Good afternoon,ladies and gentlemen:

What is learnt in the university besides knowledge?Why we go to university instead of going to society?As university students ,we should train various kinds of ability,for instance,interpersonal relationship,independence, innovation, grasp information ability , learning ability and so on.Among them the cultivation of interpersonal relationship is particularly important.Marx ,the greatest philosopher, once said: People are the totality of different social relationships.Everyone does not exist by himself.He is related to various kinds of social relationships.University life is a turnning point from tower of ivory to society.And university interpersonal relationship is also part of society interpersonal relationship.It has great effect in physical and mental health.At the same time ,it also promote their maturity and development.However ,when people were in middle school with heavy pressure,they did’t aware this kind of relationship,which made them selfish and cold.Even though they have entered university, they still

have no idea about how to deal with relationships between his classmates.And then follows many problems.In a reserch given by a authority department,the barrier in handling relationships can be summarized as lack of intimate friends,difficulties in communicating with someone,infrequency in communicating process,troubles in communicating and fear in interpersonal relationship.If the problems stated above can’t be solved timely, he will have psychology illness.What’s worse,it may bring hurt to not only himslf but also others and then at last breaks the law.So how to deal with relationships is of great importance.The core ofinterpersonalrelationship is coorperation and commuication.You should firstly be honest to others because honesty is the most valuabe treasure in the world.Only honesty can gain coorperation and commuication.The principle ofinterpersonalrelationship are as follows.(1)principle of equality:in our socialism society

the first and most important thing you should insist is that everyone is equal in interpersonal

relationship.No matter it is public or personal communication,no matter he or she is noble or formal,we should all in the same height.(2)principle of tolerace:there are different kinds

of people in college and you should tolerate various customs and languages.No matter you have similarity or difference,you both can be good friends.Only by this can you improve youself deeply.(3)principle of reciprocity and mutual benefit:it

means the reciprocity and mutual benefit between the people.Interpersonal relationship is bidirectional,it can’t last for a long time if just one person benefit from it.Only both persons get beneficial advantages can it continue.So everyone should pay and consecrate,both physical and mental.(4)principle of good faith:we all hate being

cheated by others.So faith is very important via communicating.If you have promised something to others ,you should stick to it and do everything you can to make it come true.(5)principle of forgiveness:it means don’t deal in

micrograms.There is no doubt that contradictions will occur in interpersonalrelationship.Thus you’d better learn how to stand others’attitudes and words.If the problems happen in your side,you should admit your mistakes and undertake responsiblities.Only in this way can your froze relationship be melted.On the basic of these principles listed above,we should master some specific tips to further to develop the ability of interpersonal relationship.(1)Even though you will meet so many people

in college,you’d better learn their name by heart.When you see him ,say “Hello!” to him initiativly and politely.(2)Have good manners.Be easy to feel relaxed

so that stimulate contact motivation.(3)Train lively personality and let others feel

pleasant when they stay with you.(4)Make youself calm and reasonable.At the

same time ,don’t complain too often,which

may make both you and others happy.(5)Comfort the hurt one.Encourage the failed

one.Help the one in trouble and congratulation to one’s achievements.(6)Be independent and confident so that make

youself be faithful to others.From all stated above,we get to know there is indeed something else we learn besides knowledge.That is interpersonal relationship.And then we go to college for that.If we step into this direction,we will find that everything is changing quietly.With time passing by, interpersonal relationship will be more natural and easier.At last,we will compose a perfect chapter in our university life.Thank you!

