【慰问信的基本格式】

1.标题：可写成慰问信、“写给XXX的慰问信”或者xxxx致xxxx的慰问信。

2.称谓：(空两格)称谓应表示尊敬。

3.慰问的原因：可写事件的情况，或介绍他人的事迹等。

4.慰问，祝福，希望

5.署名和署时：一般写在右下角先写姓名，在姓名下写日期。

【慰问信的写作指导】

第一行正中写“慰问信”三个字;如果写成“XXX致XXX慰问信”，那么“慰问信”三个字可移至第二行写在中间。接着换一行顶格写受慰问的单位或者个人的称呼。

写单位要写全称;

写个人，要在姓名之后加上称呼如“同志”“先生”“师傅”之类，后边用冒号。

在个人姓名前边，往往还要加上“敬爱的”“尊敬的”“亲爱的”等字样，以表示尊重。

然后另起一行，空两格起写正文。

正文的内容，应该先说明写慰问信的原因，或是因为对方在四化建设中取得了成绩，或是因为对方遭到了暂时的困难和挫折。其次叙述对方的模范事迹或遇到的困难时表现出来的高尚品质，并向对方表示慰问。

再次，写一些鼓励和祝愿的话。接着在正文后面或是另起一行空两格写“祝”“此致”，然后在下一行顶格写“节日愉快”“取得更大的成绩”“敬礼”等。署名要写在另起一行的右半行。

如果写慰问信的单位、个人不止一个，也都要一一写上。日期写在署名的下边，年、月、日都要写上。

【慰问信的适用对象】

慰问信是组织、部分群众以及某个人向有关集体、个人表示慰劳、问候、致意的书信。所谓有关集体或个人，可以分作两类，一类是在“两个文明”建设中作出了重大贡献的，一类是由于某种原因而遭到暂时困难和严重损失的。慰问信对前者表示慰问，鼓励他们戒骄戒躁，乘胜前进;对后者表示同情和安慰，鼓励他们加倍努力，战胜困难。

【慰问信的注意事项】

一 要根据所慰问的不同对象，确定信的内容。对在四化建设中有贡献的集体和个人，应侧重于赞颂他们的巨大成绩;对遭到暂时困难的集体和个人，则应侧重于向他们表示关怀和支持。

二 字里行间要洋溢着同志间深厚感情，要充分体现组织的关心和温暖，使受慰问者在精神上得到安慰和鼓励，增强克服困难的勇气和继续前进的信心。慰问信的抒情性较强，语言亲切、生动。

英语慰问信写作方法及范文

慰问信（Notes of Sympathy on Illness, Injury and Material loss）

亲友生了病或受了伤，或由于火灾、水灾、被盗等不幸事件蒙受了损失，就应该写封信表示慰问。慰问信要写得真诚，要注意措辞。写慰问信时，一定要围绕一个中心，那就是使收信人从中得到安慰和鼓舞。
