第一篇:求职技巧:“英语哑巴”如何巧过英语面试关
经过一番紧张的笔试之后,那家闻名于世的日本通讯公司终于寄来了面试通知书,要求我参加6天之后的面试,而且特别注明“要加试英语口语”。这一加试可真是突然袭击,如果考英语笔试我还有把握但要说英语,我简直就是哑巴一个!
该放弃呢?还是坚持到最后一关?我思忖着,仔细分析了一下所面临的处境:其
一、我所应聘的职位是办公室文员,说英语的机会应该不多,没理由考难度大的专业类英语口语,考日常用语的可能性极大;其
二、笔试的时候,我留意观察了那些竞争者们,我的条件绝对不差;其三,也是最关键的,硬着头皮考上它一场,我什么损失都没有啊。
考虑好了对策之后,我到书店买了本《漫游日本》日语基础书及配套的一盘磁带,接下来便是依照计划按部就班的6天了。
第一步,用中文写下问题及相应的答案。这一步骤的要求是越细致越好。假设自己就是考官,想问考生哪些问题,诸如:“请介绍一下你的个人经历”、“说说你的家庭状况”、“你的业余爱好是什么”、“你为什么要到我们公司应聘”、“你对日本了解多少”等等大大小小凡能想到的问题,然后写下自己的回答。
第二步,用英文翻译上面的问与答。这一步骤的要求是越规范越好。翻译时稍没把握好时,便立刻翻看词典、语法等工具书,同时让那本《漫游日本》派上用场。我先译成中文再译成英语,因为只有这样,才能把意思表达得更全面,条理更清晰。
第三步,背诵及模拟考试。自问自答地进行实战演习,以便更好地适应面试。
最后,别忘了该公司来自日本,学习几句简单的日本问候语,全面地翻看一下日本国情介绍,做到知己知彼百战不殆嘛。
面试的那天下午,略施粉黛的我身着职业装进入考场,面对着中日两方共6位考官时,我首先用中日两文说“下午好。”其后所考的英文口语涉及到个人经历、兴趣爱好、日本国情等诸多问题,我从容应对总算说得过去。
面试结束时,我在鞠躬之后真诚地说了一句“请多关照”。
没等几天,我便欣喜地收到了该公司的正式录用通知书,艰苦的一搏,我终于找到了走向社会的第一份工作。