7.agree or disagree: advertising aiming at children should be restricted.i disagree.it’s fair to advertize to children even children are always said to be unable to distinguish between reality and fiction, between entertainment and advertising.a supposed consequence of advertising is that children are being persuaded to demand things that they don’t need and to adopt consumerist values and attitudes in their formative years.however, it’s up to the parents to determine what should and shouldn’t be bought for their children.children need to know how to see these ads and realize how a certain product would affect them and thus balance out the pros and cons and see if it’s in their best interest.in my opinion, the parents as well as the world need to stop babying children and let them learn lessons for life, because certain things can’t be restricted well.temptation is always at children’s side.they have to learn to resist and make responsible decisions.8.agree or disagree: junk food should be taxed.cost and gain more profit.so, it’s reasonable to tax them.9.agree or disagree: universities should abolish the practice of cutting off the electricity at dormitory at night.i agree with it.as a student, i should say, university shouldn’t cut off electricity at dormitory at night.the original intention for university to cut off electricity is to ensure our rest for some students will stay up very late if there is nothing to limit them.however, these students are minority.most students have regular timetable.what’s more, we are now already in university, i think we shouldn’t be treated like high school students any longer.especially in summer hot days, no electricity at night would be a nightmare to all students.we can’t fall asleep without electric fans.i can’t just imagine that.universities should think more for their students and trust their self-control.10.some say music training in college is unnecessary, while others do not believe so.what is your opinion on this issue? 2、决赛（时间：11月中旬）

决赛内容：（分为两环节）

（一）根据给定的话题进行命题演讲（限时1—2分钟）。演讲题目将在复赛开始前三天发给每一位参赛选手。

（二）参赛选手有1分钟的思考时间，随后进行一个2分钟的现场抽题即兴演讲，选手将在上台前5分钟得到即兴演讲题目。评委根据选手表现提问，根据选手综合能力进行打分。

关于举办第三届大学生英语朗诵比赛的通知

为调动广大学生学习英语的积极性，提高我校的大学英语教学质量，加强我校的学风建设，营造积极、向上的校园文化氛围，配合全国大学英语教学的改革，决定举行第三届大学生英语朗诵比赛。现将有关事项通知如下：

一、竞赛目的为了调动广大学生学习英语的积极性，提高大学生英语听、说方面的实际运用能力，有力地配合专业学习，增强学生掌握和运用所学知识的能力，从而提高学生在社会上的竞争力。

二、组织工作

学校成立郧阳师专第三届大学生英语朗诵比赛组委会，负责比赛的总体安排。

本次比赛由教务处主办，具体由外语系承办。

三、参赛对象

2012和2013级全体在校非英语专业学生

四、比赛形式

本次大赛共分为初赛、复赛和决赛三个环节。个人在班上报名，在大学英语教师的主持下各班进行初赛，每班级通过初赛分别挑选1到2名选手参加复赛；复赛胜出的20名选手参加决赛。初赛要求于11月25日前统一全面结束，各英语老师务必于11月26日提交进入复赛选手的名单。

五、比赛活动具体内容(一)比赛内容：

选手自由选择一篇英文文章进行脱稿朗诵，时间不超过四分钟。(二)比赛流程

1、选手在比赛过程中如果超时会得到的提示，3分钟时工作人员会举起停止牌，停止牌放下，表明选手超时，主持人终止选手朗诵。决赛时，选手朗诵完后，回答评委老师提出的问题。

2、出场顺序：由选手赛前抽签决定出场顺序。

3、注意事项：

1)必须控制好时间，限时环节以秒表计算严格执行，以确保比赛顺利完成。2)统计分数的工作人员必须认真、细致，确保计分准确无误。

（三）评分标准：

比赛根据5大标准为依据评分：

1、朗诵内容和形式(30分)；

2、英语语言水平(语音语调、断句、音调的起伏、音色的纯度、重音、重读)(30分)；

3、语言风格和技巧/表达和准确度(20分)；

4、综合效果/节奏控制和观众反映（10分）；

5、回答问题（10分）。

（四）决赛评分框架 1．参赛选手的总分将会去掉一个最高分和一个最低分，取余下分数的平均值，分数精确至小数点后两位。前两名选手比赛完之后一起打分。2．比赛中如出现重分，由主审评委决定名次。3．评委在每个单元比赛结束后打分，由记分员统计，并由主持人在下个选手结束比赛后报前一个选手的分数。

大家好，今天我要演讲的题目是：大学生的人际关系。

首先，我们要知道什么是人际关系，即它的定义。人际关系是人与人之间在活动过程中直接的心理上的关系或心理上的距离。人际关系反映了个人或群体寻求满足其社会需要的心理状态，因此，人际关系的变化一发展决定于双方社会需要满足的程度。

