县政府办公楼损毁

秦鹰介绍，昨晨5时许，当地曾发生一次地震，但因震感较弱，并未引起当地多数还在休息的居民重视。早晨7时50分左右，地面突然发生剧烈摇晃，并伴着轰隆隆的闷响，“跑出屋子站也站不稳，满天都是灰尘。”摇晃持续将近1分钟，秦鹰看到县城大多数房屋已经倒塌，县政府办公楼和县医院也已经损毁。
