今天是一年一度的世界大学生节!在此首先祝大家节日快乐!
十一月的心情如同天气本身一样豪爽，在初冬温暖的阳光下，我们迎来了第64个国际大学生节，1946年，世界各国学生代表将每年的11月17日定为世界学生日(又称国际学生日、国际大学生节)，以激励全世界学生共同为建设一个和平、民主、进步的世界而努力。如今，国际大学生节的意义早已经超越了初衷——大学生，是充满着朝气与创造力的群体，是爱心与拼搏精神同时具有的高素质群体。相信在每个人心里，对“大学生”都有着不同的美好想象或回忆。我们牢记历史的使命，我们年轻充满梦想，我们的大学生活充实而美好。祝愿所有大学生朋友节日快乐，珍惜时光，把握青春，每天离自己的梦想更近一点。当今世界时代压力正处于知识爆炸的信息时代。不论是什么人，稍不留神，就会落后于汹涌澎湃的信息潮流。大学生是处于成熟与不成熟、独立与不独立之间的特殊群体，特定的时代背景使他们承受着更加尖锐的挑战：他们一方面必须努力完成在校学业，同时还要关心所学知识能否适应未来需要;一方面必须掌握最基本的专业知识，同时还要具备信息时代获取新知识的基本素质;一方面必须拥有创新意识和创新能力，同时还必须塑造能够融入和谐社会的健全人格。诸如此类的高期望值，必然给他们带来心理的紧张和压力。
生活压力所谓生活压力，主要来自两个方面：
1、经济压力。学生上学的费用一般来自家庭。由于近年来社会的发展和生活水平的变化，大学所需费用明显提高。特别是对于来自贫困地区的学生则影响更大。
在一些贫困地区甚至出现了“高中生拖累全家，大学生拖垮全家”的现象。这对于尚未自食其力的贫困生会造成更大压力。
2、自理自律压力。目前大学生多数是独生子女，从小受到“高考”指挥棒的无形影响，学习就是一切，长期忽视一般人都应该具备的基本生活技能。
因而不少人缺乏自理和自律能力，很多人不会或不善于独立生活和为人处世。面对挫折和新的环境，往往缺乏相应的自我调节能力，因而也就形成了这部分大学生的压力源。学习压力学习是大学生群体最基本的任务，尽管这一压力的强度有张有弛，并非永恒不变，但由于持续时间很长，其影响之大不可低估。尤其是很多大学生为了适应社会激烈竞争的需要，必进一步创造条件，还要作出进一步努力。他们或是拼搏于考研、考硕博连读的行列，或是参加各种技能的培训班，为的是努力获取各种“证书”。过多的学习头绪、过重的学习任务，都给大学生带来巨的高期望值，必然给他们带来心理的紧张和压力。

就业压力当今时代的一个重要特征便是竞争加剧：竞争择业，竞争上岗，适者生存，不适者淘汰，整个社会处于激烈竞争之中。在这一背景下，连续多年的扩招本来已经加大了大
学生竞争就业的力度，由于大量农村剩余劳动力涌入城市，特别是城市里大量下岗职工的出现，使得就业问题变得更加尖锐。
尤其在大学生、研究生择业相当集中的单位(三资企业、大专院校科研单位、党政机关)，以及择业相当集中的地区(北京、上海、沿海发达地区)，已经逐渐出现“千军万马过独木桥”的严峻局面。就业已经成为大学生普遍关注的话题，也是形成大学生诸多压力中最主要的压力源。
要疏解大学生的压力，应该从主观与客观两方面入手，忽视任何一个方面，都不可能最终奏效。
1、加强大学生人生观、价值观教育，奠定健康成长的稳固基石。
大学生在年龄上处于涉世之初，是一个不太成熟、可塑性较强的群体。从新生入学到毕业分配，围绕确立正确的人生观、价值观，不仅有许多工作要做，而且应该一抓到底。例如为了引导学生树立远大的人生目标，明确自己的历史使命，有必要经常开设社会上典型人物与典型事迹列讲座，以增强其会责任感;有必要针对大学生普遍关注的热点难点问题，进行理想和信念教育，以激发学生的学习动力。
2、提供良好环境，培养综合素质。
21世纪的我国社会主义建设，需要大批高素质、复合型人才。为了适应这种需要，高等院校必须彻底转变传统教育模式。也就是说，必须把以往的知识传授、能力培养的教育方式，转变为注重知识、能力和素质的协调发展的教育，即转变为科学教育与人文素质教育并重的综合素质教育;高等教育必须坚持教学相长，调动学生积极性，营造创新教育环境。让大学生在相对宽松的文化氛围中，通过相应的学习活动，增长见识，增强才干，使个性得到健康发展。
大学生既是承载家长高期望值的特殊群体，也是承载社会高期望值的特殊群体。在最终成才、体现自我价值等主观愿望方面，这个“特殊群体”具有相当的普遍性。但是，近年国内大学里出现了一些虽不普遍却也并不罕见的令人担忧的负面现象：苦闷、彷徨、焦虑、偏执、脆弱，于是乎休学者有之，退学者有之，轻生自杀者有之„„这些非同寻常的问题不但影响了大学生的健康成长，也与构建“和谐社会”的基本精神背道而驰。
当代大学生现在要自信，自敬，自强，自立，自主。民族振兴的期盼，激励了我们;自我奋进的豪情，支撑了我们。
于是，我们意气高昂地承载起星辉般璀璨的梦想，在寻梦的征程里迎风起舞，放歌长吟!寻梦，早已不是一个人的归宿;

