我于2002年7月毕业于一所高职学院计算机专业。同年9月在我县一所高中承担信息技术教学工作。

来到工作单位，深感自己要立即“充电”。于是，2003年11月，参加了成人高考，当时报考了宝鸡文理学院，考试成绩超过了当年全省专升本最低控制线27分，但还是没有录取上。当录取结果公布后，我很郁闷，心里很难受。我希望能寻找一种学习方式让自己既学有所获，又能通过自己的努力获得较高含金量的学历。一次偶然的机会发现了陕师大网院，“她”给我提供了实现梦想的平台。2004年9月，怀着对陕师大的无限向往与憧憬，我踏出了走进陕师大网院的第一步。

在我国，网络学习还是个新生事物，如同罩着一层神秘的面纱，使不少人望而却步，不知自己是否能够适应这种全新的学习模式。随着电脑的普及，网络学习愈来愈呈现出其特有的优势。学习资源丰富，学习时间灵活，其教学资源亦日趋成熟。网络不只是新新人类的宠儿，而已演变成为大众的学习媒介。

三年前，当我真正成了网络学院一员的时候，我开始了对自己人生的挑战。我时常问自己的就是：能否坚持下来？工作上的压力、学习任务的繁重、家庭中的老人需要照顾、“网络教育”这一新事物的接受等等，等等，困难不一而足。我经历了一个又一个的考验，甜酸苦辣，各种滋味，然而，我从未气馁，我咬牙坚持着，每当我在灯下学习，在网上搜索着看不够的资料，就有一种从未有过的自豪感。每一次登陆陕西师大网院的网站，进入“学生平台”进行学习的时候，我激动的心情难以言表。我用“我是陕西师大网院的学生”这句话鞭策自己走过了每一个漫长的日日夜夜„„

网络教育方便便捷、灵活，弥补了上班族学习时间上的缺陷，通过网络，把最优秀的教师、最好的教学成果传递给我们。网院的学习经历让我以从未有过的高度和广度看待计算机学习。虽然与计算机接触已久，但想进一步提高就好像是在黑暗中摸索，不知前进的方向。一直希望能有一个系统学习的机会，师大网院终于让我梦想成真。

当初选择师大网院就是为网院精心设计的课程所吸引，被网院老师热情执著强烈的网络教育的事业心所感动。两年多的学习让我有种豁然开朗的感觉，如同师大老师亲手引领我开启了一扇通向计算机新天地的大门。更意想不到的是，采用老师传授的策略和方法令学习变得生动有趣而卓有成效。

两年多的网院学习生活让我深深喜欢上自主学习这一全新的学习模式。从起初的不适应到

网络学习完全有别于传统的被动学习模式。要想充分利用这一全新学习方式的优势并迎接相应的挑战，须先从改变自身开始。我认为，网络教育学习的成功关键在于以下三个方面：

第一、提高与强化自我管理能力

自主学习的成功很大程度上取决于自我管理能力。包括协调工作生活与学习的关系，积极应对各项冲突及挑战；制定严密的学习计划并严格遵守；有效利用并管理好学习时间。自我管理能力的提高也意味着自身素质的提升。

第二、充分利用各项网络学习资源

网院老师精心设计并提供了丰富多彩的网上学习辅导服务：

名师讲座让我们拥有了聆听专家教诲的珍贵机会，网上“视频答疑”活动时还可以与老师沟通互动。有老师指导点拨学习，好多学习中困惑立即就解除了。

针对课程学习的各种辅导，是我们学习的得力助手。课程“学习课件”为我们提供网院老师的课程讲解录音，进一步明确了相关课程的内容设置及学习要求和目标，使学习目的明确，更有针对性。“课程作业”让我们对课程考试的题型和考查动向有了明确的认识，有助于我们查漏补缺、回过头来进一步学习，为考试顺利过关奠定了坚实的基础。

