创业者还是打工仔，都有自己的梦想，可能现在实现起来遥不可及，但是自己通过不断学习不断进步终究会实现自己的理想。

在鼓励大学生创业过程中，政府、媒体举了不少创业成功的案例，既有国内的，也有国外的。特别是微软的比尔.盖茨同志，为了创业大学都没读完，你看人家现在是连续十几年的世界首富。

他们只告诉了一个众所周知的结果，但没有说的是：国外与国内创业是有很大不同的。国外诞生了很多的高科技企业，甚至引领未来技术发展的企业，他们有很好创业 的土壤，VC等资金供给方，为初创企业融资的各种创业板很多，再加上教育体制的不同，以及政治、法制环境的成熟，创业者需要专注的点可能非常小，这都为创 业提供了良好的环境！

创业，尤其是大学生创业，很多时候都是因为一时的冲动，没有经过深思熟虑，更没有经过大量的市场和社会环境的调查分析。同时，大学生缺乏创业必备的综合素质，没有专业的技能和指导，对市场动向把握不准，过于追逐创新而偏离实际，资金匮乏，因此很多大学生创业的激情在一刚开始就被种种挫折与困难浇灭，最终失败而告终，创业需要勇气和毅力，但这样的勇气和毅力都必须建立在个人较高的创业素质和能力之上，否则也只能算是蛮干。

对于大学生创业，我认为最根本的就是在创业之初就要充分认准和把握自己创业领域的市场饱和度、市场动向和社会环境，既要考虑到社会环境、市场环境，又要考虑到自身的情况，同时要采取各种措施（如与他人合作）尽可能的使风险最小化。这是大学生创业最根本也是最基础的准备。其实，在创业基础打好的基础上，大学生创业要讲究效用，要一步一个脚印，不能够急于求成。创业必须讲究策略性与计划性，既要对创业过程与发展有一个长远的规划，又要这种创业过程中的每一个细节，要针对每一个细节做出全方位的分析和预测。再者，创业者必须时刻具有危机感，要有危机意识和潜在危机的预警性和前瞻性。在充分考虑到同行业竞争所打来的压力和危机，要预测当前行业状况的走向和可能导致的危机，创业者只有时刻具有危机意识，并对潜在的危机做出相应的预警才能够真正独立于竞争的大环境中不败。以上是我对于大学生创业的理解，我觉得大学生必须同时具备以上综合能力才能够真正开始自己的创业实践，这是创业对于一个创业者内在和外在的要求，是创业过程中所必须得到考验的。

创业需要个人的综合素质，同时也需要一定的思维高度与坚定的信念和决心。创业之路注定不平坦，崎岖坎坷。每一个创业者都必须要有对理想的坚定执着和对创业的坚定决心，才能够克服在创业过程中的种种变故与风险，坚定地继续创业之路。如果一个创业者没有这样的精神高度，首先无法在心理上战胜自己，就更不可能在一次次挫折与失败中不断挺身奋进，不屈不挠。创业需要一种精神的支撑和牵引，让你无所畏惧，为理想而翻山越岭，赴汤蹈火，创业者需要这样一种精神。创业者必须要具备一定的思维高度，通过这种高度的思维，创业者可以通过各种以实际为基础的动向来变换自己的策略，并对区域同行业者经营动态的整合分析，以此来调整自己的经营战略，形成对自己一个较为合乎实际的优势规划，使自己始终处在一个相对平稳的发展状态。思维高度，直接服务于创业实践的每一个过程，直接影响创业的发展壮大，关系到创业的成败与否，因此，创业者需要这样的一种思维高度。

大学生创业是一个很长的过程，既是一个完善自己的过程，也是一个融入社会、认知社会，把握行业动脉的过程。不论是以我自身的创业经历来看，还是纵观无数创业者的经历，我们都可以得出以上的结论，创业者必须具备这些，才能成为一个真正的合格的创业者，才能够为创业之路铺平道路。

做为大学生来说，放低你就业的标准，调整心理状态，不要把眼睛盯在大城市、大企业，甚至工资待遇上。大学毕业其实并没有什么了不起，人一生需要学习的知识，绝大部分不是来自学校。无论是什么样的工作，努力、认真、用心的去做好它，这对你人生的帮助将会是巨大的，连简单工作都做不好的人，我们怎么会期望他承担更重要的工作呢？好高婺远、眼高手低则是刚工作时的大忌！在人生又一个关键的路口，希望每一位大学生都有智慧，选择好自已未来的人生道路！

一、当代大学生择业与创业状况及原因

近年来国家经济发展迅速,就业再就业工作取得明显成效,但就业再就业形势依然严峻,压力依然很大.（二）当前状况原因

1、人口众多,而且随着高校招生规模扩大,大学生逐年增多,僧多粥少的局面日趋紧张.2、相关就业政策的法律法规尚不健全,使得人才交流市场有一定漏洞,使有一些不法分子有机可乘,欺骗择业大学生.3、大多数大学生思想认识不成熟.由于相当一部分当代大学生从小就生活在优越的环境中,使其观念中独立创业思想不成熟,对以后发展没有一个明确的目标和方向.4、教育模式与社会要求有一定脱轨.当前众多高校在教育学生时仍沿用以前教学模式,没能很好跟上时代要求的步伐.使得大学生在工作能力方面有所欠缺,理论很好,但眼高手低.二、符合社会要求,树立正确择业观和创业观