中国人非常强调人际关系的重要性，也就是我们常说的人缘好坏是很重要的。有的人活得潇洒，有的人活得很累。原因在哪里呢？事实已经证明了人际关系好的人，办事就顺达，心情就愉快。

人际关系是很复杂的。良好的人际关系对于获得生活幸福具有重要意义。当今社会，人与人之间的感情好象明显淡漠、很难交往。这很不利心灵的快乐。人要以诚相待，真诚相处，在心灵之间架起一座互信的桥，才能通往对方心灵的彼岸。

我们作为大学生，是一个特殊群体，面对激烈的竞争和日益强大的社会心理压力，如何认识和正确处理大学生人际交往中存在的问题具有及其重要的意义，人际交往障碍会给大学生的学习、生活、情绪、健康等各个方面带来一系列不良影响；通过对大学生在人际交往和沟通中存在的问题以及原因分析，说明了大学生如何保持和提高良好人际关系交往和沟通能力。同时形成一种团结友爱、朝气蓬勃的人际交往环境，也将有利于大学生形成和发展健康的个性品质。

社会生活中的每一个生活都生活在人际关系网中，每个人的成长和发展都依存于人际交往。人际关系的好坏往往是一个人心理健康水平、社会适应能力的综合体现。现代社会是一个开放的社会，开放的社会需要开放的社会交往。对于正在学习、成长中的大学生来说，人际交往是生活的基本内容之一。同学之间、师生之间、老乡之间、室友之间、个人与班级以及和学校之间等错综复杂的社会交往，构成了大学生人际交往的网络系统。培养良好的人际能力，不仅是大学生活的需要，更是将来适应社会的需要。一个没有交际能力的人，就像陆地上的船是永远不会漂泊到壮阔的大海中去。

比起中学生，大学生的人际交往更为复杂，更为广泛，独立性更强，更具社会性。个体开始独立地步入了准社会群体的交际圈。大学生们开始尝试独立的人际交往，并试图发展这方面的能力。而且，交往能力越来越成为大学生心目中衡量个人能力的一项重要标准。

大学生处于一种渴求交往、渴求理解的心理发展时期，良好的人际关系，是他们心理正常发展、个性保持健康和具有安全感、归属感、幸福感的必然要求。然而，并不是每个大学生都能处理好人际关系的。在这一过程中，有相当数量的人会产生各种问题。认知、情绪及人格因素，都影响着人际关系的建立。一旦在这一过程中受挫，就可能表现为自我否定而陷入苦闷与焦虑之中，或因企图对抗而陷入困境，并由此产生心理问题。

一、大学生人际关系不适的表现

08020906 有关调查表明，大学生心理问题中，关于人际交往的已占50%以上，而以前的统计中，恋爱烦恼占据首位。交际烦恼超过恋爱困扰。

仔细分析，大学生人际关系中的困惑、不适可以分为以下5类情况： 第一类：缺少知心朋友。第二类：与个别人难以相交。第三类：与他人交往平淡。第四类：感到交往有困难。第五类：社交恐惧症。

二、大学生在人际交往和沟通中存在的问题

在大学阶段的学习生活中，由于主观和客观的原因，其中一部分人往往会出现人际交往和沟通不畅的情况，影响其身心健康和学习进步。近年来，由于各种因素的影响，大学生人际交往困难成为大学生活中的一个普遍问题。看看上面那个调查，同学们在回答“通过择业你感到自己特别欠缺的素质是什么”时，选择人际交往能力的比例最高达34.8%，位列首位。大学生人际交往与沟通中存在问题主要有以下几种类型：

1、自我中心型。

2、自我封闭型。

3、社会功利型。

4、猜疑妒忌型。

5、江湖义气型。

6、人际交往复杂困惑迷茫

7、面子问题

人都是社会的动物，这似乎注定了人人都必须处理好人际关系，但是经过一番努力你会发现往往是事与愿违。因为，世上没有完美无缺的事，更没有完美无缺的人际关系。因为人人都有他自己的想法，习惯，作风等等属于自己的不能被别人理解或是完全接受的个性，这是属于个人自己的个性，这些个性只能缓和而不能消除，这就是人际关系的症结所在，这样一个矛盾是客观存在的。所以，在你明白了这点以后就不要对人际关系有太多苛求。即使你的出发点是好的，但是偶尔与同学朋友或同时发发火也是正常的。你也是正常人，不可能要你为了别人而包容一切，你也需要表示自己的不满，你也需要偶尔发泄一下，你不能总是当调解者和受气桶。