另外还可根据自身情况选择参加其他在线助学活动，提高相应能力。第三、采用有效的学习策略与技巧。

在《网上学习指南》中，通过问答的形式，老师向我们介绍了很多实用的学习策略和技巧。对顺利有效地完成网络教育学习起到了一定的促进作用。

时光的流逝果真如白驹过隙，转眼三年的网络学习就要结束了。回望走过的充满着汗水与喜悦的三年，我感慨万千。感谢陕师大网院提供了这一学习机会，感谢老师们的智慧与辛勤劳动，使我们坐在家中即能拥有陕师大的学习资源，聆听师大老师教诲。师大网院独特的教育目标，终身学习的教学理念，新颖实用的学习教材，丰富多彩的网上资源，让我在接近收获的季节终于可以自豪地说：“我为我的选择和坚持感到骄傲！”三年的网络学习，不仅使我的计算机理论水平突飞猛进，更重要的是让我学到如何自我约束，自我管理，自我监控，合理处理好工作、学习、生活三者的关系。学习使工作变得生动起来，使生活充盈着喜悦与感悟。

社会调查报告是在调查完毕之后撰写的报告性论文。主要包含以下一些内容：调查的目的、调查的方法、调查的时间、样本的情况、调查的内容、调查表的分析、分析结果、提出自己的看法等等。

一、标题要求

标题可以有两种写法。

四、写调查报告应注意以下几个问题

实习内容：

内容：这段时间重点了解学校，学校领导介绍了相关的资料，适应周围环境，了解宝鸡石油中学的基本情况，与指导教师见面并进行了沟通交流，班主任指导教师给学生介绍实习学生，与所代班级的学会见面，跟随指导老师听课，了解和熟悉指导教师的授课风格和方式以及学生的基本情况，然后进行备课，指导教师对所写教案进行批改，提出改进意见，为教学实习讲课阶段多准备。

心得：在见习过程中我们听学校领导介绍了学校的基本情况以及学校在管理，科研方面的经验和特色，同时也安排了最优秀的老师来指导我们的教育实习，在这一过程当中我们听取了优秀教师的教学经验介绍，也领会了各位指导教师的授课风采，受益颇深。听取了指导教师介绍实习班级的学生思想学习等情况，大致了解了实习班级学生的学习情况，并通过听课熟悉了教学环节和教学方法等，这一过程的准备为我们的正式教学打下了良好的基础。教学实习讲课阶段：

内容：备课，进行课堂教学，听实习同学的课并进行集体评议，晚自习辅导，课后个别同学的辅导，作业批改与讲评，考试与进行阅卷工作，考试分析，进行学习总结等。心得：实习过程中在指导老师悉心的指导和帮助下我们全体实习学生认真细致的钻研各学科的课程标准与教材，熟悉教学内容，明确课程的重难点，进一步了解学生原有的知识技能水平，学习兴趣，方法和习惯等方面的情况。在此基础上确定每节的教学目标，重难点以及所准备采用的教学方法和手段，尽量避免教学方法的陈旧，大多数同学采用参与式教学方法，教学过程的具体安排并考虑教具的选用和制作，练习的内容和方式，板书的设计，布置作业，认真写好教案向指导汇报并征求意见，为上课做好一切准备。

在具体的教学实践中，我们根据教材和教案的要求，努力贯彻教学原则，结合学生的年龄和实际水平，上好每一节课。在教学实践中，我们认识到：

1．课前一定要进行扎实的备课和精心的准备，这样上课才会得心应手有条有理。

2．课堂上要注意教学秩序和教学效率。如果课堂纪律很乱，将会直接导致学生接受效率不成，影响最重的教学成绩。

3．上课时，态度要从容大方镇静，采用恰当的姿态语言帮助说话，从而使教者更加具有激情，调动课堂的气氛，使学生在快乐的轻松的氛围中学习。

4．注意运用启发式教学和巩固性原则，在教学的过程中，启发和引导学生去探究和思索，从而完成本节课的教学任务和教学目标，而不是“注入式”和“填鸭式”的传统教学法。

在课后，我们主动，虚心地征求指导教师的意见以及带队老师听完课后的一些意见和建议，并重视学生的信息反馈，认真地做好自我分析，评议和总结，对指导教师和带队老师提出的意见进行改进，为下一节课做好准备。

在每一节课后，都精心选择分量适当，难度适中，并着眼于巩固学生知识培养技能，尤应注意发展学生的智力和创造才能的作业布置给学生，对布置的作业及时进行检查，认真批改并分析研究学生完成本次作业的优缺点，在晚自习的时候进行作业讲评。批改作业给学生写评语，要持慎重的态度，注意保护学生的积极性。

