“把握青春，努力奋斗”世界上有千万种拥有，但是有一种拥有最珍贵。你也许丝毫觉察不到这种拥有，感觉不到它的价值。随着悠悠岁月的流逝，无数个春夏秋冬的更替，在你生命的某一天，当你蓦然回首时，才发现自己不再拥有，他不是地位，也不是金钱，而是魂丽的青春。冰心曾说过：“成功的花，人们只惊慕于它现时的明艳然而当初它的芽渗透了奋斗的泪泉、牺牲的雨雪。”这也提醒我们：唯有奋斗才能拥有一个无悔的青春。

我们生活在一个靓丽的季节，一个充满青春活力的字眼，我们要去追回与你同行、释放自己青春的能量。

青，是绿色，是生命的颜色，春，是季节，是成长的季节，青春就浊出成在成长季节的那片生命的绿色，是阳光下那片灿烂的笑容。

青春是美好的，也是短暂的，它也许是你人生的一处驿站，不过请记住，即使它象一颗流星，我们也要努力让它成为一次辉煌的闪现，不惧艰难困险，敢于拼搏，志比云天。

中学时代，是我们人生中的一个重要的里程碑，我们知道，风雨会使我们变得强壮，挫折会使我们变得坚强。成熟的思想和高尚的品质，来自于风雨的洗礼和生活的磨砺，我们要面对山峰，去欣赏它的风光，面对未来去争创人生的辉煌，这样才能体现生命的价值。

钓鱼岛知识

老师们，同学们：

今天为少先队员们带来的是关于钓鱼岛的知识。

自今年初，中国与日本因为钓鱼岛归属问题发生了一系列的外交争端，先是中国台湾省的渔船在钓鱼岛附近被日本保安厅船只撞沉，造成人员的伤亡；后有中国渔船与日本船只发生碰撞，中国船员被逮捕；再到本周中国派遣最先进的渔政船

310号前往钓鱼岛护渔，并与日本保安厅船只对峙。那么为什么中国与日本关于钓鱼岛有这么激烈的争端呢？下面就为同学们带来关于钓鱼岛为题的由来！

首先，请队员们牢记，钓鱼岛自古就是中国的领土，是中国人最早发现钓鱼岛，日本人是在中国人之后500年才首次登上钓鱼岛，早在明朝初年钓鱼岛就被正式划入中国的版图。

钓鱼岛距我国台湾省基隆市东北约180公里，一直属台湾的管辖范围。19世纪末中日甲午战争爆发前，日本从未对中国拥有对钓鱼岛列岛的主权提出过异议。1895年4月，中国清政府因在甲午战争中失败而被迫与日本签订丧权辱国的《马关条约》，把台湾全岛及其所有附属各岛屿和澎湖列岛割让给日本，这以后在日本才有了“尖阁列岛”（即钓鱼岛等岛屿）之说，而在此之前，日本的地图一直是用中国的名称标定的钓鱼岛列岛。日本在第二次世界大战战败后被美国占领。按照《开罗宣言》和《波茨坦公告》，日本理应将台湾及其附属岛屿钓鱼岛列岛等归还中国。但是，1951年，美日背着战胜国中国，非法签订了《旧金山和约》。错误地把日本所窃取的钓鱼岛等岛屿归在美国托管的冲绳管辖区内。1971年，日美签定《归还冲绳协定》，美国将冲绳归还日本时，将钓鱼岛也一并交给了日本。目前，钓鱼岛正受到日本军事力量的实际控制。日本海上自卫队的飞机每天都要在钓鱼岛周围进行巡逻，并派遣大量的船只封锁周围海域，主要是为了阻挡、驱逐中国的船只。

那么日本为什么为了不大的钓鱼岛舍得投入如此多的军事力量呢？

1、是觊觎钓鱼岛的战略位置。钓鱼岛距日本本土约2000公里，距中国大陆仅180公里，如果日本占领了钓鱼岛，日本军队就可在岛上设立海空监控侦察设备及岸基反舰和对空导弹，从而很容易封锁台湾北部重要港口及空中航道。如果在钓鱼岛设置雷达，解放军在中国东南沿海的一举一动都无法逃脱日本的监视。

2、是为了夺取钓鱼岛的资源。在上世纪80年代后，在钓鱼岛附近海域发现了储量巨大的石油资源！按照联合国1992年公布的《国际海洋法公约》规定，一个国家拥有以自身领土400公里为半径海域内的资源所有权！也就是说如果日本控制了钓鱼岛，以钓鱼岛为原点，以400公里为半径，画一个巨大的圆，这个圆里一切的资源，包括石油、天然气、矿石、渔业资源等都归日本所有。同时日本的国土面积将扩大1.7倍。

为了粉碎日本的野心，打破日本控制钓鱼岛企图，我国政府决定派遣渔政执法船前往钓鱼岛进行巡查，保护中国船只在钓鱼岛海域的正常作业与航行。在于日本众多船只对峙的过程中，中国渔政船对着几倍于自己日本船只大声的喊出了：钓鱼岛是中国的领土，我们想什么时候来，就什么时候来！

队员们，虽然由于我们的年龄和能力，无法亲自前往钓鱼岛维护国土与主权，但是做为一名光荣的少先队员，我们应牢记钓鱼岛是中国的领土，以前是、现在是、将来依然是，绝不允许任何外人染指！
