就业是民生之本，关乎个人生存和尊严，涉及千家万户的生计和发展。我国是一个人口众多的国家，这样一个特殊的人口国情决定了我国必须实施积极的就业政策，妥善就业问题尤为重要。大学生是我国宝贵的人才资源，是现代化建设中一支高素质的主力军。但是，近年来，随着高校的扩招，我国大学毕业生的就业问题日益凸显，有句话常常挂在我们这些即将毕业的学生嘴边“毕业就等于失业。”

上大学以后，我就开始关注各种大学生就业的新闻和就业形势，包括每年我们学校举办的校园招聘会，反映出来的问题就是“供过于求”。每年毕业的大学生数不胜数，但是就业岗位却是少之又少，是有限的。一些用人单位还会对院校、学历、专业等进行筛选，更甚至有的对于样貌、身高、性别等个人原因有着苛刻的要求，对于广大毕业生来说缺乏一个公平、公正的就业环境。所以，这无疑是加大了毕业大学生就业的难度。一些企业单位在招聘大学生时，除了基本的素质教育之外，还需要其具有合作能力、实践能力、处理人际关系的能力以及社会经验等。然而，在实际生活中，高校对学生这些相关能力的培养比较欠缺，使我们在这一方面处于劣势。这些都是企业单位给我们带来的就业难。

其次，大学毕业生自身也存在不少的问题，比如，诚信意识淡薄、求职途径把握不准、自身定位偏差、整体素质低。一些学生因为平时没有好好学习，又缺乏实践经验，在应聘的时候就会投机取巧或者造假来通过面试，这就对毕业生的整体就业形象造成了不良影响，对于平时努力学习又有经验的学生来说就是大大的不公平。同时，“高不成，低不就”的心里定位也严重的影响了大学生的毕业就业，认为自己是大学生，就应该有一份既有高薪水又轻松好玩的工作，试问：天上掉馅饼的事有吗？答案是肯定的：没有。所以大学生存在的这些问题可以说是就业致命的问题。

对于大学生就业难这个话题在近几年是一个经久不衰的浪潮。所以，我觉得应该从企业单位、高校、学生个人、政府四个方面来解决。

首先，企业单位应该尊重每个大学生的个体特征和性别，应该提供一个公平公正的平台，让应聘者可以发挥自己的才能，给企业创造效益。也要减少学历偏见，完善用人机制，积极吸收和储备优秀的大学毕业人才。其次，高校在传授基本的理论知识和素质教育的同时，应该加强学生的实践能力，给学生提供实践的机会。高校也应该根据市场对人才的需求适当的调整专业，对学生进行专业的指导。再次，学生个人来说，要努力提升自身的综合素质和能力，增强就业信心，加强社会实践，在选择工作的时候不要盲目，正确的定位就业方向，转变就业观念，调整就业心态，树立正确的就业观。树立远大的目标，从实际出发，做好合理的职业规划，树立健康的求职心态，采取“先就业，后择业”的策略。最后，从政府方面来说，应该建立统一完善的劳动力市场，创造大学生就业的良好环境和社会氛围。政府要通过努力发展经济，调整产业结构，尤其是建立高新技术产业,提高产业水平，增强吸纳能力,使高校的人才培养和社会的人才使用衔接好。鼓励各类中小企业、民营企事业单位聘用高校毕业生,同时政府有关部门要为其提供便利条件和相应服务。更要完善有关人才及劳动法规,使用人单位、高校、大学毕业生都在能人力资本交易中得到有效的法律保障。

解决就业难这一问题是一个长久而又浩大的工程，作为一个即将毕业的大学生，马上能够面临就业的问题，无疑内心是忐忑的，但是，我相信，通过高校、政府、企业以及我们自身的调节和沟通，就业将不再是难题。