处理人际关系还有一点很重要，那就是：不要奢求更不要苛求每个人都喜欢你。俗话说：“人非圣贤孰能无过！”你总避免不了与人有过节或是与人争执不休的时候，或是你让别人生气的时候，那样人家不喜欢你是很有可能的事，如果真有人为了一点鸡毛蒜皮的小事而与你有隔阂，那这样的朋友维持一般也就罢了，不僵，任然为她好就可以，总之，无愧于心即可！

要处理好人际关系最重要的一点就是，在各个方面不断的提高完善自己，多为别人着想，从别人的角度看问题。

08020906 使自己能够适应大学生活。大学时期是大学生心理趋于成熟的时期，特别需要别人的理解，愿意向别人倾诉自己的思想，以便通过别人的理解与安慰而对压抑的情绪进行调节，使心理压力缓解。另外，重视人际交往，掌握交往技巧，积累交往经验，不仅是大学生现实生活的需要，也是大学生成功走向社会的需要。

处理人与人之间的关系的确是一门学问，是一种艺术。有许多具体的原则、警言可供我们参考、借鉴。但是，掌握这咱艺术的关键是我们对人性的了解和掌握，是我们对自身的了解和把握。了解他人需要什么，并满足这些需要，才有可能赢得他人；同时也要注意完善自我。如果你努力朝这个方向前进，你就会发现一切正在悄然改变：朋友之间的不快荡然无存；能够畅言的越来越多；亲友间的深挚互爱。你会过得充实愉快，觉得人际交往是一件自然与轻松的事，从而对学习生活持以乐观的态度，对塑造一段完美的大学生活以及以后的人生充满信心。

大学生人际关系现状调查报告

一、概述

人际关系，是人与人之间在活动过程中直接的心理上的关系或心理上的距离。人际关系即是人与人之间心理上的直接关系，也就是情感上的关系。表现为双方发生好感或恶感，对别人的行为容易接受或无动于衷、积极的交往或闭关自守、心理上与他人相容或不相容等。它反映在群体活动中，人们相互之间的情感距离和相互吸引与排拒的心理状态。和谐、友好、积极、亲密的人际关系都属于良好的人际关系，对于一个人的工作、生活和学习是有益的；相反，不和谐、紧张、消极、敌对的人际关系则是不良的人际关系，对一个人的工作、生活和学习是有害的。

大学生正处在学习知识和技能、认识社会、探索人生的发展时期，大学生的所有活动都是在与人的交往过程中进行的。人际交往是我们每个人社会化的必经之路。良好的人际关系有助于提高大学生的自信和自尊，缓解内心的冲突与苦闷，宣泄愤怒与压抑，减少孤独与空虚。不懂得人际交往的人，在心理上不能成为健全的人。每个成长中的大学生，都希望自己生活在良好的人际关系的气氛中，应该如何改善人际关系，如何加强人际交往，大概是每个大学生迫切希望解决的问题。

以下是本人对本班和宿舍楼部分同学的人际关系现状调查的整理结果。此次调查以问卷形式，分为三大类情状，每类又分若干小问题。

二、调查结果及分析

1、学生人际关系总体状况

1.1你对自己的人际关系现状满意吗？

对自己的人际关系现状的满意程度依次是：满意的约占49.5%、一般的占40.6%、很满意的占8.3%、不满意的占1.6%。调查结果显示，57.8%的同学对自己的人际关系现状很满意和满意。另有40.6%的同学对自己的人际关系感觉一般。可见，大部分同学在人际交往方面较为顺利，只有少数同学存在人际交往困惑问题。