（一）认清自己,认清社会

1、人离不开社会,一个人的工作方向也离不开社会的要求,从而人才能更好地适应社会,改造社会.鲁滨逊被困孤岛,与世隔绝,多年后返回故土,已恍如隔世.一个大学生如果不了解社会需求,恐怕只会在择业道路上连连碰壁.自从国家在1993年2月13日颁布了《中国教育改革与发展纲要》.明确提出了大代大学生“自主创业”地要求.且与1998年8月29日,第九届人民代表大会第四次会议中通过了《高等教育》.进一步对当代大学生自主择业进行明确的要求与规定.这就要求大学生要学会自主择业和主动创业.2、大学生要充分了解自己,认识到自己兴趣和长处之所在.“三百六十行”,当前社会的各行各业人才需求量都很大.当代大学生不可盲目为赶时代潮流全都一股脑儿挤到热门专业,其实专业无热冷,只怕学艺不精.不管你的专业是什么,只要你在这个领域确实学有所成,你就一定能利用你在这个领域的知识成就一番事业.大学生毕业以后能有多大的发展空间,并不取决于他的专业是否热门,而是取决于他在专业学习中是否已掌握了分析问题解决问题的能力.（二）择业与创业

个人根据自己的意愿和社会的需要,主动选择自己所从事的工作的过程称之为择业,而创业则是通过发挥自己的主动性和创造性,开辟新的工作岗位,拓展职业活动范围,创造新的业绩的实践过程,择业与创业是有内在联系,不可分割的.要树立正确的择业观和创业观,这与个人的人生观和世界观是紧密相关的.态度决定一切.1、不要只为眼前工资而工作.要服从社会需求,追求长远利益.台湾人蔡崇信曾是全球著名的瑞典风险投资公司Invest AB的亚洲代表.他听说阿里巴巴之后立即从香港飞赴杭州要求洽

2、不要固步自封,要有积极创业的准备.创业是艰难的,有思想准备还是不够的,还要有创业勇气.1998年10月,在法国巴黎召开的世界高等教育大会通过的《21世纪的高等教育:展望与行动世界宣言》中指出,为方便毕业生就业高等教育应培养创业技能和主动精神.创业需要勇气,但需要的是智勇,而不是蛮干.大学生要打破以往旧的观念,树立创新意识,努力提高自主创业能力.三、如何培养大学生择业与创业能力及其意义

（一）要有高尚情操和远大的理想抱负

1、树立远大理想能让人在不断进步中超越自己,要有积极进取的人生态度,只有这样才会保持乐观心态面对困难.2、不能只看眼前的利益,要有长远打算.在不断摸索中找到自己真正适合的位置.3、树立远大理想,和崇高的职业理想,不仅是为了拓展职业的价值领域,更是为了提升人生观,价值观的境界.（二）打好自己的知识基础和培养自己的能力

择业需要以自身的能力和素质为基础.大学生要实现顺利就业,就要在活中不断有意识的锻炼自己的口才和办事能力.更重要的是,要充分利用大学美好时光,努力学习科学文化知识,打牢专业基础,锻炼能力提高素质,完善自我.一个人有真才实学,才能适应各种岗位.创业不是追求时髦,而是获得成功的果实.大学生要不拘泥与陈式,充分考虑各种因素,把握时机.（三）艰苦奋斗

1、江泽民总书记在中纪委七届三中全会上指出,要“大力发扬艰苦奋斗”精神.艰苦奋斗是中华民族的光荣传统,几千年来,我们的祖先就认识到“成由节俭,败由奢”,“生于忧患”,“死于安乐”,“忧劳可以兴国,逸豫可以亡身”.同时,艰苦奋斗也是我党的优良传统和工作作风.艰苦奋斗精神不仅是思想品德问题也是人生观价值观问题,在新的历史发展时期,青年大学生尤其不能忘记艰苦奋斗精神.当前,有人把改革开放与艰苦奋斗相对立起来,认为艰苦奋斗过时了;与此同时,在一些人中间讲排场、比阔气、高消费等享乐主义生活方式盛行;加之挥霍国家财产等腐败现象蔓延,这都严重影响了大学生对艰苦奋斗精神的正确认识.2、只有经过艰苦的锻炼方能成才,这是古往今来无数事实反复证明了的一条人才成长规律.梅花香自苦寒来,要真正成为人才,就应该是一个敢于面对艰苦的勇者,是一个善于战胜艰苦的强者.“经历风雨怎能见彩虹?”这些格言警句都旨在说明,在艰苦的环境中磨炼,是成长、成人、成才的必备条件.
