一、活动宗旨:旨在增强同学们对英语学习的兴趣,提高同学们学习英语的热情,锻炼其英语口语演讲水平和表达能力,展现个人风采,同时也突显我院的英语教学特色。
二、演讲主题:Challenges and Opportunities for Students

四、活动内容
1、比赛时间:2011年12月13日19:00(星期二)
2、比赛地点:学生活动中心
3、比赛形式:自我亮相、定题演讲及评委提问
4、比赛流程及所占比例:
①自我亮相:选手根据自己的特长和喜好自由展示,占总分10%
②定题演讲:进行限时3分钟的命题演讲,主题为“Challenges and Opportunities for Students”,占总分60%
③评委提问:外籍评委将根据参赛选手的命题演讲即兴提问,占总分30%。
五、报名方式及要求
请各院系部按分配名额推荐同学参赛,并将参赛人选相关信息(报名表附后)、演讲稿(纸质、电子各一份)于2011年11月11日前上报大外部辅导员办公室余小川老师处。联系电话:***。逾期将视为自动放弃。
六、奖项设置
一等奖2名,二等奖3名,三等奖4名,其余为优秀奖
七、选手要求:
1.充分体现当代大学生的良好精神风貌
2.题材围绕演讲主题自选,要求内容新颖,积极向上
3.如有背景音乐和PPT,则需自备光碟及U盘

第七届英语演讲比赛校赛细则
一、主题演讲
(1)决赛主题:Should people who return property expect a reward ?
具体演讲题目自拟,体裁不限(诗歌除外),内容要求健康,积极向上。脱稿演讲。
(2)演讲配乐
各选手可灵活选择配乐,但要与所演讲的作品相配。
(3)演讲时间
每位选手主题演讲时间限3~4分钟,少于2分钟,或超过4分钟皆扣分。
(4)评分细则
①(仪表感情)仪表端庄,表情自然,感情恰当(10分)
②(内容条理)内容健康,主旨深刻,条理清晰(10分)
③(语言词汇)语法正确,语言流畅,词汇丰富(10分)
④(语音语调)发音准确,吐字清晰(10分)
⑤(演讲技巧)速度适当,快慢有致(10分)
二、现场答辩
要求选手用英语流利回答嘉宾对演讲内容提出的问题(2道以内)。每个问题回答在1分钟之内表述完整。
评分细则:
①(内容)回答切题,内容健康(5分)
②(条理)意思清楚,条理清晰(5分)
③(语言)语法正确,语言流畅(5分)
④(语音)发音准确,吐字清晰(5分)

四、评分规定
1.选手在各环节的评委总分除以评委人数为该选手的2.决赛各个环节选手都应在规定时间内完成,超时均有铃声提示。超时者,将在该选手的赛得分上按每10秒0.5分进行扣除。所有环节的超时分数扣除后,为选手的比赛最终得分,并以此确定比赛排名;
3.如果选手相同,将根据评委的讨论结果进行排名。
五、奖项设置
一等奖1名,二等奖2名,三等奖3名,10名优胜奖,同时评出最佳语音语调奖1名,最佳台风奖1名。
注:本细则最终解释权归北京师范大学珠海分校校团委和外国语学院所有。

为了营造一个“学英语、说英语、用英语”的学习氛围,我校特设定每年的五月为我校“英语月”。在此期间,我们将开展一系列英语活动,此次的英语演讲比赛即是“英语月”系列活动之一,希各修业班高度重视并积极参加。现将有关事宜安排如下: 一.演讲的主题

由各班英语教师负责,以班级为单位进行海选,推选出1-2 名(普通班),2-3名(重点班)学生参加年级备课组组织 的初赛(初赛场地和具体时间由各备课组自定)。②2012年4月28日下午4:30—6:30 复赛面试
各年级按分配名额推选出的选手统一参加复赛面试,由决赛 评委最终确定参加决赛的学生名单(面试前需交演讲打印稿 到王瑛老师处)。
③2012年5月4日下午决赛
决赛将评选出一等奖2名,二等奖4名,三等奖8名,优秀 奖4名,最佳风格奖1名,最佳语音奖1名。
注:①获奖学生的辅导老师将获得相应的辅导奖,颁发荣誉证书。
