商 务 写 作 学习总 结
随着科技和计算机技术的进步及知识经济的不断提升,在信息爆炸时代,整个贸易活动也实现了现代化、电子化,即应用计算机与网络技术与现代信息化通信技术,按照一定的标准,利用电子化工具来实现交易。电子商务可以为企业提供虚拟的全球性贸易环境,大大提高了商务活动的水平和服务质量。但根据研究调查,国内电子商务人才严重不足,这是全国性,甚至是全球性的现象,也是电子商务产业发展的瓶颈之一,如何培养产业所需的电子商务人才,已成为高校教育的当务之急。电子商务人才不仅要精通网络信息,能熟练运用电子化工具,而且还必须具有较强的商务写作能力,也就是说具有较强的商务写作能力是衡量电子商务人才的重要标准。所以我们说对学生商务写作能力的培养在电子商务活动中具有极其重要的作用。一.商务文写作形式技巧:
1.商务写作的两种形式
商务写作的内容大体上可以分成中式商务写作以及西式商务写作。在很多国有企业或者政府机关里,常用的是中式商务写作,在很多外企公司,常用的是西式商务写作。
2.两种形式的区别
中式商务写作和西式商务写作的主要区别是:
1)格式不同。东方语言和西方语言在格式上有显著的不同。
2)语言习惯不同。如:信件的结尾,中式的一般采用“此致敬礼”,或者“请领导批复为盼”等礼貌用语,在西式信件的结尾经常写“你忠实的某某”等。二.商务写作要表达的信息
商务写作要表达的信息即商务写作的目标,大致分为四类:
1.通知型的写作包括通知、通告、通报,还包括日程安排、会议安排、课程时间安排等。
2.说服型的写作包括项目提案、申请、广告宣传册等,比如:购买一套光华管理培训课程的光盘,需要先写一个购买申请,说明购买原因以及重要性和必要性。给产品写广告宣传册,说服客户购买产品等等,都属于说服性写作。
3.指导型的写作包括用户手册、操作指南、业务流程等。4.记录型的写作包括工作总结、个人总结、会议记录、备忘录等。三.实用型文章的特征就分别体现在以下这四个方面
1.主旨单
一、集中、明确主旨是文章的中心意思,是作者的意图、主张或看法在文章中的体现。单一,是说一篇文章中只能有一个中心,只能围绕着一个主

题把问题说清楚,而不能把关系不大甚至不相关的问题写到一篇文章中去,使写出的文章多中心、多主题,集中,是说一篇应用文只能有一个中心,而这个中心应是全文的统帅,应对文章内容有制约作用,全文要不枝不蔓,紧扣这个中心。明确,是说文章的中心意思,作者的意图和主张是什么,要使读者一看便知,而不必费心揣摩,文艺作品所讲究的曲折与含蓄,恰恰为实用型文章所排斥。
2.材料多样,真实有力,材料是构成文章内容,形成支撑并表达主旨的各种事实与理论,真实是实用型文章的生命,而材料的真实又是使文章具有真实性的首要条件,有力是实用型文章的材料所应具备的另一个特点。
3.结构合理、谨严固定,简单地说,结构是文章的内部构造,安排结构,就是根据主旨表达 的需要,合理地组织材料,实用型文章应该是一种逻辑构成,而逻辑构成则要讲求谨严性,而不能流于松散无序,文章首尾圆合,衔接紧密,层次清晰,段落分明,则是文章结构谨严最起码的条件,也是对应用文结构最基本的要求。固定是实用型文章结构的一个重要特点,遵照固定的模式写作,材能把文章写的规范,也才能使写出的文章便于阅读,易于发挥实际效用。
4.语言准确,简明、平易、庄重。语言准确是对所有文章的要求,语言运用得好坏,直接关系到文章质量的高低,任何文章的语言,都应当具有简明性,所谓的语言简明性。所谓的语言就是能用尽可能少的语言材料,把尽可能多的信息明明白白地传递给读者,平易即平实自然,晓畅易懂,语言的平易首先表现在用语的直白上,另一层意思是用语朴实,应用文特别是用于工作的应用文大都应当带一种庄重的风格,而语言的庄重正是形成文章的庄重风格的最为重要的因素之一。
课堂上,我们不断地汲取老师的教学精华,转化为我们自己的知识。课堂外,我们认真完成老师布置的作业,加以记忆巩固和发展,才不至于有江郎才尽的那天。而对于我来说,在这短短的几个月里,虽然不至于说全盘吸收,但也学到了不少东西。
感谢刘老师这段时间对我们的教育与指导,让我们在学习理论知识的同时加强了实际写作能力,这是一个很好的锻炼机会,让我在学习中体会到了快乐,更加深刻的认识到了商务写作在当今世界的重大作用,为以后的学习打下了坚定的基础。
在以后的学习中,我必须多丰富自己的专业课知识,同时要多参加实践活动,在实践中去发现问题,解决问题,并找出自身的不足,再有针对性的去提高自己。以过硬的专业知识和实践能力去竞争去弥补自身的不足,只要我们能一直以良好心态和状态去充实自己,就能给自己多一分希望,多一分机会,在就业市场中找到真正属于自己的成功。

