托福口语交流六大技巧
一、如何用英文简单界定一个东西的技巧
美国人和美国人交谈80%是想告诉对方这个事物是什么。我们的课本尽管词汇难度不断加深,但思维逻辑结构却只停留在一个水平上。中国人常说Where is the book(这本书在哪儿)?很少有人说What is a book(书是什么)?而美国的小学生就开始问:What is the book?这种Where is the book只是思维的描述阶段。但是我想连大学生也很难回答What is a book?因为中国传统英语教学模式没有教会学生表达思想的技巧。
二、用不同的方式解释同一事物
如果已经学会界定,但理解还有偏差,那就要训练How to explain things in different ways,一种表达式对方不懂,美国人会寻找另一种表达式最终让对方明白。因为事物就一个,但表达它的语言符号可能会很多。这就要多做替换练习。传统的教学方法也做替换练习,但这种替换不是真替换,只是语言层面的替换,而不是思维层面的替换。比如,I love you(我爱你)。按我们教学的替换方法就把you换成her,my mother等,这种替换和小学生练描红没有什么区别。这种替换没有对智力构成挑战,没有启动思维。这种替换句子的基本结构没变,我听不懂I love you,肯定也听不懂I love her。如果替换为I want to kiss you,I want to hug you,I will show my heart to you等,或者给对方讲电影《泰坦尼克》,告诉对方那就是爱,这样一来对方可能就明白了。这才叫真正的替换。也就是说用一种不同的方式表达同一个意思,或者一个表达式对方听不清楚,举一个简单易懂的例子来表达,直到对方明白。
三、我们必须学会美国人怎样描述东西
从描述上来讲,由于中美的文化不同会产生很大的差异。我们描述东西无外乎把它放在时间和 空间两个坐标上去描述。美国人对空间的描述总是由内及外,由里及表。而中国人正好相反。从时间上来说,中国人是按自然的时间顺序来描述。我们描述一个东西 突然停住时,往往最后说的那个地方是最重要的。美国人在时间的描述上先把最重要的东西说出来,然后再说陪衬的东西。只有发生悲剧性的事件,美国人才在前面 加上铺垫。这就是中国人和美国人在时间描述上的巨大差别。
四、要学会使用重要的美国习语
不容易学、易造成理解困惑的东西就是“习语”。比如北京人说盖了帽儿了,外国人很难理解,这就是习语。所以和美国人交流时,能适当地运用美国习语,他马上就会觉得很亲切,也很爱和你交流。那么什么是习语?就是每个单词你都认识,但把它们组合在一起,你就不知道是什么意思了。
五、学会两种语言的传译能力
这是衡量口语水平的一个最重要标准。因为英语不是我们的母语,我们天生就有自己的母语。很多人都认为学好外语必须丢掉自己的母语,这是不对的。
第二篇:托福口语考试技巧
一、口语百搭题目:
经本人仔细研究近几年机经得到的百搭口语题目(99%以上1、2口语题都可以通过改变以下题目获得。)

以下我给出的题目请大家仔细写出细节,比如鸟儿在歌唱,比如饭店装璜吸引人,等等。因为口语模板说是重复,其实质上都是细节的重复【这一点是关键!关键中的关键!再怎么强调都不过分!】。只要将6道题每个写足100字,然后将600字牢记于心,就一定能将口语1、2搞定。甚至写作题目也可以搞定大部分。
1、你喜欢和有什么样特点的人在一起,为什么。
方向:幽默的人。(无论同学、老师、父母、朋友、长辈、晚辈或者你最喜欢的人都可以用这条涵盖。)
2、你最喜欢的交通工具,为什么。
方向:car。(涵盖一切交通类题目和科技数码改变生活类题目。)
3、你最喜欢的游戏,为什么。
方向:篮球。(涵盖一切活动、学习【在篮球中学习团队合作】、和最喜欢做的一件事,休息时做的事情。可以和最喜欢的人一起打篮球。)
4、你最喜欢的日子,为什么。
方向:春节。(涵盖一切有关习俗、节日、记忆最深刻、过的最丰富多彩、最喜欢的日子。
【你可以在最喜欢的日子里和最喜欢的人一起打篮球】)
5、你最喜欢的地点,为什么。
方向:某家餐厅。(涵盖一切有关地点、或者推荐别人去的地方,或者自己最喜欢去的地方,或者你认为最有特色的一个地方。可以和朋友一起去餐厅。)
6、你印象最深的一件事,为什么。
方向:参加学生会竞选。(涵盖一切有关挑战,战胜自己,自己最成功的一件事,或者最失败的一件事,记忆最深刻的一件事等等。)
基本上以上6个题目就包含了一切生活类型的题目,每一种类型都是百搭,大家辛苦一下背1200字还是不难的。
PS:貌似还有两次考了关于“一本书”的话题。这个也可以独立出来作为一个题目。就是“你最喜欢的一本书及其原因”。尽管遇到的不多,但是如果你有时间,就多准备这一道题,也有好处。
【其实,这道题也可以和“书的幽默语言”“或者是最喜欢的人送的”“或者教给你如何团队合作”“或者经常在某家24小时餐厅看书”相交叉。】
最后再强调一遍,口语中【细节】才是关键的关键!!
