出国旅游必备小知识

出国旅游因为所去的目的地不同需要注意的东西不尽相同，此处提醒一些共性常识

1、注射疫苗不可少。为避免各种传染疾病，旅游前可参考旅游地点的环境，于出发前施打必要的预防针，如：流感疫苗、A型及B型肝炎疫苗、破伤风、白喉等疫苗，以及服用防疟药物等，以避免传染疾病。

2、做好充足的准备工作。了解目的地的货币、语言、天气，当地的基本情况是必须掌握的。旅客可以通过上网查询，一定要掌握当地的环境卫生和疫情资料，备好充足的物品以备不时之需。

3、了解当地风俗。毕竟不同种族不同文化，了解尊重别人的风俗是必须的，一不小心犯了别人的禁忌会遭遇无法预料的尴尬。像泰国小孩的头摸不得，印度的小孩您抱不得。在新加坡街头随地吐痰、乱扔废物，高额的罚款会让你大吃一惊。

4、到达目的地后，如有时差，多晒晒太阳可缓解一下时差。

5、到饭店拿张卡片。到一个陌生的地方难免会遇到语言不同、道路不熟的尴尬。如果迷路而又语言不同时有一张饭店的卡片你就万事ok了。

6、身上带钱要适量。在国外单独上街，身上不要带太多现金，商场购物可以刷卡。

7、随身携带护照。在国外护照就像是你的身份证，只要行动

一定要带证件在身上，一来备警察的抽查，二来在一些场合需要你出示身份证明。

前段时间，一则事件始终占据着驴友间聊天的话题：一个叫魏茵的女孩独自行走川藏，在滇川交界处失踪两个多月，最终证实在云南迪庆（准确是从中甸到稻城的路途中）遭劫杀。当消息传来，微博上许多女性网友表示痛心的同时，对自己独自出游的计划也开始犹豫起来很多女生向往一个人独自旅行，对旅行充满了期待，但是在真的下定决心去的时候，是否考虑过独自旅行时自己的安危。这些是作为独自旅行必须要考虑的（我建议女孩还是不要独自旅行的好）。所以女孩们在选择独自旅行时一定要慎重。至少必要的安全知识以及对目的地的了解要做到很好的把握。当然，也有一些女孩并不在意这些。也有很多人说，与其逃避不如把它当成是一次安全上的反思。学会如何在遇到危机时运用所学的知识解救自己。

驴友锦囊独行女孩旅途谨记“七不要”：

第一、不建议“不走寻常路，只爱陌生人”

曾经，这句动人的标语，让我们热血沸腾。仔细审视下，它不太对头。与不寻常的人生感受，超常规体验更珍贵相比，我们每次远行都能平安归来更重要。面对大自然美丽的**，生命更重要。必须在足够安全下，再去探索未知。不要轻涉险境，把自己

陷入孤立无援的境地。

对于陌生人，我们除了爱与关怀，更要时刻戒备，保持适当警觉性。好人坏人，并不是永远的。我觉得坏人多数情况不是坏人，只是在犯罪环境成熟的前提下，被**的好人。

所以，作为独行的女生，一定要足够理性，先把所有人当坏人对待，可能更安全。举个例子，一个人在陌生地方遇到驴友，可以适当交流，但对于自己更多的信息，务必保留。驴友也有好坏，曾经看到有常年漂在路上的驴，对驴友下手，偷钱骗财。

第二、不要在旅途中轻易露财

要确保安全，最主要的一点就是财不外露。川藏线自行车车友，一般都会口口相传，在某些地方，会遭遇抢劫。我曾听人说过，某游客带着上万元的相机独自拍照，遇上劫匪，被抢一空。所以，独自旅行的女生，把自己打扮得越接近当地人生活水准，越安全；而端着长枪短炮，掏出最新款苹果手机，背着电脑，衣服又艳又贵，很可能成为坏人眼中的肥羊。

别人炫富，我就装穷。装穷在路上才不会让人得红眼病，伤害自己。比如，在加德满都住旅馆，寄存时服务员每天都要打听我笔记本电脑的价格。当时我的购买价是1.6万元，我告诉他，也就二三千人民币，并且现在连这个价都不值，也就１０００来元吧。服务员听了，指着他们的电脑说，这个都比你的贵。

如果我发现谁关注我的行李，都会简单不引注意地与对方聊会儿，然后像自嘲般地说，自己是仅能温饱的旅游者。所以，我的背包用了多年，登山鞋被狗啃过多次也都一直穿着。我会夸对方比我富有，“瞧我，多寒酸。”让别人开心，就是减少他们害你的心。曾经遇到有人问我一天花费多少。如果是青年旅社同房间的驴友，我多数会详细如实汇报。但如果仅是在火车或汽车上的同路人相问，我就会虚报，捡最便宜的说。另外，如果对方说我用的东西好，我会说，买时贵，但电子东西就是买时贵，拿到手上就折价，现在你去买，300块钱买的比我这个还好。这不是忽悠人，而是自保。