从小我就有志当一名优秀的人民教师，所以在高考填志愿的时候我就果断地报考了师范院校。来到安师大，我就开始谱写与规划我的教师之路。在大学两年的努力之后，我也取得了不错的成绩。我现在担任校广播员，班级的副团支书，院文艺团体成员。并且很荣幸的被定为本学期发展的预备党员。“海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞”可以说是大学生活的真实写照，丰富多彩的大学校园里，我用积极的实践去锻炼自己。演讲比赛中，我源于内心最深处的声音唤起了观众的共鸣；朗诵比赛中，我用抑扬顿挫的语言感染观众。播音时，我用较专业的播音将国际，国内及校园信息传递到校园各个角落。我爱语言，喜欢用自己的方式表达语言。我获得了镜湖区演讲比赛二等奖，校诗歌朗诵比赛三等奖，院英语恩波杯英语演讲比赛一等奖，班级说课比赛一等奖。同学和老师的认可是给我的最大的鼓励。我很荣幸能够为我院参加学校的暑期社会实践汇报和十佳事迹评选汇报。在大二上时，我参加了校里的职业生涯规划大赛，只获得了铜奖，但让我看到了与其他选手的差距，也学到了很多。参加比赛，欢笑与泪水并存，成功与失败兼容，然而每一次大赛的历练都让我收获成长，每一次赛场的考验都让我更加潇洒从容，让我平添一分直面人生成败的勇气和力量。
我非常感谢老师们给我机会让我担当元旦晚会和暑期社会实践等活动的主持人，从稚嫩到逐步成熟，从紧张到从容，我付出了很多也很感谢老师和学姐学长的悉心指导。当一场演出或一次比赛顺利且精彩完成时，是给我最大的支持。朝夕耕耘，图春华秋实；寒窗苦读，为学有所成。作为学生，学习是我的天职。从大学的第一天开始，我就着眼于培养积极的学习态度和学习热情，从“要我读书”变为“我要读书”，从被动转向主动，主动与优秀同学和老师交流，以此扩展知识面。于此同时充分把握在校时间，利用学校各种资源经常去图书馆看各类报刊杂志，不仅陶冶了自己的情操，也开阔了自己的视野。大一一年的平均成绩排名在班级的前几名，最后的综合测评为班级第二。并且获得了国家励志奖学金，一等奖学金，并被授予三好学生标兵的称号。我选择当一名教师，在暑假我就去一家辅导班工作，提前感受到了当教师的感觉。我将在大学中所学的教育技术知识和心理学知识应用到教学实践中去，用爱心去教学，用爱心与学生沟通，看到学生的成绩逐步提升，家长的脸上绽放出笑容时，我对于我的教师之路更加充满了信心和期待。

忆往昔峥嵘岁月，百年史卷浸满了中国多少屈辱的泪，数十年的抗争又流尽了中华儿女多少沸腾的血。
我们不会忘记1921年7月23日这一天，我们也不会忘记嘉兴的南湖，以及南湖上那条小游船，因为就是在那碧波荡漾的南湖上，就是在那条小游船上，就是那十几个来自天南海北的年轻人，他们穿过无边的黑暗，躲过追逐的枪炮，艰难而又执着地举起了拯救中国命运的火种，为中国指明了一条光明而又充满希望的道路。从此，奋勇的中华儿女万众一心、披荆斩棘......当鲜花代替了和平，当我们的天空不再有枪声回荡，当我们的家园不再经受炮火的洗礼，我们是否还能够想到那些把牢底坐穿的先驱者、那些带着铁镣手铐蹒跚步行在长街的革命者、那些倒在血泊中的共产党员以及那些为着坚定的共产主义信念而牺牲的人。

今天，我体会到了为国争光的神圣，也更加明白了自己肩上的那份责任。贫穷就会受岐视，落后就要挨打，这是一个亘古不变的真理，唯有中国经济富强，我们才能站得更直、更稳。
今天，我也知道，只要我们充满执着的信念，我们就没有什么不能克服的困难;只要我们不停下自己的脚步，无论前方有多远，无论道路有多艰难，我们都不会畏惧、不会退缩。因为，前方有我们敬爱的、伟大的、光荣的党。

