比赛规则及评分细则
一、比赛规则：
1、参赛选手比赛顺序由选手抽签决定，比赛过程中，因故迟到10分钟，按弃权处理。
2、本次比赛采取口头演讲结合现场提问，演讲时间为3分钟，倒数30秒时工作人员举牌示意提醒，提问环节不限时间。
3、比赛内容分自我介绍、自命题演讲和现场问答3个环节。
4、本次比赛采取现场打分，参赛选手的成绩为评委老师的平均分。
5、评委老师进行合议，确定获奖选手名单及各选手的获奖名次。
二、评分细则（满分为10分）。（给分与扣分均以0.1分为单位）
按演讲内容、语言表达、流利程度、演讲技巧、仪表形象、等五部分进行评分，满分为10分。
1、演讲内容：紧扣主题、充实生动、积极向上（2分）
2、语言表达：语言规范，口齿清楚。发音标准，语调自然（2分）
3、流利程度：脱稿演讲，口语自然流畅，时间把握精准到位，控制在3分钟以内（2分）
4、演讲技巧：表达生动，体态语言和表演技巧运用贴切（1.5分）
5、仪表形象：衣着整洁得体，仪表大方，有合适的肢体语言（1.5分）
6、临场发挥：评委老师提问阶段，根据选手表现打分（1分）

第二篇：青歌赛比赛评分细则
歌唱比赛评分细则
1、思想内容（10分）
表演歌曲内涵深刻，内容健康，格调高雅，积极向上；
2、音色音准（20分）
音色优美，音质纯净，音域宽广，音调准确；
3、节奏吐字（30分）
演唱节奏准确，乐感好，速度紧跟节拍,吐字清晰，表达清楚，语音标准；
4、情感技巧（30分）
准确掌握歌曲的风格、特点，情感表达恰到好处，具有较强的表现力和感染力，演唱准确，气息稳定，声音松弛，演唱歌曲难度大，演唱技巧好，多人合唱配合默契、声音和谐；
5、台风形象（10分）
服装整洁，精神饱满，仪态大方，演唱姿势优雅，表演流畅自然，形象打扮符合歌曲内容，现场气氛驾驭能力强，观众反映热烈；
备注：比赛现场打分，在本场所有比赛选手演唱完后，统一公布成绩。

详细流程
一、比赛时间：2018年6月
二、比赛地点：阶梯教室
三、参赛选手：10名
四、比赛流程：
（1）、前期准备

准备横幅
组织选手抽签决定参赛顺序并确定选手参赛题目 收缴资料（PPT、背景音乐）
打印评委评分表、评分标准、选手名单 确定大赛主持人并配合主持人写主持稿 确定演唱人员
确定到场班级及安排座位 准备比赛PPT 准备各赛场的赛前准备音乐 准备荣誉证书
（2）、比赛当天
1、赛前
到场地进行布置 试用多媒体 引导评委入席 引导各班级入场 保持会场安静
确定到场评为以及参赛选手 到场设置PPT 播放赛前音乐
2、赛中
a)b)c)d)主持人宣布比赛开始 在比赛过程中负责拍照
安排一人在评为处收集选手分数送至算分处 主持人宣布前面选手成绩
3、比赛结束
a)比赛成绩结束后未排出，主持人请大家耐心等待，并请演唱人员唱歌。分数排出后由主持人依次宣布各选手得分。b)本次比赛选出一等奖x名、二等奖x名、三等奖x名。由评委给获奖选手颁奖并合影留念。
c)由主持人宣布比赛结束，请各位老师和同学陆续退场，学生会各部人员留下来清理会场。d)办公室将照片和比赛报道交至主席团。
五、比赛途中可能遇到的问题及解决方案
a)如比赛前选手临时有事不能出席，直接取消其参赛资格，选手依次顶上。b)如出现2个分数一样并列，由大赛主委会准备加时赛。c)如结束，分数还未算出，播放音乐。

Should We Help Strangers？
Good afternoon,boys and girls.I am glad to stand here and share some of my opinions towards “Should We Help Strangers？”
We used to appreciate those who like to help strangers.But nowadays people tend to be very cautious of strangers,because they are afraid that helping others can sometimes bring them trouble.It is the mind that causes some tragedies.A case in that point is XYY.She is a just 2-year-old girl and was rolled by 2cars.However,At that moment,18 passengers passed without any help and finally she was rescued by a cleaner.Unfortunately,she couldn't be cured and died.After investigating,all the passengers remarked that they were afraid of being involved into trouble.It is so pity to hear that.So,I can not help asking whether we should help the strangers.In my opinion,although helping others may sometimes bring us trouble or even put us in danger,we should also protect ourselves and offer our help in an appropriate way when we are helping others.For example,to help someone who was robbed,calling the police is a much wiser way than chasing the robbers alone;to help the injured,you can take photos or find other evidences so that you will never be the scapegoat.In short ,we should try our best to help others in a reasonable way.I advocate that we should try to help others, no matter they are strangers or not.First,helping others is a virtue,and it will make our society more
harmonious.Just imagine what a terrible world it would be if everyone was coldhearted!Second,to some extent,helping others is helping oneself.We may come across some trouble and need others’ help some day.If everyone turns a blind eye to our trouble and turns a deaf ear to our appeal for aid just because we are strangers to them,what shall we do at that time？Therefore,we should be glad to help others.Thanks for your listening and wish you have a great time all day.