在户外，如果独身一个人，建议不要背单反，最简单的机型是避免伤害的一个小措施。有摄友说，拍美丽风景是人生追求之一，必要拿单反。我也觉得矛盾，我一个人时，是将单反放到背包里的，不厌其烦地掏出来，放进去，再掏出来，放进去。我担心要是不放在背包里，只有我一人时容易成为别人下手的对象。曾经在泸沽湖徒步，早上8点，一人从里格往大嘴村走，山路上空寂，只有鸟鸣，半个多小时才会有一辆摩托车经过。每当听到摩托车响，我都会把单反收起来，或藏在黑外套里面，背靠着山体，看着来车方向，目送他们走远。直到中午，人多起来，我才挂着单反走路。

第三、不要暴露自己是一个人旅行

我觉得魏茵小妹妹有好多次可以自救的机会，都让她错失了。比如加油站旁，可以和工作人员多聊一聊，问问目的地情况，多说话多留下自己的线索。比如让更多人知道，你与摩托车驾驶员

是陌生人，不是熟人；让更多人知道你的身份，这样可能就会震慑凶手，让他明白，你不是无人知道的空气。他要想想犯罪后警方来调查，顺着这条线索轻易能找到他。

我经常会在汽车停车时与遇上的人攀谈。如果有人问我，你是一个人吗？我都会肯定说，不，好几个人，只是有人先到某处等我。或者说，我男朋友在客栈等我，他懒，不爱动。你要让探听你消息的人顾忌，你不是孤立无援的，不远处就有人等着你，你一旦失去消息，马上就有人知道并开始寻找你。

比如，我在印度旅瓦拉纳西，谁问我是否一个人时，我都会说：“一个人怎么敢出来玩？我胆小，好几个人，他们在前面等我。”在阿旃陀石窟，深山雕塑群里，我就是这样告诉紧随其后的人。如果觉得有危险，就装做与看着是游客的人是一起的，说几句话，这样就会让跟随的人摸不清状况。

第四、不要轻易食用别人给的水和食物

其实这点我不是那么看重，不过最好还是吃自己带的东西，尤其是水，尤其是在酒吧里，虽然我没遇见过但是还是经常听说。只有你确认环境安全，人安全，才可以放心饮用。

第五、不要穿的性感扎眼

其实真要独自旅行的女生，不可能穿的多漂亮。反正我每次首先考虑怎么带衣服最实用最精简，T恤加外套，牛仔裤，脚上是笨重破旧的登山鞋，背两个脏兮兮的大包，一副流浪汉的样子，别人也许会对你感兴趣，但是基本都不会觉得你很有钱。

说起来我在亚丁的时候遇到一个骗子，当然我是事后才知道的，相处了几天。四个女生中一个有男友，剩下三个单身女生，当时我最丑，最穷，最后他将另一个女孩骗下山了，骗了五万块。那个女生太单纯太没有心机。我出山的时候还说与他们汇合，但是这个男的计划一改再改，我觉得不靠谱，就按着自己计划走，也就没有再见到他们了。

在外面穿的保守点，丑点，穷点，真没关系，这样骗子很难盯上你。等到安全的环境你再漂亮性感都不迟。

第六、不要反抗，危险面前生命最重要

这一点估计会很有争议，而且前提是你觉得命比什么都重要。我的观点是，如果真的是遇到劫财劫色的，那你就乖乖的把所有的钱交出来，装可怜然后保证你不报警等等，也许还能有一条生路。我不赞成反抗，女生在体力上完全不是男人的对手，你的反抗只能刺激别人。曾经我踢过一个男生的下体，发现其实那里也远没有我想象的脆弱，而同样的错误别人不会犯第二次。至于带刀什么的，作为女生，除非你能保证你有机会一刀就让对方失去侵犯你的能力，否则也许那把刀回头就会扎在你自己身上。第七、不要轻易把自己置于非搭车不可的境地

说起搭车旅行的安全问题。小采有过几次搭车经历，一次是拉萨到阿里环线，另一次是滇藏线的其中一段。“搭车好玩、刺激，还省钱，能遇到感人的事情，如今开始在中国背包客群体中流行起来。但安全问题真的是最大的隐患。”

“国内外独自搭车旅行的女性不多，也不建议冒险。随手拍照、记车牌号，不坐空车、不在偏僻地落脚、不炫富、不穿着暴露是保证安全的要点。当你无法做决定时也要相信直觉。”小采建议，有必要的话，在交谈中提前渲染一下自己的悲惨经历和高尚品格换取恻隐之心，再花点钱买个心安。
