邀请信的内容：

说明邀请对方参加什么活动、邀请的原因是什么。

将活动安排的细节及注意事项告诉对方。诸如时间、地点、参加人员、人数，做些什么样的准备及所穿的服饰等。

为了方便安排活动，如有必要，可注明请对方予以回复看看能否应邀以及还有哪些要求等。
