Target
As newly-employed personnel in JISCO, for better and faster understanding the culture and spirit of JISCO and adaptation to be a new worker, we have been trained systematically by the human resources department for almost about one and a half month after we got off the train and stepped on the holy land named the bright jewel in north-west China.Process and content
The whole training primarily is made up of four modules: lectures in The Grand Theater, courses in the college, military training, practice and experience.1.Lectures in the Grand Theater
In the theater, we have learnt the developing history and the spirit of Iron
Mountain, and have been badly shocked by the people who were the very first to create life facilities and buildings and to mine.Especially when I got the story about the 25 years girl Miss FENG who wasthe first group to explore the iron ore and died dropping out from the top of a very high mountain named after her name now, Tears was held in my eyes so that nobody could see me.In that moment, I seemingly suddenly understood the core meaning and its origin of the JISCO spirit.In addition, we have understood the regulations and human resources policy of JISCO so that we can make our career planning in advance, have known that the development strategy and its planning in the twelfth five-yearplan, and this lead us to make up our mind to grow up with JISCO.What’s more, this training let us
understand and get to enjoy the culture and life style and scenery of North West China.External hired teacher has taught us for about five days about how to deal with relationship with colleagues and leaders, how to plan our own every daytime and how to arrange our career and our dream.Through such lectures we have had a clear route about our future.2.Teaching in college
In college, we were taught systematically about the knowledge of safety,sanitation, law and production process of the whole iron and steel making of this company, so that we can better make bigger progress to adapt to this corporation.Teamwork, discipline, and the importance of enterprise culture is what we got impressively in the courses.3.Military training
For nurturing and carry forward not being afraid of hard condition and
surroundings, the human resources department arrange us a military training.During the fifteen-day training, we had suffered from the hot days and strong sun rays.Face
color gone to black, and skin was off from face for the strong ultraviolet rays, but nobody held back because of the hard times.By the hard work of coaches and with our persistence, finally we were through the test and completely overcame the training.4.Practices and experiences
We went to the Mirror Iron Mountain alternatively during the military training, named for its smooth surface without any vegetation or earth because the lack of rainfall and strong wind.Our first impression on this place was dry, lifeless, and narrow.Actually I felt down and depressed at first, and was very worried about my physical safety, but when I saw the people, our brothers working there, I was totally touched and influenced by the spirit and character of theirs.I felt in my bones that their temperaments were built by the desert surroundings and the big cold and not a wordmachines.In the meanwhile, I was thoroughly influenced.I told myself that the men working there are heroes.This place is the origin of a company, a city, and is also the economic power of the GanShu province.I just want to say, that is the miracle of nature.The second part of the practices was to visit the plants.In the morning, we visited the stainless steel workshop, the sanitation and working condition there has always been standard, which impressed us most, and then the iron making plant was our next destination.The condition in iron plant is well-known not so good, and so is the JISCO’s, air smelt pungent because of the SO2, facilities were old and cold like many miserable vicious Souls hiding behind somewhere.Right that is where I work that is so funny.So what, whatever, that is life.Impressions and Gains
The pre-service training let me have a deeper understanding of the company, promote a lot of knowledge.the important thing is to let me have a new
understanding of the importance of teamwork and persistence, and I also have had a whole fresh acquaintance of myself, and get to know what I should really do and what I really want here.

尊敬的各位领导、青年朋友们:
大家下午好!