各位领导，各位评委：
大家好。今天我演讲的题目是《奉献着，美丽着》。
火热的情怀，六月的天。收割麦子的季节，勤劳的人们挥起手中的镰刀，在金黄的麦穗的前，深深弯下腰。国与家的粮仓再一次装满一粒又一粒饱满的希望，等待着，七月。
七月，有一面旗帜特别鲜艳。那是一面党旗。红色的党旗。有人说，为什么这面旗帜那么得动人，那么的有力量感，因为党旗飞扬，意味着有一批优秀的人追随着她，在为我们古老而又年轻的国家做着无尽的奉献!那些闪耀着奉献之光的汗水，洒在大地上，就是一株茁壮的麦穗!
也许有人会说，你不就是个九零后么，谈论这么大的话题，你懂么?是的，我承认，我们这一代虽然没有经历过战争年代革命先烈在枪林弹雨中厮杀冲锋，也没有经历过和平时期炼钢的火炉旁激情四射的国家建设。但是，这并不意味着我们就没有发现生活中那些真诚的奉献者，并不意味着我们只能看到这面党旗那鲜红的颜色。慢慢长大的我们，年轻的目光会抵达这面旗帜的本质;渐渐成熟的我们，终究会明白并追随身边那些优秀的奉献者。因为，这面党旗曾经告诉我们：奉献着，美丽着。
不是么?至今我还记得我们丁蜀职中技能训练团队的那些可敬的老师，我深深地觉得，他们，就是美丽的奉献者!
他们奉献着自己的时间，每一个周末，他们总是准时出现在训练场，和我们一起打磨工序，铸造零件，寻找瑕疵，改进工艺······
他们奉献着自己的智慧，面对全省技能竞赛团队的激烈竞争，不仅仅是狭路相逢勇者胜，更主要的是智慧决定未来的成功。我们都休息了，他们会挑灯思考，精心设计训练方式，精细谋划竞赛技巧，精准判断竞赛趋势······
他们奉献着自己的青春，走进我们的技能训练团队，你会听人说起一些传说，那是关于老一辈指导教师的。他们的青春曾经在这里闪光，培养出一批又一批技能高手，成为我们仰慕的榜样。其实，我觉得，奉献者的青春，是不老的。正如那面旗帜，一直鲜红!
奉献本身是美丽的!
当我被选进丁蜀职中竞赛团队的时候，第一次集训，就是重温团队的那些光荣：XX年江苏省技能大赛一等奖、全国技能大赛一等奖、XX年全国中等职业学校学生技能作品展洽会学校获得二等奖、XX年江苏省技能大赛一等奖······省赛和国赛是我们飞翔的舞台，我们飞翔时的优美弧线是我们的精彩，更是背后那些奉献着的老师们的精彩!
不知为什么，由这面鲜艳的党旗，我想到了我身边的那些奉献着的老师，或者说，他们的光彩是一致的!
奉献着，美丽着。

第五篇：“国际大学生节”大学生代表演讲稿
爱的同学们：
当此秋意阑珊、寒冬渐至之际；当此天之骄子们静享曼妙大学生活之时，我们是否知道11月17日这一属于大学生自己的节日，我们是否忆起68年前那段腥风血雨的历史……
1937年11月17日，德军入侵捷克斯洛伐克，并惨无人道地杀害了布拉格大学的7名学生和2名教授，“国际大学生节”大学生代表演讲稿。其他各大学的学生也遭到了拘禁、殴打及机枪扫射。二战后，国际社会将11月17日定为国际大学生节，以纪念为人类命运而牺牲的大学生们。
11月17日，我们自己的节日，更是68年前“大学生”这一称谓镀上一层血色辉煌的日子。
是的，辉煌——原本曾属于我们的辉煌是否已渐行渐远了呢？抱着来日辉煌的梦想，我们迈入大学的校门，但很快我们感受到了“横无际涯”的就业压力；感受到了“可怜无数山”般考研的艰辛，演讲稿《“国际大学生节”大学生代表演讲稿》。面对着延续自1978年的荣耀与今日诸多窘境之间的落差；面对着从“天之骄子“没落至“长安布衣”的尴尬；亦或是曾经鱼跃龙门的抱负到今日不得不“迈步从头”的变化，我们的辉煌，以及我们的责任与使命又将何去何从！？
回想已走过的大学时光，我们已几回为“独自莫凭栏”而无病呻吟，为“时光容易把人抛”而懊悔不已？我们又是几回“日斜半窗还少睡”，几回“秋月春风等闲度”？诚惶诚恐，我们的青春是否已在光阴中燃烧，带来的不是心灵的充实与温暖，而是无尽的空虚与烟尘？
挥去烟尘，让我们回想从前徜徉于书山学海的日子，那些心中充满憧憬的日子，那些近乎偏执而流汗呐喊的日子吧！或许那时我们的呐喊已汇入了黄海的涛声，我们的汗水已化为甘霖，滋润了玛珈草木，但我们更希望那时的精神会指引我们找到应有的使命、责任与荣耀！
亲爱的同学们：自今日起，不倦修身，来日齐家治国平天下；自此刻始，生无所息，集分秒之瞬为来日吾身吾族增光添彩吧。即使暂时是“手无缚鸡之力”，但我们自知担的起天下兴亡的匹夫之责；即使有人质疑“百无一用”，但我们自知“夜夜龙泉壁上鸣”！