另外,如果能偷听到别人讲的题目,也是关键的关键。本人考试中间休息时就听到了口语1、2全部题目。
二、偷听口语1、2题的详细操作方法
1、前提:在一个普通的学校报名考试。不要去专业的外语学院,比如X外啊之类的专业学校考托福。因为那种学校的设备一般都是非常豪华的,同时隔音隔光效果都做的非常完善,老师也会经常巡逻,导致你没有任何方法观察到你旁边人的屏幕或者他的托福进程。推荐:
宁波大学。一大群人在一个学校网吧一样的地方考试,而且旁边的隔板是磨砂玻璃但都不宽,对面的隔板还是透明,可以轻易的看到不远处同学的屏幕。总之对于整体时间的把握和控制上都很有利。【具体大学介绍参加专业版块】
2、其次,你要慢一点走进考场。大概在中后期时候进入考场,可以保证你周围坐着
一、两个正在做阅读的孩子。当然,你也可以中期就进考场,那时你需要仔细把握好周围同学做题的速度和大概完成时间。
3、第三,你和旁边人的做题时间基本上处于以下状态:你做阅读最后一篇最后的题目时,她开始听力。你做听力第三篇时,她已经做完了在休息。在这我要说明一点,如果你旁边这个人是个变态,她可能根本不休息,直接进行口语。但也没关系,因为口语之前还有很长的directions,而且不能跳过。你乘机把握时间将听力听完或者留在听力答题某一部分的最后一道题放在那就等她开始。
如果你旁边坐的是正常人,那么在她休息完重新开始而且听完sample和directions后,你恰好听力结束。
4、第四,听力之前有个sample要你讲你的家乡,注意!!这不是真正的听力题。新手经常会把这个误认为是听力然后兴冲冲的记下来。这种行为很SB,不推荐。甚至有时因为那个人的话筒不太好,多重复了几遍,新手将重复的东东也都记下来了。这种行为更SB……我就不说啥了。
等sample结束的时候,还有一个挺长的directions,大概持续1分钟左右,然后才开始真正的题目。你要用余光仔细观察对方的动作,如果出现用“铅笔”这么一个动作,就说明她马上要开始说了!!一定要竖起耳朵。
5、第五,偷听,是一门艺术。新手们经常想要听她讲的全部,这是绝对错误的观念……因为偷听口语,不是练托福听力,你不要想听懂她讲的一切。遇到口语不好的人,你偷听她说英语简直是对自己耳朵的强J。
听“重要的内容”,其实指的就是“第一句话”。一般托福口语的第一句话都会主动点题,比如“my favourite game is …”,只要听到这里,你就得到了口语的精华。
6、第六,听到第一、第二道题,就足够了,你还要出去上厕所,出去喝红牛,出去吃巧克力、面包。所以,仔细听到第二道题的第二句话,你就可以离开考场。如果没猜错的话,你当时应该还有7、8分钟左右的休息时间。好好休息,将听来的考题在厕所炫耀一番,积攒一下人品,一会会考得更加理想。
7、第七,8分钟内仔细考虑要讲的内容。将一条条资料在脑中列出来,先试着讲一遍,一遍足够了。然后回到考场,humble的告诉老师,开始吧。然后老师过来输入密码,接着开始口语考试。
8、第八,到了关键的一步。口语的directions是相当长的,而且还有一个可以不跳过的试音阶段。有了这两个帮助,准备时间就会更加充分。利用这一个时间段,将听来的题目在草稿纸上详细的列出提纲,甚至你可以将你想说的每句话都写下来,一会照着读就可以。只要sample开始的时候,你不要随便试音,他便会一直重复重复。
9、第九,顺水推舟进行口语啦。心中一定要带着感激之情,感谢上天给你这个机会,感谢报名了这么一个好学校,感谢旁边坐的GG,感谢昨天帮我指路的MM……(怨念)
10、当然,作弊可耻。作弊什么的最讨厌了……但是,面对着ETS将托福无故涨价,面对着Obama对于轮胎多征的哪一半税,面对着美帝国恣意压迫,我只觉得,我的腰杆挺的更直了!我作弊,我自豪。

任何一件事情要想成功都要有一个过程,而托福口语亦是如此,积累中达到从量变到质变的突破,本文为考生们介绍托福口语的练习技巧。
托福口语目的是提高口语,不是积累段子,而真正的要想达到从量变到质变的突破,就要不断的练习和完善,并最终把这些积累的段子都化为自己的语言,真正的掌握其中的技巧。练习托福口语时,你要看着题目,想象你正在考试,就开始计时说,这样才能达到好的效果。头几遍肯定结结巴巴,时间都不够用。但是多说几遍,就会越来越好。舌头都会觉得越来越灵活。脑子里组织句子也会越来越快。但是如果每次遇到你说不顺畅的题目你都马上就写一段话背下来的话,你就算准备的题目再多,你的口语水平提高的还是会很有限。反倒是你会发现,你写下来的小段子越来越多。这就成了积累段子了。
“念”本身不是问题。问题的关键是你念的段子写得好不好,你的语音别人听不听得懂,你的轻重缓急和停顿做得到不到位等等。如果你备考期间练习的是口语,你肯定会发现这些问题你已经注意过,练过了。但是如果你备考期间准备的是段子,那你就会发现,你可以语速很快,甚至可以背诵或者念出很精彩的段子,但是上面的那些问题,你还是做得不好。因为你根本就没有注意过。你注意过的只是怎么通过背段子让自己不至于没话可说。
学术类的东西,也就是后面几题,本来就没有段子可言。临场的时候主要还是纯粹现场发挥的。但是,如果你复习前两题的时候把口语练好了,后面的题也不会是太大的问题。至少你就不会面临没话可说的问题了,问题只是怎么说得更好。所以后面几个学术型的题真的没有什么诀窍。纯粹靠水平了。
上述就是托福口语积累从量变到质变的一些经验技巧,其实不论是什么样的技巧,没有练习还是很难达到预期的效果,因此希望大家能够勤学苦练,并最终取得理想的托福高分。
