为了响应学院号召，为了提高大学生英语表达能力，巩固英语知识，拓展大学生素质，和学院关于“加强校园文化建设为主题”的主题活动的通知为指导，按照思想先行、文化主导、实践并重、欢乐校园的方针，响应齐齐哈尔职业学院文体活动月英语演讲比赛，在此举办英语演讲比赛。首先，介绍各位评委，机电工程系学生科干事刘爽老师、齐齐哈尔职业学院学生会主席华晓东、齐齐哈尔职业学院学生会学习部部长杜俊超、齐齐哈尔职业学院学生会体育部部长杨宝凤、机电工程系学生会主席李广会、机电工程系学生会学习部长张立新。

演讲主题以“加强校园文化建设”为主题，从演讲内容、语言表达、形象风度、综合印象四部分进行评分，满分为100分，评委打分后去掉一个最高分和一个最低分，汇总后取平均分，精确到小数点后两位，若出现同分精确到后三位，以此类推。
一、演讲内容40分要求演讲内容紧扣主题，主题鲜明深刻，格调积极向上，语言自然流畅，富有真情实感，演讲有逻辑性。
