4、赛前培训及个别指导利于孩子增强自信心，培养孩子的上台表现力及行动力。

5、口语比赛及时的融入了亲友团的强大力量，有利于亲子互动几进行教学成果展示；同事

还赢得了各位家长的心。

6、下面主要讲一下从每位老师身上学到的具体东西：

Coco:掌控全场的把控能力级组织能力。

Cherry:语音、语调级语流的清晰度；对学生级所教课程的熟悉度以及与学生之间的默契度都是非常到位的。

Christing:作为主持人营造现场氛围级活跃气氛的组织能力；处理冷场是的临时应变能力以及活泼生动的主持风格都值得学习。

Celly:遇事反应速度极快，很有自己的原则。做事干净利落，绝不拖泥带水并且游刃有余。（从各种音乐的剪辑级配乐中可看出。）

Jessie:英语口语尤其英语思维功底在本次口语大赛中展现的淋漓尽致，挥洒自如；最重要的是其性格非常亲和不做作。

Cindy:做事非常主动，在口语大赛中善于眼观四面；及时处理各项问题，配合能力强。Bella:作为新人，在她的身上没有骄傲自负，只有勤劳肯干。少说多做是她值得我学习的地方。

本人：优点是踏实肯干，缺点是实战经验严重不足；并且对于学生和家长的要求有应必求。这样亿极易引起家长及学生的依赖。

二、不足和改进：

1、在即兴问答环节时，应根据孩子的知识程度问出相应的问题；从而减少冷场。同事一部

分问题也应具有挑战性，给予每个孩子以提升的空间。

2、口语大赛的各个环节还可以拓展到多人合作并且以英语小品，英语大合唱等形式进行；

这样有利于激发孩子们的团队合作精神及组织能力。

3、本次口语大赛的即兴问答题很多不适合相应年龄的孩子，但是题目也不是太难；但是孩

子们还存在一些可以听的懂但是还不能及时快速地回答等现象，这说明我校的英语教育强调学生的输入但同时还要加强其输出。并且我比认为这和年龄的大小有多大关系，除开写以外。

4、评委在结尾时要对一些特别优秀、或成绩平平的孩子的优劣势或口语比赛选手们中普遍

存在的问题进行综合点评，以利于大家及时改进。

三、意见及建议：

1、口语大赛可以适当加入亲子互动的环节。

2、希望在不久的将来，口语比赛能够融入一些社会流行主题色彩。

纵观2013全年雅思口语考试，不难发现2013雅思口语考试主要有以下特点：除了较以往的话题相比其内容更加广泛之外，2013年的雅思口试真题在其难度方面有所增加。