一、根据下面的材料写一篇调查报告。
1、2008年,全国有约560万大学生涌向求职市场,再加上金融危机的出现,就业形势异常严峻。据公布2007年普通高校就业率不到60%,尽管就业压力如此之大,但在最近的一篇新闻报道中,我们仍然看到,在广州去年批量招聘的大学生中,就业大学生约有30%的毁约。另据记者调查,在全国其他城市,大学生毁约率也多在20%~30%之间。
2、在对2005年广东省2000多家用人单位招聘毕业生情况调查显示,批量招聘应届毕业生三成大学生毁约。这其中,有两成多的用人单位到岗率不足50%。
3、在广东,部分重点大学2005年毁约率达到11%,而普通大学毁约的现象相对较少,仅为3~5%。据了解,该数字仅统计了有到学校办理毁约手续的学生,此外还有一部分学生直接与用人单位签订合同,没有涉及就业协议的情况未给统计。
4、对于重点大学的毁约率高于普通大学的原因,有专家认为,重点大学毕业的学生有较好的就业条件和就业环境,挑选的资本较多,可挑选的机会也比较多,不少学生到临近毕业还有机会得到很好的工作机会,出于个人利益的考虑,在“人往高处走”的心态驱使下,选择毁约。在普通大学,一般的学生都没有那么多挑选机会,往往是“一锤定音”。
5、在2005年批量招聘应届毕业生的企业中,到岗率不足70%的占了将近一半。这在1999年扩招之前,几乎是不可能发生的。广州市教育局一工作人员透露,在上世纪七八十年代,可以说不存在大学生毁约,那时企业以能招到大学生视为莫大的荣誉。到了上世纪九十年代,开始有毁约现象出现,不过不到1%,毁约多半因为家人不愿子女离家太远工作。到了2003年,第一批扩招的大学生毕业,毁约现象开始逐渐浮出水面。近几年,随着每年几百万毕业生涌向就业市场,毁约率也出现暴增发展势头。
6、名校毕业的学生与普通院校毕业的学生毁约率也有较大差别。但是,纵观全国重点大学,毁约率并无多大差别,一般都在3%~10%中间,相差7%,普通高校毁约率相差则达到10%。
据悉,在广东,重点本科院校如中山大学、华南理工大学等,官方统计数据多数高于3%,有少数院校达到10%。在广东省二批本科院校中,A线院校毁约率略高于B线,约为8%,少数学校达到13%,B线院校基本保持在5%左右。这些院校学生反应,在他们身边,时有同学毁约,如果没有学校和企业对毁约的限定,实际毁约率将远远高于上面提到的数据。但是,在内地,普通高校毁约率要高于沿海城市,约为11%。
7、沿海城市大学生就业毁约率略低于内地,平均起来有20%左右,在内地大学生就业毁约率平均约为30%。这其中,普通本科院校所占比例较大。在内地,经济不如沿海发达,就业机会没有沿海多。重点高校的学生凭借学校和自身优势,多数都能容易找到称心如意的工作。一般本科院校的学生,在沿海地区,尽管在学校名气上处于劣势地位,不过众多的就业机会让他们容易找到满意的工作。而内地的学生,不论在地域还是学校名气上,想找到一份适合自己的工作比名校学生难得多。
8、为了获得更好发展毁约的学生占到调查学生的43%,由于公司招聘之初所做承诺占到20%,因为家庭、恋人关系不愿两地分隔的占到12%。另外,因为专业不对口毁约的占10%,签约时间太长约占4%,自身能力有限占4%,其他的占到7%。
9、为了更好的发展是学生毁约的一个重要原因,占到调查学生的43%。他们表示:未进入社会前,如果能在第一个职位上有个好的起点,会减少自己接下来的跳槽频率。
10、签约前考虑不慎导致学生毁约占调查人数的20%。这一类学生大多因为缺乏工作经验,盲目相信用人单位所做出的承诺,最后发现与单位实际情况有所出入,甚至大相径庭
11、由于家庭要求、恋人分隔两地等因素而毁约的学生也屡见不鲜,占到调查人数中的12%。

I’ve just returned from the Canton Fair especially displaying home-based electronic appliances, which was quite a fruitful business trip.Trip Description
We did display a variety of our latest products and achieved good effects.Famous manufactures whose products enjoy a high level of brand, such as SONY, Lenovo, Panasonic and so on.They are included in the trade fair.It also has some small but competitive start-ups with innovative items and low price products.We had only 2 days and a half.On the very day, we arranged for a performance to attract the public’s eyes and to achieve potential markets.The second day we dealt with customers.For the very late half day, we sign several big contracts with purchasers and won lots of orders of medium size.Conclusions and Recommendations
On the trade I was quite impressed with some companies' creative inventions and high efficiency of dealing with customers.Also we could clearly see a trend that innovative products were to customers liking.Compared with those companies, we did lag behind in that field.I see three possible ways in which we might be strength in future.First, we should give instruction in special terms of greeting and courtesy, as well as the duties,problems in this career.Second, we should promote our production with high science and technology.Third, we could cut the cost of production, improve quality and launch new products.
