The latest statistic comparing the number of staff in our department and the average number of units ordered points out the main reason for more staff.While the number of ordered units grow up from only 200000 to 400000 within 2 years the number of staff grew only by 5 people.The staff Newsletter of Feb 2004 is about the big new order from an international company.But because of the increase of annual holiday to 5 weeks per year there will be not enough staff for all the work.Another reason for more staff is that we will have fewer delays.Conclusion

There are many reasons which explain the important c of mre staff.It is especially important for reducing the number of delays in deliver and to optimize the workflow.Recommendations