教学实习总结阶段：

时间：11月11日到11月23日

内容：通过指导老师评价、小组交流互评、撰写个人总结等形式，对实习过程中各自的收获和感想进行回顾，对于自身的不足，小组集体谈论解决，虚心接受别人建议。除此之外，准备个人实习材料，为回到学校的应聘工作做准备。

二、班主任实习：

在班主任工作方面，队员们更是严于律己，为学生树立典范。

内容：开始我们的任务是熟悉实习班级的一些基本情况，召开班委会议，制定实习班主任计划等。进入正式实习阶段每天早读之前，到教室督促他们打扫卫生，检查仪容仪表，校牌佩戴，督促他们认真早读。在下午上课之前，进入班级了解情况，对卫生保持、纪律问题作出强调。下午自习课和晚自习时间，我要到班里巡视，辅导答疑，给个别学生作思想工作。期间还各自在班级自主策划和举办了主题班会和集体活动。在繁琐的事情的压力下我们没有失落，把被动变成主动，主动去班级，主动去了解学生。

心得：在班主任工作中，学会怎么去了解学生心理，了解学生家庭，了解高中生的性格特点等。在处理班级事务，如何积极的调动学生的参与激情，如何有效的安排工作和任务分配。在处理学生个人问题，如何帮助学生认识到自身的优点，如何有效的保护学生自尊心，如何让学生自己认识到错误。在处理学校任务，如何有效的保质保量的完成任务，如何处理与学生之间和与学校之间的冲突，如何在任务中体现自己的能力等。

三、教务工作实习：

内容：配合学校参与“。。中学教师考评问卷统计工作”、“。。学生网上电子学籍填表工作”和“陕西省社区工作招聘考试”、“陕西省。。成人高考”等在本学校考点的监考工作。

心得：通过各种正式的教务工作，极大地提升了我们对学校教务管理工作的认识，对我们综合素质的提高有一定的积极作用。除此之外，了解到学校各个岗位的重要性，以及工作的不同点，体会到作为教师的艰辛，对工作有了另一种认识，对我们的人生规划有积极的引导作用。

四、基础教育调查报告：

教育调查活动也是教育实习的一个重要组成部分，我们对当地的教育发展情况，学生的心理问题等多个方面展开调查并取得了不错的成绩。

调查活动内容：我们为了将调查工作做扎实，在调查开展之前，搜寻相关的信息和资料，为调查活动的展开做了充分的准备，为了做好调研工作，我们写出了合理的重点突出而切合实际的调查提纲，部分采用问卷的形式，也有个别采用的是提要式。体会：俗话说：“巧妇难为无米之炊”，没有丰富的材料就写步出好的调查报告，调查活动和调查报告能够给我们提供经验，反映情况。根据这些情况我们认识到了基础教育所存在的问题，这些问题和经验对我们在实际教学中和工作中有很大的帮助和启发。

五、结语：

将近三个月的教育教学实习，我们小组实习生严格按照《陕西师范大学免费师范生教育实习实施方案》的要求，并严格执行宝鸡石油中学相关的教学制度，认真听取指导老师的建议，在三个月的时间里，我们的教学方法有了明显的改进，教学经验有了明显的提高，也获得了很多从书本上无法学到的东西，迈出了走向工作岗位的第一步，从教学工作以及所取得的成绩，工作纪律等各方面来说，这次教育实习是成功的，受到宝鸡石油中学全体师生的高度赞扬和评价。

这次教育实习给我们的收获很大。我们初步掌握了从事教育教学工作的基本技能，学会了对学生进行思想教育的方法和手段，也深深体会了做一名光荣的人民教师尤其是从事中学教育的一线教师的艰辛和不易，深感肩上的责任重大，对教师这一神圣的职业有了更深刻的理解和认识，体验到了教师的苦乐酸甜，为我们以后的教师之路打下了坚实的基础。

同时，我们仍存在一些问题和不足。如课前准备不足，教材内容的熟练程度不够，理解不够透彻，教学效果不是很理想；也存在专业知识功底不够扎实，教学技巧运用不够熟练等问题，需要进一步改进。