首先作下自我介绍,我叫朱明伟,河北唐山人,毕业于东北大学钢铁冶金专业,现被分配到天风不锈钢厂工作。
今天站在这里代表酒钢2011年新招聘大学生发言,我感到万分荣幸。同时也感谢集团公司提供这样一个机会让我表达作为新员工的一些心声。
相信在座的各位新同事和我一样,迫切的等待走上工作岗位这一天已经很久了!从呱呱坠地,到风华正茂,我们完成了身体上的成长;从呀呀学语,到大学毕业,我们完成了知识上的积累;从一无所知,到知书达理,我们完成了人格上的蜕变,只等待走上工作岗位的这一天!这一天将会是我们人生轨迹的重大转折点!所以我激动,激动的同时,我也感激,感激酒钢发现并肯定我们的价值,感激领导在百忙之中抽出宝贵时间为我们举办如此隆重的仪式,更要感激酒钢在今年就业情况如此紧张的形势下,给我们这样一个如此宝贵的工作机会。所以,在此请允许我代表酒钢2011年新招聘大学生,表示对企业的由衷感谢。
来到嘉峪关这座美丽的城市、进入酒钢集团已经一个多月了。酒钢职工培训中心的培训学习,使我对酒钢有了进一步的认识。酒钢作为西北地区最大的国有钢铁企业,历经“十一五”的砥砺发展,在改革创新、科学发展的道路上,形成了以钢铁业为主、多元化产业发展的新格局。2011年酒钢集团取得了中国企业500强第144名、比上年进步11位的骄人成绩。同时拓展训练中的信任背摔、雷区取水、穿越电网等活动,锻炼了我们的意志,增强了我们的责任心、荣誉感与集体凝聚力,为适应以后的工作岗位奠定了基础。
培训期间,我们参观了不锈钢冷轧生产线和CSP碳钢薄板坯连铸连轧生产线,我为我们酒钢拥有如此规模的生产能力和先进的设备而深感振奋。镜铁山矿的参观,让我对在海拔3000多米矿山上不辞辛劳工作的工人师傅肃然起敬,他们是酒钢的骄傲!更让我敬仰的是从这里总结归纳出的“艰苦创业、坚忍不拔,勇于献身、开拓前进”的铁山精神。酒钢拥有先进的生产设备,拥有不畏艰苦、努力工作的职工队伍,拥有“铁山精神”的宝贵财富,拥有重视人才的企业文化,我们没有理由不选择酒钢,没有理由不为之自豪!
现在,酒钢“十二五”规划将全面实施以“五大板块、十大产业”为主要内容的跨越式发展蓝图,不锈钢将达到年产300万吨的规模。这让我热血沸腾,我可以发挥我的专业特长大展拳脚。我坚信,2015年不锈钢年产300万吨宏伟目标的达成,一定有我和在座各位的一份付出与努力。
如果说,人生需要一个舞台来绽放最绚丽的自己,我坚信酒钢为我们提供了这个展示自我的平台;如果说,只有有了敢于拼搏勇于入戏的演员,舞台才能散发出永恒的魅力,那我向各位保证,在酒钢这个大舞台上,我将不断磨砺自己,苦练本领,为酒钢这个舞台的流光溢彩做出自己的努力。

新入职大学生培训工作总结
2011年7月22日,公司对今年新入职的18名大学生进行了为期一天的系统培训。培训的主要内容有公司概况介绍、公司十二五规划及发展目标、企业文化建设及员工职业道德教育、质量环境职业健康安全管理体系相关知识、公司安全生产教育、公司规章制度及相关法律法规、社交礼仪及行为准则。
此次培训的主讲人有公司党委书纪王志强、综合办公室主任谭运、综合办公室副主任屠莹莹、总师办主任宋霞及其他相关部门业务负责人。公司领导十分重视对年轻后备人才的关爱与培养,党委书记抽出时间亲自讲课,董事长多次关注培训计划并专门安排一小时的时间到会场听取学员们的心声,与学员们进行对话,其他部门领导也积极配合,认真备课上课。在公司上下级的共同努力下,这次培训工作取得了较好的效果。
通过介绍公司概况使学员们了解了公司的成长、发展的过程;通过学习公司十二五规划,学员们了解到公司的目标和愿景,增加了企业发展的信心;通过学习企业文化及员工职业道德教育,学员们对“忠诚”有了更深刻的认识,更加坚定了对公司的忠诚奉献;通过对质量、环境、职业健康安全三个管理体系知识的学习,使学员了解到公司正在运行的管理体系与日常工作的密切联系;通过学习安全生产知识,学员们深刻地认识到了树立安全意识、保护自己和他人安全和健康的重大意义,同时对公司的安全生产管理有了初步了了解;通过学习公司规章制度及相关法律法规,学员们清楚了自己的权利和义务,学会正确对待员工与企业之间相互制约的关系;通过学习社交礼仪知识,学员们掌握了人际沟通的基本原则,学会如何与同事和睦相处,如何适应自己的社会角色。
