3．英语演讲稿的基本组成部分
从大的方面看，英语演讲词实际上是属于一种特殊的说明文或议论文，其基本组成部分是：
1)开始时对听众的称呼语
最常用的是 ladies and gentlemen，也可根据不同情况，选用 fellow students, distinguished guests, mr chairman, honorable judges(评委)等等。
2)提出论题
由于演讲的时间限制，必须开门见山，提出论题。提出论题的方法有各种各样，但最生动，最能引起注意的是用举例法。比如：你要呼吁大家关心贫穷地区的孩子，你可以用亲眼看到的或者收集到的那些贫穷孩子多么需要帮助的实例开始。另外，用具体的统计数据也是一个有效的引出论题的方法，比如：你要谈遵守交通规则的话题，你可以从举一系列有关车辆、车祸等的数据开始。
3)论证
对提出的论题，不可主观地妄下结论，而要进行客观的论证。这是演讲中最需要下功夫的部分。关键是要把道理讲清楚。常见的论证方法有举例法、因果法、对比法等等，可参见英语议论文的有关章节。
4)结论
结论要简明扼要，以给听众留下深刻印象。5)结尾
结尾要简洁，不要拉拉扯扯，说个没完。特别是不要受汉语影响，说些类似“准备不足，请谅解”，“请批评指正”这样的废话。最普通的结尾就是：thank you very much for your attention。
4．英语演讲稿的语言特征
1)多用实词，多用短句，少用结构复杂的长句
在英语演讲中，and, but, so, then 等虚词要尽量少用，that, which 等词引导的定语从句也只会使句子结构变得复杂，而使听众难以跟上演讲者的思路，从而影响演讲的效果。相反，多使用实词，短句，可使得演讲内容更清晰，气势更磅礴。
2)演讲要注意使用各种修辞手法，增加演讲的感染力和气势。英语演讲中常用的修辞手法有：渐进(climax)、对照(antithesis)、排比(parallelism)、警句(epigram)等等，例如：
that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth．(排比)这个民有、民治、民享的国家将不会从地球上消失。united, there is little we can not do;divided, there is little we can do．(对照)
团结，我们便将无所不能；～，我们则会一事无成。

二、坚定自己的信念，干好自己的本职
记得我当年参军入伍时，我和我的战友们向祖国和军旗宣誓忠于党、忠于祖国、忠于人民、忠于军队，献身于人民、永不叛离军队。在思想中我们就坚定了这样的信念，所以在我从军的那八年生活之中，我一直坚定着那样的观念，因为那时我是一名军人，明白了自己的职责所在，自然地就会为自己的言行举止各方面严于约束自己，成为一名合格的军人，加入中国共产党的时候，我们向党旗宣誓，做一名合格的党员，我也做到了合格党员的标准，并在同时努力前进，希望有更大的突破，离开军队时我和曾经一起摸爬滚打的兄弟们又一起宣誓：做个对社会有用的人，为社会的发展而努力学习、努力奋斗。

不要推卸责任：
到了公司已快有半年的时间了，通过这几个月的时间学习和发现现在的诺雅人大多数存在的一种不好的风气，那就是怕担责任，不想去惹责任，不能够坚持原则，许多事睁一眼闭一眼，得过且过，相互推卸，兵来将挡水来土掩，但是大家可以仔细想想，如果照这样下去，公司会变成什么样的局面，那将是一盘散沙，公司何时才能得以壮大！各位同仁，我们必须要好好面对这一个问题了。
我个人认为如果要解决这一问题，必须要上行下效！在自己的职责范围之内的事情一定要努力解决，尽快的解决，如果明知自己完成不了，要事先汇报和协调解决的方法，如果的确因为自己的原因或属于自己的职责范围之内，发生了错误，要及时的承认错误，并且及时的想出解决方案去解决，不能让错误继续下去！不能打擦边球，不能总是睁一眼闭一眼，要
照原则去办事，按照公司的规定去办事，如果违反了原则和规定，向别人身上推卸的话，不仅对公司不利，或是对于承担责任的人那都是不公平的，遭受到一定程度的损伤，而对于推卸责任者来说，其实你是丧失了最起码的职业道德和你的良心，那就是公司的蛀虫，而勇于担当的人我相信每个公司希望自己的员工都是这样的人，其实，我最想说的是，每个人最好不要去犯错误，但是在你职责范围之内的事，你不能因为怕担待责任而把事情推诿给别人，要恪尽责守。

不要沉迷于游戏尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《不要沉迷于游戏》。现在的科技越来越发达。随着科技的发展，网络也随着新时代发展起来，并且发展速度极快。现在的年青人几乎都离不开网络，网络也渐渐深入人心。

现在的高科技犯罪也大多数来字网络，比如最近出现的网络病毒熊猫烧香和灰鸽子侵害了许许多多的大公司的利益。
那些暴力游戏吸引了许多的青少年，而这些青少年整天沉溺在这暴力游戏中，自身被暴力游戏所感染，没有上网费而学暴力游戏中的情节去抢劫，去偷东西，去杀人而这些杰作都是暴力游戏所创作的。
还有许多青少年整天沉溺在网络游戏中，只顾自己的快乐，忘了家人的痛苦，自己在网络游戏中高高兴兴而家人却在家里担心自己的孩子。由此可见网络的坏处是多又多，此所谓害人害己害社会。
所以本人奉劝各位网友：千万不要玩网络游戏，特别是暴力游戏，更不要沉迷于其中。本人曾亲身体验，现在迷途知返了，所以本人奉劝各位了！
