11月30日18时30分，我校外语文化节演讲比赛在外国语学院隆重举行。本次比赛由校团委，国际交流与合作处，学工部以及教务处主办，外国语学院承办。应邀出席本次比赛的领导有我校教务处处长林秋华，校团委社团部部长任永明，外国语学院党委书记许崇波以及文学院高级辅导员孙世友，此外担任评委的还有赵永梅，王平，顾慧萍等老师。王子鸣同学代表我院参加了本次比赛。首先由主持人致以慷慨激昂的开场白，并就比赛规则及评分标准进行了简要说明。接下来，比赛正式拉开帷幕，比赛分为“演讲”和“即兴回答”两个环节。此次共有 19 个来自不同学院的同学参加了比赛。我院王子鸣同学的演讲《what we can’t afford to lose is process》，或慷慨激昂，或深情低沉，或情感真挚，将青春风采展现得淋漓尽致。并且她凭借清晰流利的口语，声情并茂的演讲获得了评委老师的一致赞赏。在“即兴问答”环节，王子鸣同学凭借较高的英语水平、较强的临场发挥能力和应变能力，从容回答所选问题，赢得观众阵阵掌声。最后我院王子鸣同学获得比赛的一等奖并接受了许崇波书记的颁奖。

尊敬的各位评委、同事：

大家好：

我是来自行政部的笑嘻嘻，今天我为大家带来的演讲是《从我做起、从点滴做起》。

古人说得好：“泰山不拒细壤，故能成其高；江河不择细流，故能成其深。”所以，大礼不辞小让，细节决定成败。在我们身边，想把事情做好的人很多，但是愿意把小事做细做大的人却不多。你知道吗？如果把我们酒店每一人看待为一个问题，那么不管有是多小的问题，只要乘以几百，那就成为很大的问题。细节差之毫厘，结果谬之千里，真理和谬论往往只有一步之遥。想想我们的酒店服务，客人来到酒店住宿，我们是否做到“笑脸相迎，主动问好”；不妨问一问，我们在接听电话时，是否做到“你好，请讲，再见”； 面对日常工作是否做到“今日事今日毕，明日事今日谋”，其实做好一个细节，你就会收获冬天里的春天。细微之处见真情，一个微笑、一个举动、一点耐心、一句问候，都会使细节的力量“润物细无声”。如果我们人人关注细节卫生、细节服务那么我们的服务质量将向前迈进一大步。

工作中也有许多细节的体现，就如同我在质检过程中对酒店各区域卫生、员工仪容仪表的检查。在发现被检部门存在一些不足的地方，我会记录下来，当场与陪同人员一起交流，在交流中我会注意我与他们交流的方法与技巧。先说做的好的方面，再说稍微不足的需改进的地方。我觉得只有带着虚心学习的态度，别人才愿意接受你建议。其实在来酒店上班以前我是一个不懂与人交流，不善于表达心中想法的大男孩。整日埋头在办公室也不知道自己在做什么，我自卑的情绪越来越浓，在开展工作中畏手畏脚，就拿我在办公室接听电话来说吧，我在接听电话的时候我首先想得不是要与打电话的人说什么，而我是在想，我说的话，我们办公室的同事会怎样想，我说这句话会不会引起别人的反感等等。就是在这钟消极情绪下我一直工作着，记得有次我在接听一个询问我们酒店那些部门还需招聘的员工的电话时，我提着电话我就直接说：喂，有什么事？，他说我想了解一下你们酒店需要招聘什么岗位的人员，当时我就和他说我们某某岗位需招聘，他接着问相关的待遇如何呢。我被他几个问题问下来我都问懵了。最后草草的结束咯这次对话。当时我领导在听完我的对话后，对我说，你接听电话是代表酒店形象，如果人人都像你这样草率马虎那公司的声誉将大打折扣。

当私下来我在回想这个案例时我心中有许多不安与焦躁。我不明白不就是一个接听电话吗？问题应该没这样的严重吧，而且我以前也没接受过这方面的培训，我改了不就行了吗？但在当时我为咯不被骂就按照领导说的，将我提前要说的用笔写下来，回到寝室练习，熟悉酒店应知应会，了解接听电话礼仪。再下一次接听电话的时候我就明白了，首先我要报我所在部门、然后我的名字、最后再询问有什么事？这是我心中一个结，然而这个结在一次部门组织培训学习时我才结开，当时我们在学习“6T管理法”所谓的“6T管理法”就是六个天天要做到天天处理、天天整合、天天清扫、天天规范、天天检查、天天改进。T是天的第一个字母。当我听到了“天天改进”的定义时，仿佛

一语惊醒梦中人。领导让我去这样做的就是让我改变自己的不良习惯，以自我突破与追求卓越为重点，集中精力，目标清晰的完成每天一天工作。从细节做起，从点滴总起。

再结合到我的质检工作中我就应该做到配合各部门总监经理加大对公司各个工作环节的细节检查，并在检查中发挥带头作用，对每一项检查工作，做好认真检查、发现问题、提出整改建议、形成书面材料并及时上报，做到保质保量地产生实效。

作为一名质检培训员，我存在的不足还远远不止这些，但我保证我会不断学习，以高要求、高标准来要求自己、学习更多的知识来提升自己的综合素质；在质检工作中，以提升高酒店的卫生质量、服务质量为目标，做好相应的监督工作；最后我相信只要我们共同努力向着打响我们的酒店企业品牌，不断发起冲击，为酒店贡献出自己的一份力，我们会收获属于我们的成功。

打响酒店品牌，需要每一位员工的努力；

唱响银桦之歌，更需要我们年轻人的激扬斗志。
