驾车新手易犯的错误
我是一个驾车新手，学开车两个月，总结一下新手容易犯的错误，老师傅飘过。
1、不松手刹就开车。这个事出现多次了，只是没开多远就发现了。这个错误最伤车了，我真想在方向盘上贴个提醒纸条。
2、驻车时不挂停车档（我的赛欧EMT是空档），拉手刹。这个错误容易造成蹓车，出安全事故。
3、离车时忘记关车窗。这个错误出现较多，停车后人走了，车窗却大打开，还有天窗，如果有贵重物品的话，早就没了，车子还有可能被盗。
4、忘记拔钥匙。有一次尾厢装了货物，用钥匙开了尾厢门之后，合上尾厢搬了货物就走，钥匙没取留在了尾厢上。好在邻居回家看到了我的车，将车钥匙给我取回。要命的是遥控器也在车里面，否则这新车有可能就是别人的了。
5、将车钥匙和遥控器遗忘在车内，这是最麻烦的事。有时候事急，将车熄火后忘记拔钥匙就下车顺手关了车门。防盗器等你关门一分钟后自动落锁，等你反应过来时车钥匙和遥控器都已经锁在车内了。今天回家在小区门口，就看到一辆小车在撬锁，车子还没熄火呢，估计是车主无意关了车门，车门自动落锁，人进不去了。我的做法是将遥控器吊在裤带上，随人走，与车钥匙分开，即使忘记拔钥匙，用遥控器照样可以打开车门。
6、新车不热车。4S店告知，新车在首保期内，开车前要热车1-3分钟。也有人说，热车太长，容易积炭。我的做法是，适量时长热车，特别是冬天气温低，一定要热车，对车有利，同时要避免长时间热车。
7、急于启动马达。将钥匙打开电源后，一旋到底，急于启动马达，这是不正确的。车子启动前电脑程序有一个自检的过程，这个过程大概有几秒钟。如果自检没完成急于启动马达，有可能造成电脑程序紊乱失灵，使车子产生故障。
8、精力不集中，对危情缺少预估。最大的安全隐患是思想麻痹，你车子再好，功能再强，如果驾车人思想松懈，极易发生意外。有次从小区中出车，路比较窄，尽管我车速很慢，从一辆小车边上过时，一个小孩突然从路边的车头前走出来。由于小孩个子矮，根本看不到，等走到你的车头前就有点措手不及了。有些道路中间有路化带，弯道时又开了转弯倒头路口，中间路化带挡住了视线，有些小车行驶时不知前面弯道开了路口，车速很快，很容易发生撞车。
9、盲目高速。十次事故九次快，盲目高速行驶是引发交通事故的主要原因，一旦出事，问题则很严重。当然，在路况清楚、自己驾驶技术有保证的情况下，该有的速度还得有，在高速公路上总不能以低于60码的速度行驶吧。
10、冰雪天气，小心驾驶。南方一旦遇上冰雪，地面结冰打滑，要注意几个要点：集中精力、控制低速、保持车距、不踩急刹，以点刹为主、不急打方向盘、不急踩油门、不太靠边行驶，特别是经过公路桥梁时要特别小心，因为桥梁极易结冰。当然，没把握不出车最好。

一、普遍存在的易犯错误动作及其纠正方法
1．手位不准确、手型缺乏规范
广播体操主要是上肢动作在不同位置上的变化和控制，做动作时部分学生常出现手臂位置控制不准确，如前举、侧举、胸前平举时耸肩、手臂偏高或偏低，同时还可能出现翘指、分指等错误手型，这些错误一般在无意识中形成。
纠正方法：学习动作时，首先应强调手型和手位的规范和要求；其次进行掌变拳、拳变掌的练习以及各个方位的举、摆和屈伸练习，体会手型和手位的控制要领，培养控制意识。
2．上肢移动的方向和运动轨迹不清晰
在《舞动青春》广播体操中，多次涉及到手臂移动路线较长的摆动动作、绕环动作以及体位改变时的上肢变化动作。如第一节伸展运动中第二个八拍的5～8动作和第六节腹背运动第二个八拍的1～4动作。学生在完成这些大幅度动作时，常出现动作方向和运动轨迹方面的错误，从而导致动作不协调、不到位，有附加动作。

3．下肢身体重心移动和控制的位置不准确
为了培养学生重心移动的意识和能力，在《舞动青春》广播体操的多个操节中设计了相应的单腿支撑、弓步、迈步半蹲后收回等对身体重心控制要求较高的动作。学生在完成该类动作时，容易出现重心移动不到位、重心控制不稳等错误。如第三节踢腿运动中第二个八拍的l～4动作，当左(右)脚向侧迈步成半蹲时，易出现重心偏移一腿的错误(重心应在两腿之间)。
纠正方法：①强调重心移动要领和要求；②两腿开立半蹲，左右移重心练习；③两腿交替练习脚向侧迈步成半蹲后收回动作。
4．部分操节动作的发力部位不正确
学生在学习每一节广播操时，常出现发力部位不正确的显著错误。如扩胸运动发力点应在胸背部，体转运动应以腰部发力带动躯干转动，但部分学生习惯用手臂发力，影响了动作的幅度和功效；在广播体操教学中，这是一类较为突出的问题。
纠正方法：①强调动作的重点和发力部位；②按节奏反复进行扩胸或转体动作练习，体会发力点和发力要领。
5．成套动作练习时易出现动作遗忘、混淆、衔接不畅，音乐配合不准确等错误
学生在掌握每一节动作的基础上，最后要进行成套动作的练习。在成套动作练习中易出现动作紧张、遗忘、重心控制不稳、动作衔接不畅以及音乐配合不准确等错误。

1．易犯错误：手臂上举和绕环时，动作不舒展、幅度小。

2．易犯错误：头部转动不到位。
纠正方法：慢速完成头部转动动作，体会立颈转头要领。
第一节：伸展运动
