城南小学英语口语比赛总结

为活跃校园文化生活，营造良好的英语学习氛围，搭建更广阔的英语交流平台，展示小学生英语口语表演风采，我校举办了六年级英语口语大赛，本次比赛得到各位班主任、英语老师的大力支持，达到了预期的目的，关注学生成绩的同时更关注每一位学生的能力，为英语教学指明了努力的方向，突显了我校的特色。现将此次活动的情况总结如下：

一、比赛的收获

1、比赛选手准备充分。

参赛选手进行了积极、认真的准备，大多学生能比较自信地开口说英语。尤其是我们欣喜的看到：大部分同学不仅口语表达得流利、交流的顺畅，还在表达时添加了丰富的表情。

2、参赛选手从不同的侧面展现了个人风采。在本次比赛中，有些选手有优异的表现，有的学生讲得不仅落落大方，而且口语表达能力较强，语音、语调较准确。

二、比赛中存在的不足

本次比赛不仅考查了学生的英语口语表达水平，还在一定程度上提高了学生学习英语的积极性。不过通过这次比赛我们也看出了存在的问题：

1、大部分同学是在背，而不是在讲。

2、语言平淡，不富有感召力。

3、语音语调不够准确，个别同学错词较多。

4、由于紧张，出现语法知识点的错误。

三、对今后教学的建议

针对以上问题，我们可制定以下教学措施来全面提高学生的口语能力：

1、让学生多观看一些英语故事小短片，培养孩子们的语言表达能力。

2、开展课前三分钟。既可以演讲，也可以朗读。使不同层次的学生都能有所提高。

3、培养学生良好的习惯。教师不时鼓励学生能即学即用，能将课堂上学到的运用到生活中，在生活中学以致用。

这些孩子们，他们乐学、善学，那我们就给他们自信，要告诉他们“重在过程，而不是结果”。

赤水市中等职业学校第二届

英语口语比赛简报

为了提高我校学生的英语口语水平，激发学生学习英语的积极性，营造良好的英语学习氛围。2018年6月6日上午八点二十，赤水市中等职业学校第二届英语口语比赛初赛顺利展开。经过两个星期的精心准备，我校共65名学生参加了比赛。本次初赛，选手通过抽签的方式选出自己朗读的文章。比赛中，学生们很好地展现出自己的英语水平，经过激烈的角逐，有16名学生从中脱颖而出进入下周的决赛。

6月13日上午八点半，16名参赛选手经过一周精心的准备，再次来到我们的比赛现场。本次决赛自选演讲内容，选手们个个精神饱满，信心十足。演讲形式多样，有讲故事，有自我介绍，也有讲述生活见闻。经过一个半小时紧张激烈的角逐，最终幼师专业的郭明会，黄润洋同学获得一等奖；四川幼师专业周怀英，旅游专业罗小滢，汽修专业范文才获得二等奖；四川幼师专业刘成敏，幼师专业王翠平，刘舒雨，酒店专业李美红获得三等奖以及建筑专业唐睿利，艾榆鸿等获得优秀奖。本次比赛同学们积极参与，认真准备，激发了大家学习英语的热情，开阔了我们的视野，锻炼了同学们的能力，取得了良好的效果。

According to this competition, I feel that I have much knowledge to learn.Such as grammars, Pronunciation and intonation, and maybe I need more confidence.I have no spent more time to prepare this competition, so that I don’t have a good mark.I think later I should do everything strictly and don't always treat STH lightly.And according to this competition, I have learned much more things.I’ll study hard to learn more about English knowledge.As a teacher, I always tell my students that no matter where you are, you should make full of confidence.But I was nervous when I competition.So I think I should practice more so that to overcome the psychological tension of mine.Yes, I envy and admire these English teachers.One day, I want to be someone like them who has a good knowledge of English.
