首先，我们教研组全体成员欢迎各位老师来我校指导教研工作，并恳请老师们对我们的教研提出宝贵意见。
上次，我们教研组活动，在听课研讨中，大家共同发现：英语的课堂教学，还存在着许多值得我们研究的问题，如：学生的学习兴趣不是很高、小组的合作还不协调，学生参与课堂的程度还需提高，教学环节的设计不能更好的为教学服务等等。针对这些问题，我们进一步做了梳理，经过教研组共同商讨，确定了本次教研活动的主题为：教学环节设计的有效性。根据这一主题，大家共同推荐了张小轩老师作课。现在就请张小轩老师谈一谈自己的教学反思和心得体会。
二、我们研究课堂教学是为了改进课堂，提高课堂效率。看了课例，又听了张老师的教学反思，相信我们在座的老师一定有很多的感受和想法要与大家交流。下面，请老师们根据这次研讨的主题，并结合课例谈谈在教学中需要改进的地方和有哪些策略。
各位老师，今天，我们围绕主题“教学环节设计的有效性。”进行了课例研讨，在本次研讨中，大家群策群力，达成以下几点共识：
1、精心策划教学设计，创设合理的操作性强的教学环节，将教学内容紧密联系生活实际，开展英语教学活动，提高理解、运用语言的能力。
2、为学生创设平等、宽松、愉悦的学习环境，提高英语教学的实效性。
3、注重教学过程的评价，激发学生的参与意识。
4、注重小组合作的实效性，促使小组成员共同进步。
5、各位老师：我们的教研，是为了提高教学水平，使我们的课堂教学更加有生机、有活力。结合几次教研的理论学习和教学的实际情况，我们下次研讨的主题是：“教师引导点拨的有效性。”，希望大家课下进行有关的理论学习，并结合自己教学中的体会，为我们的研讨提供可行性材料。

李：我认为这节课首先为学生创设了一个宽松、和谐的氛围，并根据教学目标安排了有意义的活动，使学生在活动和交际中，在真实的语言环境中，达到理解、掌握和运用的目的。老师教得轻松，学生学的愉快，目标达成得好。比如在操练“whatdoesyourfathermatherdo?”时，学生在已有知识积累的基础之上，自由发挥，展开想象的翅膀，学生的表现欲便再次被激发，他们的创造欲会达到空前的高涨，在这种宽松的环境中，学生可以自由地去运用所学知识。英语作为一种语言，它的价值也得以充分体现。
1、小组合作这种方法给了孩子们一个拓展的空间，孩子们的表达欲望极强，有积极性还有极强的创造性，小组展示汇报时，学生在其中可以尽情地发挥，淋漓尽致地表现，使学生们在不知不觉中运用学到的知识。达到学以致用的目的。肢体语言教学法更是激发了学生主动参与的欲望，在用中学、学中用达到高效的统一

二、我们研究课堂教学是为了改进课堂，提高课堂效率。看了课例，又听了薛老师的教学反思，相信我们在座的老师一定有很多的感受和想法要与大家交流。下面，请其他教师根据这次研讨的主题，并结合课例谈谈在教学中需要改进的地方和有哪些策略。
各位老师，今天，我们围绕主题““如何提高学生的阅读能力”主题教研活动。”进行了课例研讨，在本次研讨中，大家群策群力，达成以下几点共识：
通过此次主题教研活动，促进了教师对阅读教学课堂的反思，使大家对于如何更好地开展好阅读教学有了更深入的认识，对构建和谐高效的课堂起了积极的作用。
我最想说的就是“抓住关键词句,引导学生把文章读懂,明其理,悟其情”在阅读教学中,“读、品、悟”是阅读的核心。其中“读”是学生进入文本与文本对话的重要途径，是贯穿教学始终的学习手段。“品”是对文章进行精细阅读，唤醒主体意识，与文本对话，去经历文本情感与自己生活体验的碰撞。“悟”是一种提高性阅读，回顾文章的布局谋篇，使学生站在一定高度审视文本的美点与亮点,实现工具性与人文教育的统一。
那么,如何引导学生去“读、品、悟”呢?通过学习我知道了在阅读一篇文章或一段文字时，理解关键词句起着不可忽视的作用。因为文章的主旨是通过关键词句体现的，作者的写作意图也是通过关键词句传递的。关键词有时是句子的中心，统率全句乃至全段、全文；有时是观点，表达见解；有时是判断，点明事物的性质或必然性，是文章的精髓所在。新课标明确要求：要引导学生通过关键词阅读理解课文内容，体会文章思想感情，积累语言，进一步提高阅读能力。语文课文中的某些词句在文中往往起着“牵一词(句)而动全文”的举足轻重的作用。我们在教学中一定要不失时机地抓好这些关键词句，牵动课文重点段的阅读品析，并且反复回到词句，通过各个方面，多角度地赏析词句，深层次地领悟词语所表达的意思，品味文本所传达的语境。
看来,抓住关键阅读教学，能使教学过程更为清晰，教学重点难点更为突出，对文本的理解更为深入，情感领悟更为深刻，可以说是一举多得。我想只要我们坚持做下去，相信一定能教得更轻松，学生学得更轻松。语文课堂也才会焕发出真正的魅力，学生也才会真正爱上语文。
