一、本学期的指导思想:
在本学期的英语教学中,坚持以下理念的应用:

另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。

七年级英语组下期工作总结
本学期使用的是新目标英语七年级下册教材,共12个正式单元,2个复习单元。内容难,词汇量大,又有新的语法(现在进行时和一般过去时态)。为了顺利的完成教学工作,备课组成员齐心协力,共同努力。现将本期工作具体总结如下:
1. 学期开始时,大家共同讨论,分析教材,弄清本学期各单元内
容,认真商量,制定了本学期教学计划。每单元课时安排,做到有的放矢。
2. 由于本期时间短,内容多,为了保质保量,顺利完成教学任务。
每个班义务争取上了3节自习课,再加上中午和早自习辅导,备课组老师们无偿付出了很多,但仍然坚持有始有终,甘于奉献,精神可嘉。最后,不仅顺利完成了教学任务,还争取出10天的复习时间,为学生们的期末联考打下了良好基础。
3. 本期严格按照成都八中集体备课的要求,采取每周一集体备课
和平时多讨论相结合的方式备课。确定每一单元教学重难点,统一教学标高,统一课时安排,统一检测后分析各班之间差距以便改进教学方法。
4. 本期组内基本采用资源共享原则,每位老师在百忙之中,抽出
时间编写1——2个单元的复习质料,词组归纳,检测题的编写。
5. 以老带新,老教师们热情帮助组内的几位年轻老师,共同研究,指出他们存在的问题及改进方法,加快他们的成长速度。
6. 本期全年级统一开展了词组竞赛和英语演讲比赛,学生参与性
高,取得良好的反响。
7. 继续开展“初中英语课堂任务型教学的实践研究”课题。每位
教师每月写出至少一篇专门的教学反思,有六位教师上了研究课。课题研究促使对教材,课堂的钻研,从而有利于教学质量的提高。
总之,本期备课组老师们兢兢业业,认真负责,顺利完成了学校交给的各项任务。
