一、精心设计问题,设置悬念,激发阅读兴趣

在英语阅读教学中,设计问题、回答问题是课堂教学使用率最高的一种教学手段。教师问题设计得得体、精巧,能把学生引入“问题情境”,激发学生探索知识和阅读的欲望,引导他们积极思考,对发展学生的英语表达能力能起到很大作用。

二、合理安排教学步骤,有层次地引导学生阅读

在导读阶段精心设计问题,使学生高效投入到英语阅读中。根据阅读课文材料,教师精心设计问题,激发学生阅读的兴趣,鼓励学生预测所要阅读的内容,明确阅读任务。并就阅读材料向学生提出有关问题让学生思考,引发其阅读兴趣,并鼓励学生去图书馆查阅资料或上网搜索。让学生在这类活动中体验合作学习,充分调动他们学习的主动性和积极性。

三、教学目的和内容紧密结合。

一、指导思想

以“英语课程标准”为宗旨,适应新课程改革的需要,面向全体学生,提高学生的人文素养,增强实践能力和创新精神。正确把握英语学科特点,积极倡导合作探究的学习方式。培养学生积极地情感态度和正确的人生价值观,提高学生综合素质为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

二、教材分析

《新目标英语》八年级(下册),全书共有十个单元,另两个复习单元,每个单元都列出了明确的语言目标,主要的功能项目与语法结构,需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还附有SELF CHECK部分,学生可用来自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。本教材各单元话题灵活,贴近生活实际。在本册书里要学习的一些语法知识点有:一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、条件状语从句、反意疑问句等。同时每个单元后都提供了一篇阅读文章,用以训练学生的阅读能力,扩大学生的阅读量。

三、具体目标

1、要使学生受到听、说、读、写英语的训练,掌握最基础的语言知识和语言技能以及培养初步援用英语交际的能力;养成良好的外语学习习惯,掌握学习外语的基本方法;为进一步学习和运用英语打下扎实的基础。

四、所教班级学生基本情况分析

通过初中一年半的英语学习,少数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事,能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。但由于各种因素的影响,学生发展参差不齐。大多数学生因为基础不够好,学习很吃力而自暴自弃。另外,所教班的学生在情感态度学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。

五、具体措施:

1、认真钻研教材和课标,精心备课,认真上好每一堂课。确定每堂课的基础内容,预备内容和拓展内容,满足不同层次学生的不同需求。

2、充分利用现有的现代化教学设备,加强直观教学,提高课堂效率。

3、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容,创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务。

4、关注学生的情感,营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。多与学生沟通,了解学生学习状况和需求,及时改进教学中存在的问题和不足。

5、加强对学生学习策略的指导,为他们终身学习奠定基础。

6、积极开展丰富多彩的英语活动,提高学生兴趣。如英语单词听写比赛、朗读比赛、英语手抄报比赛、学唱英文歌曲,课前五分钟活动等。

7、根据教学内容不同对不同层次的学生进行分层教学。注重个别辅导,在面向全体学生的基础上,培优补差。

8、每天背诵课文中的对话,每天记当日学过的单词或对话,每日进行检查。

本学期本人继续担任八年级(13)班的英语教育教学工作,为了顺利完成教育教学任务,使学生达到最佳的学习效果,在教学中贯彻新目标教学的要求,特制定本计划。

一、指导思想

以学校工作计划为指导思想,以培养学生自主学习和自主管理能力为主线,针对我班的实际,坚持“夯实基础,狠抓双基,改进学法,激发兴趣,提高能力”的指导思想。在本学期的英语教学中,要坚持以下理念的应用:

1、要面向全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,使他们在学习过程中发展综合语言运用能力,提高人文素养,增强实践能力,培养创新精神;

2、突出学生主体,尊重个体差异,让学生在老师的指导下构建知识,提高技能,磨练意志,活跃思维,展现个性,发展心智和拓展视野;

二、教材分析

1、新教材充分体现了新课标的“以人为本”教学理念。达到“以人为本”全面发展的新型素质教育观,新教材突出了功能和结构的有机结合。新教材非常注重话题,每个单元都围绕一个具体的话题展开,突出了话题结构、功能、实际运用三个方面的结合。让每个话题贴近学生生活实际,更便于学生灵活运用。

2、倡导“任务型”教学,强调课堂上师生互动。

本教材共10单元,分二个阶段教学。按要求,第一阶段为1—5单元,第二阶段为6—10单元。课本增加了读写训练的比重,以便于听说读写的全面训练。其内容主要反映了学生的日常学习和生活。题材范围更广,除了学生的学校生活和家庭生活,还反映了学生的校外活动、劳动、卫生保健、体育运动、节日、尊师爱生、团结友爱、助人为乐的道德风尚。

三、学生情况分析

初二(13)班,整体成绩较好,但学生成绩层次相差大,要充分地调动中等生和后进生的学习兴趣,才能总体提高学生的素质。所以本学期应注意抓好中等生和后进生的学习,尤其本学期,更要关注后进生。

四、教学目标

1、使学生的思想认识有一定的提高,能热爱自己的家,孝敬父母亲,在学校能尊敬老师,团结同学,还着重培养热爱祖国的感情。

2、在课堂上培养学生多方面的素质,不能只重视学习成绩和分数。

3、培养学生听说、读写能力,获得英语基础知识和为交际初步运用英语的能力。

4、培养学生良好的阅读和学习习惯。

五、教学措施和要求

(1)采用“任务型”教学途径。鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探究等方式,发展学生的听、说、读、写的综合能力。

(2)采用情景教学,创设良好气氛。在日常教学中,注意使用情景教学法,以听说训练为主导,以课文教学为依托,充分运用现有的教学条件和设备,紧扣教材内容,使教学活动尽可能置于语言情景中去进行,使学生的理解力、记忆力、运用能力处于最佳状态,并在此基础上联想、综合,进行创造性学习,从而达到掌握和运用语言的目的。

(3)加强集体备课。

(4)认真布置和修改作业(按学校要求上每完两节课布置一次作业)、认真及时批改作业,做到有发必收,有收必改,有改必究

(5)统一测试(每两单元一次大考,每一单元一小考)。通过考试来了解学生的学习情况,对于个别成绩不好或特殊的学生,对其情况进行追踪,较为深入地了解其学习情况,以便对其进行针对性的辅导。