为欢迎这些年轻大学生加入公司,培训结束的当天晚上,在董事长的带领下,公司领导与新入职18名大学生举起酒杯,共进晚餐。在欢乐的气氛中,不少大学生表示自己找到回家的感觉。
培训时间虽短,学员们收获却很大。通过公司组织的这次培训,学员们对公司有了更深入的了解和认识,这次培训为大学生们今后能更快、更好的溶入到公司,更好地开展各项业务工作奠定了基础。

第五篇:新入职大学生培训手札
百分百集团2012届大学生培训
2012届大学生的到来为集团的发展注入了新鲜的血液,为让大学生尽快适应职场环境,实现稚气娇态的学生气质向干练果敢的职场气质的迅速转型,集团管理中心人资部为大学生安排了为期一周的培训课程。
2月13日,是大学生正式培训的第一天。早上八点半,同学们准时到集团篮球场集合,在培训部的组织下,学生进行了破冰游戏,在轻松愉悦的环境下,同学们进行了相互认识,融洽了感情。游戏过后,集团培训部组织了大学生开班典礼,人力资源部杨总监、陈经理、贾经理,建设总办宋总助、科技总经办主任陈主任、百嵘总经办主任曾主任出席了典礼。在开班典礼上,学生一一做了自我介绍,充分展现自我才华,并通过竞选的方式诞生了班长、班秘等职务,其中王凯以23票高票胜出,成功担任班长一职,付子桂、韦丽华从16名选民中脱颖而出,成功竞选班秘一职,成立了77人的大团队“竞英班”,并确立了“团结一心、争做第一、永不退缩、力争第一”的班级口号,相信每一位“竞英人”在一个星期的培训后都能在自己的工作岗位上确定自己的定位,实现激烈竞争中精英形象的蜕变。
下午,人力资源部总监杨总为大学生的培训课程拉开了序幕,为同学们讲授了《新员工入职第一课》。杨总通过分析大学生的现状以及心理动态,结合社会实际为同学们提出了适应社会的几个建议,内容生动而富有深意,同学们一个个听得聚精会神。在课后,同学们纷纷表示本次课程获益良多,为以后的职业生涯建立了一个良好的心
态。
2月14日,是大学生培训的第二天,为进一步加深同学们之间的了解,培训部在早上八点半安排了为时半个小时的游戏时间,在组长的组织下,同学们积极融身于游戏之中,完全打破了陌生的气氛,在轻松与欢跃的氛围中尽情嬉戏。此刻,留下的是团队的合作与默契,是心灵相通的完美契合,是欢乐与笑声的优美伴奏……
在轻松之后,紧张的培训课程接踵而至。上午,管理中心人力资源部贾经理为大家讲授了《这个社会想和你谈谈》,贾经理同大家分享了步入职场可能会遇到的一些思绪上的阻碍,并对如何应对这些阻碍提出了建设性的想法,为大家的心智成熟进行了一次隐性教育。这次课程不仅引起了同学们的共鸣,更是开启了大家对职业生涯的思考之锁。
中午短暂的休息之后,迎来的是《集团介绍》。为让大家在工作之初顺利开展工作,人力资源部培训专员黎妙虹为同学们介绍了集团的基本情况以及集团文化,并对东莞的基本状况进行了简单介绍,解决了同学们的基本工作和生活困难。通过对集团和东莞的了解,也为同学们快速实现“百分百人”提供了契机。
2月15日,不经意间,今天已是培训的第三天,伴随着早上八点半集合钟声的敲响,三张崭新的面孔加入了“竞英”大家庭,为“竞英”的活力注入了新的生命力,一个80号成员的大家庭组建而成。在浪漫的情人节之后,竞英骄子个个洋溢着欢快而振奋的面容,开启了2月15日的培训之旅……
在半个小时的例行游戏之后,科技财务中心许朝晖经理、管理中心人资部陈桂芬经理、管理中心行政部陈建国为大学生进行了集团财务、人事、行政制度的讲解。本次课程纳入新员工入职考试内容,大学生们一个个精神饱满,认真笔记,在课堂上积极提问,取得了良好的互动效果。其中,在人事制度的讲解中,人资部陈经理为同学们专门留出了提问时间,以解答大学生在生活上、心理上以及在以后的工作中可能会出现的困惑,为大学生安心生活、工作供给了“定心丸”。
继《这个社会想和你谈谈》之后,下午迎来了人资部贾祥洲经理《高效工作的基本技能》的精彩授课。本次课程,在内容上极大地吸引了大学生的兴趣,其中贾经理对情绪管理、健康管理、时间管理以及如何提高工作技能的独特见解引起了大学生的一致共鸣,为大学生步入工作岗位顺利开展工作起到了很好的铺垫作用。
在紧张的课程之中,晚会节目的准备充斥着大学生充实而丰富的一天。为在周六晚七点呈现一场精彩绝伦的“竞英”晚会,在班长王凯,班秘韦丽华、付子桂的组织与号召下,在各组组长的策划与调动下,竞英学子积极响应号召,纷纷为话剧、歌舞等节目精心编排,相信周六晚会一定会让观众大饱眼福,精彩尽请期待……
