1、更新观念,提高认识,改变教学方式。认真学习初中《英语新课程标准》 和有关现代教育教学理论。教师要彻底改变传统的师生观,教学观,人才观。教学从学生的学习兴趣,生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验,实践,参与,合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生综合语言运用能力,使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度,主动思维和大胆实践,提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。

2、充分发挥备课组力量。

为适应素质教育的发展及中考的需要,我们要认 真学习《英语新课程标准》,认真钻研教材,实行集体说课,备课。备课尽量做到节节集体备课。地点就在英语组办公室。在个人说课的基础上,进行集体备课,统一每课时的教学目的和要求,单元的重,难点,知识讲练的深度与广度,选择恰当的教学方法,做到练习一致,测试一致。平时积极探讨,互相交流,有经验及时总结,有问题及时解决。

3、认真上好初中英语新目标教材,完成整个学期的教学任务。同时进一步 激发学生的英语学习动机,提高他们的学习兴趣,使他们具有较强的自主学习意识。能在教室的帮助下计划,组织和实施各种英语学习活动。能主动扩展和利用学习资源,从多渠道获取信息。能根据自我评价结果调整学习目标和策略。能体会交际中语言的文化内涵和背景。复习巩固语言基础知识,注重过程性评价,培养学生的听,说,读,写能力。

4、突出教学重点,攻克教学难点。突出教学内容的重点:听力,口语,词 汇,句型,语法,阅读,书面表达贯穿整个教学过

程。每周定时上口语课;每天进行单词,短语,句子的听写和课堂过关测试;每堂课进行随堂听力训练和句型,语法练习;同时通过课外作业对单词,句型及语法进行巩固性练习;每单元进行一次单元综合测验,以提高学生在完型填空,阅读理解,书面表达等各方面的能力。

5、课后做好不同层次学生的辅导工作。尤其要关心后进生,厚爱特困生,积极投入到爱心帮扶活动中去。要重兴趣,重方法,求稳定,求实效,避免出现大批掉队和过早分化现象。对英语学习水平不同的学生,要做好“培优补差”。

在上好课的同时,我们全备课组教师也积极参加各种教科研活动,从而不断提升自己的专业素质。

具体措施

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的:要求学生背诵并默写,培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词。

2、个常用句子或习语。实施:利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查,保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度:规定晨读内容,加强监督,保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测,周测,月测的形成性评价制度:对英语学习实行量化制度,每日,每周,每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会,让进步的同学体会到成就感,让落后的同学找出差距,感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围,培养学生健康向上的人格个竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导,布置单独的作业,让他们在小进步,小转变中 体味学习的快乐,树立学习的自信,尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感,营造宽松,民主,和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施“任务型”的教学途径,培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容,创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学 活动,吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考,调查,讨论,交流和合作等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导,为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材,备好,上好每一节课,向45分钟要质量。