1.2 你认为下列哪种关系对你的个人发展影响最大？

认为下列关系对个人的发展最重要的依次为：和朋友的关系占45%、和父母的关系占25%、和同学的关系占15.2%、和老师的关系占7.3%、和兄弟姐妹的关系占4.5%，2%的同学认为没有对自己个人发展最重要的关系，1%的同学认为对自己发展最重要的关系不在问卷所设计的内容范围内。45%的人认为和朋友的关系对个人的发展最重要，这个也是选择人数最多的选项。可见人对友谊的渴求和重视。和朋友的交往和友谊质量不仅影响人的自信心、自尊心，更从多角度多方面的影响着人的心理健康。第二大影响个人发展的是和父母的关系，有25%的人选择了该项。父母是孩子的第一任老师，家庭成员间的关系也是人最为关注的关系之一。其次是与同学和老师的关系，这两大关系在校园人际中接触最为频繁。

1.3在你的成长过程中，哪种人际关系对你建立自信有巨大的作用？

认为在自己的成长过程中对自己建立信心有巨大作用的人际关系依次是：朋友53.9%、父母16.5%、同学11%、小学老师1.6%、初中老师7%、高中老师3.4%、大学老师1.6%、祖父母或外祖父母2.4%，其中2.6%的同学认为在自己的成长过程中对自己建立信心有巨大作用的人际关系不在问卷所设计的内容范围。和上题的调查结果一致的是，选择人数最多的选项仍然是朋友对人建立自信有巨大的作用，可见，人对友情的高度重视，在人成长的过程中，玩伴和好友对人的影响不仅体现在日常的生活和学习，更在潜移默化中影响着彼此的价值观和人生观。调查结果显示人对朋友和友谊的重视甚至超过了与父母亲的关系。另外老师对学生建立自信的作用方面，选择初中老师的同学要多于小学、高中和大学老师。初中阶段是人学业成绩比较满意的阶段，而高中阶段是成绩出现下滑比较严重的阶段，这应该就是初中老师对人自信的建立的作用要大于高中老师的原因。

1.4下列哪种人际关系曾给你的生活造成很大的负面影响？

认为曾给自己的生活造成很大的负面的人际关系依次是：和同学的关系占30%、和朋友的关系占15.6%、和父母的关系占15.2%、和老师的关系占12%、和兄弟姐妹的关系占0.5%、和祖父母或外祖父母的关系占0.5%，其中28.8%的同学认为没有哪种人际关系曾给自己的生活造成很大的负面影响，6.4%的同学认为曾给自己的生活造成很大负面影响的人际关系不在问卷所设计的内容范围。在对人的生活造成负面影响的因素中，和同学的关系占的比重最大。同学是多数人人际交往最基本的对象。多数人与同学间的交往最普遍，也最复杂。一方面，同学之间年龄相近，经历相同，兴趣、爱好相似，又在一个集体中学习和生活，因此比较容易相处；另一方面，同学之间在生活习惯、个性等方面又存在着一定的差异，加之交往频率过高，空间距离过小，因而在交往过程中又难免发生这样或那样的矛盾和冲突。前面已经讲到朋友对人的个人发展影响最大，同时朋友也是曾给人带来很大负面影响的人。可见，人虽然对友谊的渴求十分强烈，但是一旦需求得不到满足，又容易对人际交往采取消极的态度，这也反映了人情绪的不稳定性。

2、学生当前的人际关系的处理状况

2.1在人际关系方面，你最渴望处理好以下哪种人际关系？

最渴望处理好的人际关系依次是：朋友37%、同学21.5%、恋人14%、父母12.6%、老师7.3%、兄弟姐妹3.7%、祖父母或外祖父母0.8%，其中有2.6%的同学没有最渴望处理好的人际关系，0.5%的同学认为自己最渴望处理好的人际关系不在问卷所设计的内容范围。和前面的调查结果一致的是，对朋友和同学关系的重视仍是人人际关系中的主旋律。37%的人最渴望处理的人际关系是与朋友的关系，21.5%的人最渴望处理的人际关系是与同学的关系。另外，排在第三位人最渴望处理的人际关系为与恋人的关系，同学们已经比较成熟，对两性问题的反映很敏感。同时，与父母老师等的关系也是同学们渴望处理好的人际关系之一。

