高一是学生英语成绩波动最大的一年，因为刚进入高中的学生，无论成绩如何，如果没有超前学习，都会遭遇极强的“陡坡效应”,即发现知识难度和广度都突然增加，完全超出了自己的想象；同学之间的竞争氛围甚至超过了初三。“陡坡效应”会使学生压力倍增，名次迅速落后，甚至开始怀疑自己，对学习失去兴趣。

词汇量成倍增长，你准备好了吗？

小学6年初中3年学习词汇总量为1600词和400个左右的词组。高考要求3500词汇需要在高一高二全部学完。北师版教材，高一高二共8本英语教材，除了考纲内词汇3500词，还包括1500词左右的超纲词（词汇表上标记为*）。很多学生升入高中后的感觉就是词汇量成倍的增长了，而且背了就忘。天天的随堂听写，都能得满分，但考试的时候就想不起来。短时记忆再也不能帮助学生在考试中拿高分了，阅读题大量的生词导致了理解的障碍。

初三的学生都了解中考英语最容易的题型是考察语法的单选，15道题3分钟完成，100%正确率是很多优秀学生的常态成绩。同样的题型，在高考中却成了拉开学生差距的题型，原因是中考语法考察的知识点少、难度低、无交叉考点，而高中语法知识点加倍，侧重语境下语法应用，和不同语法知识点的区别。如上表所示，中考共学习了3种从句、8种时态。而高考则考察16种时态语态、6大类从句、非谓语动词等24个语法难点，并且每一道题，都会融合几个容易混淆的考点。

100万词的阅读量，Not kidding!

人大附中高一新生每月要完成300-400页的英文原版材料阅读，北京四中将《空中英语教室》作为学生的第二套教材每周讲解；清华附中、北大附中高一学生每月读一本英文缩略版小说；首师大附中课外使用新概念3作为课外教材，北师大附属实验中学高一开始同时使用北师版教材和大学英语第一册。为什么重点学校都会有这种折磨学生的教学方式？原因很简单：新课程标准规定，高中学生要在高中阶段完成100万词的英语阅读量，而高中3年的英语教材阅读总量大约是40万，也就是说剩余的60万词阅读要来自课外。算上高中所学科目的增加学习时间的减少，很多学生之所以在高考中完形阅读失分严重，就是因为在高一高二没能达到规定的阅读量，没有形成英语的语感。而语感是不可能在紧张的高三学习中养成 的。这类的学生往往止步于高考英语的中等分数。所以，选择一本好的教材，从高一开始进行大量地阅读是冲击高考英语高分的基础。

很多学生经历过中考都会认为英语是最容易学的学科，所以进入高一后把所有的精力放在数理化学科，而高考英语150分，甚至超过了理化在高考中的分数，随着高考改革，题型的变化英语的难度也在加大。想要赢在高考，需要从高一开始提早规划，超前学习。

如果说初中像盆中摸鹅卵石的话，那么高中阶段的学习则更像海里摸贝壳，需要投入更多更大的精力以及更巧妙的方法。

由初中升入高中，学生是带着新奇和喜悦的心情踏入校园的，周围的一切对于他们来说都充满新鲜感。他们无论从心理上和生理上都渴望着成功，渴望着得到他人的尊重和认可。而英语作为第二外语，虽然在小学就学过，然而他们进入高中的成绩却参差不齐，两级分化非常严重。新教材的改革又突出了英语的重要性与实用性，这一点对于农村的普通中学老师来说尤其感到头疼。

研读新课标，现代课程价值的取向是“以学生的发展为本”，从学生的发展出发，在注重培养学生基础能力的同时，进一步培养学生的创造性学习和发展性学习能力，开发学生的智能，培养创新精神。正如H·G·Windows所说：“教与学不是一个过程对等的两端，不像买与卖，给和取。因此，不能把教的一方看成是施动者，把学的一方看成是受动者。正确的关系是学的一方施动，教的一方助动”。

第四篇：2018开学第一课

《开学第一课》观后感 雅清小学三年级郑涵仪

今天晚上我和妈妈在手机上一起观看石家庄电视台的《开学第一课 》节目，伴随着雷锋小学合唱团的一首《学习雷锋好榜样》节目开始了。本期节目的主题是“学习雷锋好榜样，做新时代好少年”。

第一位嘉宾是雷锋小学的毕业生，现任职北京电视台的编辑李娜老师，她给我们讲述学习雷锋精神，践行雷锋精神主题的故事。在雷锋小学的校园里矗立着一个石头雕像，他的原型就是雷锋叔叔，走进校园的学生每天都要在雕像前系着红领巾敬礼。可是有一次我就忘记带红领巾，但是忘记带红领巾会被扣分，怎么办？后来我给同学合谋骗老师的计谋被老师发现，被请到校长办公室，在校长了解情况后就对我俩说：“红领巾是一种荣誉，同样是一种责任”这句话使我受用一生。

第二名嘉宾邀请了一位老石家庄人就是刘斌老师，去年全国创办文明城市时，刘老师奋战在第一线，获得了创城先进个人的称号。他给我们讲述了石家庄创建文明城市过程中青少年做出的贡献。师生们创建文明校园最主要是践行社会主义核心价值观，要弘扬雷锋精神，把雷锋精神和核心价值观要具体的落小、落细、落实，把它融化到我们的学习和生活中去。

雷锋的精神在人们的心中传开，在公交车上红领巾们的让座；在雨天里热心人的撑伞；在路上随手捡起垃圾。这一切都是雷锋叔叔教给我们的优秀品质，我们无处不在学习雷锋，雷锋的精神也无处不在我们身边展现。

第五篇：开学第一课

《开学第一课》观后感

又是一年开学季，又可以看到我们最喜爱的节目——《开学第一课了》。今年的《开学第一课》请来了两位班主任，一位是来自北京大学的撒贝宁撒老师，一位是来自北京外国语学院的何炅何老师，“双北”学霸组合齐聚，助力新学期的启航。

节目中虽然只有四堂课，但是却能让我们学到不少新知识。青少年的代表王源也来到了开学第一课，王源可不是只会唱歌跳舞的，他这次是和芮磊老师一起，在节目中展示了无壳孵化小鸡的实验过程，就是想让我们以科学精神、实践精神和创造精神去探索未来。

“大眼睛”小女孩的照片大家应该都看过，1984年，九年义务教育法颁布后，纪实摄影家解海龙便带上自己的相机，通过镜头去拍摄当时基础教育的现状。解海龙叔叔当年用镜头记录下孩子们对学习的渴望，引起社会的关注，并因此改变了他们的命运。

解海龙叔叔的故事就告诉我们，每个人都应该拥有梦想，解叔叔的梦想在他一张又一张的照片里面逐渐绽放，而和“大眼睛”同样的梦想，在一份又一份的爱心里面悄然开花，这就是梦想的力量，一开始可能真的只是一个梦，但是只要我们不放弃，不停努力，不断坚持，梦想就有可能成真！

我们是新时代的少年，我们是新时代的栋梁，我们要努力学习，将来一定是我们的。
