技巧1：用英语唤醒大脑 托福口语备考技巧与原则
凌晨刚醒，还懒在被窝里的时候，就开始听英语听力材料。可以打开MP3、MP4啥的，如果没有这些东西，你的手机应该可以播放MP3，实在不行就自己攒钱买一个。认真听、反复听。基本节奏是同一篇文章连续反复听5遍之后起床。每篇文章连续听一周，之后换新文章。文章可以是与大学英语文章或研究生英语文章或难度和长度更大一些的英语内容。听的标准是，你能够分辨出朗读者的每一个单字读音和音节处理。如果一篇文章的通篇到达这个程度，也可以换新文章。文章的难度可以渐进。如果严格实践，这一招很厉害，几乎可以让你的听力考试到满分，听老外说话和听新闻都很自然。一个研究生同学曾天天带个耳机听英语，大家问他听啥好内容，这位老哥说在听英语课文同步录音磁带，众人嘲笑;后来在英语考听力上，这老哥考满分。这家伙的耳朵是磨练出来的!