2.2 你认为自己当前最难处理的是哪种人际关系？

认为自己当前最难处理的人际关系依次是：和同学的关系占22%、和朋友的关系占20%、和老师的关系占15.7%、和父母的关系占14.7%、和兄弟姐妹的关系占2%、和祖父母或外祖父母的关系占2.1%，其中有23.5%的同学认为自己当前没有最难处理的人际关系。同学们对人际交往的期望值比较高，一旦需求得不到满足，又容易对人际交往采取消极的态度。同学关系既是曾给人带来很大负面影响的关系，又是人认为最难处理的人际关系。另外，和朋友、老师、父母的关系也是人最难处理的人际关系。

2.3 同学关系方面，你觉得最难处理的是什么关系？

认为在同学关系方面，最难处理的关系依次是：同班同学37.1%、同寝室同学21.5%、同乡同学3.1%，其中33.5%的同学认为在同学方面没有最难处理的关系，4.8%的同学认为同学关系方面最难处理的关系不在问卷所设计的内容范围。从调查结果可以看到，同学们认为最难处理的同学关系是同班同学和同寝同学的关系。同班和同寝是学生最常见的人际交往关系，持续时间最长、最牢靠。但由于交往频率过高，空间距离过小，在交往过程中难免会发生这样或那样的矛盾和冲突。因此，我们应该注重班级同学间的情感建立，多开展班级和寝室活动来增进彼此的了解和沟通，促进健康友谊的发展。

2.4 在性别上，你觉得最难处理的同学关系是什么关系？

认为在性别上最难处理的同学关系依次是：两方面都有36.5%、同性同学31.8%、异性同学15.6%，其中16.1%的同学认为在性别上没有最难处理的同学关系。从调查结果可以看到，人最难处理的人际关系上，选择同性的同学要远多于选择异性的同学。同性同学间的交往和接触比较多，而且容易产生矛盾和摩擦。这里提示我们应该多学习人际交往的技巧和指导。

3、遇到困难时的求助对象

3.1当你遇到困难时，你会找谁给予你帮助？

认为当自己遇到困难时会找的人依次是：朋友54%、父母31.2%、同学9.8%、老师4.5%、兄弟姐妹0.5%。调查结果显示，当人遇到困难时，找朋友给予帮助的人最多，占到总体的54%。这里同样可以看到朋友在人心目中的地位和作用是非常重要的。

3.2如果你找的是同学，倾向于找哪类性别的同学？

认为自己找的同学倾向的同学依次是：同性同学72%，异性同学28%。调查结果显示，大部分的人会找同性的同学，他们认为与同性之间更方便交流述说，而对异性同学感觉不好意思开口。在人遇到困难的时候，倾向于找的同学是同性多于异性的现象与同性朋友间有更多的同感有关。

3.3 如果你找的是朋友，倾向于找哪类朋友？

认为自己找的同学倾向的同学依次是：好朋友63.8%、一般朋友16.2%、老乡13%、网友1.6%、其中5.4%的同学找的同学倾向类型不在问卷所设计的内容范围。调查结果显示，有超过一半的人倾向于找好朋友，其次是一般朋友和老乡。朋友在人心目中的地位尤为重要，友谊是人非常珍惜的财富。另外，虽然现在网络普及，网络交友的方式也比较普遍，但是当人出现困难的时候，找网友的同学占的比例仅为1.6%。

三、总结

大学阶段是大学生个性和品质形成和发展极为重要的阶段，在校园里与老师、同学、朋友、家人保持良好的人际关系需要每位大学生正确认识人际关系问题，掌握人际交往技巧，遵守人际交往原则，懂得人际交往艺术，及时进行心理调适。当然，人际关系是社会关系在心理层面上的一个体现，人际关系的建立受到各种因素的制约，所以，大学生要根据不同的个体，不同的环境采取不同的方式方法正确处理好人际关系，建立良好的人际关系。

另外，在影响大学生的人际关系中，朋友的影响作用最大，其次是同学。可见人对友谊的渴求和重视，有质量的友谊是增强人心理健康的良药。同学关系是人面临的最难处理的人际关系之一，我们应该注重在人际交往过程中的技能和方法，促进自身良好的社交能力的发展，以此提升我们的自信和心理健康。
