各位领导、老师:大家好!
首先,我们教研组全体成员欢迎各位老师来我校指导教研工作,并恳请老师们对我们的教研提出宝贵意见。
上次,我们教研组活动,在听课研讨中,大家共同发现:英语的课堂教学,还存在着许多值得我们研究的问题,如:学生的学习兴趣不是很高、小组的合作还不协调,学生参与课堂的程度还需提高,教学环节的设计不能更好的为教学服务等等。针对这些问题,我们进一步做了梳理,经过教研组共同商讨,确定了本次教研活动的主题为:教学环节设计的有效性。根据这一主题,大家共同推荐了张小轩老师作课。现在就请张小轩老师谈一谈自己的教学反思和心得体会。
二、我们研究课堂教学是为了改进课堂,提高课堂效率。看了课例,又听了张老师的教学反思,相信我们在座的老师一定有很多的感受和想法要与大家交流。下面,请老师们根据这次研讨的主题,并结合课例谈谈在教学中需要改进的地方和有哪些策略。
各位老师,今天,我们围绕主题“教学环节设计的有效性。”进行了课例研讨,在本次研讨中,大家群策群力,达成以下几点共识:
1、精心策划教学设计,创设合理的操作性强的教学环节,将教学内容紧密联系生活实际,开展英语教学活动,提高理解、运用语言的能力。
2、为学生创设平等、宽松、愉悦的学习环境,提高英语教学的实效性。
3、注重教学过程的评价,激发学生的参与意识。
4、注重小组合作的实效性,促使小组成员共同进步。
5、各位老师:我们的教研,是为了提高教学水平,使我们的课堂教学更加有生机、有活力。结合几次教研的理论学习和教学的实际情况,我们下次研讨的主题是:“教师引导点拨的有效性。”,希望大家课下进行有关的理论学习,并结合自己教学中的体会,为我们的研讨提供可行性材料。

李:我认为这节课首先为学生创设了一个宽松、和谐的氛围,并根据教学目标安排了有意义的活动,使学生在活动和交际中,在真实的语言环境中,达到理解、掌握和运用的目的。老师教得轻松,学生学的愉快,目标达成得好。比如在操练“whatdoesyourfathermatherdo?”时,学生在已有知识积累的基础之上,自由发挥,展开想象的翅膀,学生的表现欲便再次被激发,他们的创造欲会达到空前的高涨,在这种宽松的环境中,学生可以自由地去运用所学知识。英语作为一种语言,它的价值也得以充分体现。
1、小组合作这种方法给了孩子们一个拓展的空间,孩子们的表达欲望极强,有积极性还有极强的创造性,小组展示汇报时,学生在其中可以尽情地发挥,淋漓尽致地表现,使学生们在不知不觉中运用学到的知识。达到学以致用的目的。肢体语言教学法更是激发了学生主动参与的欲望,在用中学、学中用达到高效的统一

上次,我们教研组活动,在听课研讨中,大家共同发现:语文的课堂教学中,还存在着值得我们研究的问题,我们确定了本次活动研讨的主题是:“如何提高学生的阅读能力”主题教研活动。根据这一主题,大家共同推荐了薛艳老师作课。现在就请薛艳老师谈一谈自己的教学反思。

二、我们研究课堂教学是为了改进课堂,提高课堂效率。看了课例,又听了薛老师的教学反思,相信我们在座的老师一定有很多的感受和想法要与大家交流。下面,请其他教师根据这次研讨的主题,并结合课例谈谈在教学中需要改进的地方和有哪些策略。
各位老师,今天,我们围绕主题““如何提高学生的阅读能力”主题教研活动。”进行了课例研讨,在本次研讨中,大家群策群力,达成以下几点共识:
通过此次主题教研活动,促进了教师对阅读教学课堂的反思,使大家对于如何更好地开展好阅读教学有了更深入的认识,对构建和谐高效的课堂起了积极的作用。
我最想说的就是“抓住关键词句,引导学生把文章读懂,明其理,悟其情”在阅读教学中,“读、品、悟”是阅读的核心。其中“读”是学生进入文本与文本对话的重要途径,是贯穿教学始终的学习手段。“品”是对文章进行精细阅读,唤醒主体意识,与文本对话,去经历文本情感与自己生活体验的碰撞。“悟”是一种提高性阅读,回顾文章的布局谋篇,使学生站在一定高度审视文本的美点与亮点,实现工具性与人文教育的统一。
那么,如何引导学生去“读、品、悟”呢?通过学习我知道了在阅读一篇文章或一段文字时,理解关键词句起着不可忽视的作用。因为文章的主旨是通过关键词句体现的,作者的写作意图也是通过关键词句传递的。关键词有时是句子的中心,统率全句乃至全段、全文;有时是观点,表达见解;有时是判断,点明事物的性质或必然性,是文章的精髓所在。新课标明确要求:要引导学生通过关键词阅读理解课文内容,体会文章思想感情,积累语言,进一步提高阅读能力。语文课文中的某些词句在文中往往起着“牵一词(句)而动全文”的举足轻重的作用。我们在教学中一定要不失时机地抓好这些关键词句,牵动课文重点段的阅读品析,并且反复回到词句,通过各个方面,多角度地赏析词句,深层次地领悟词语所表达的意思,品味文本所传达的语境。
看来,抓住关键阅读教学,能使教学过程更为清晰,教学重点难点更为突出,对文本的理解更为深入,情感领悟更为深刻,可以说是一举多得。我想只要我们坚持做下去,相信一定能教得更轻松,学生学得更轻松。语文课堂也才会焕发出真正的魅力,学生也才会真正爱上语文。
