尊敬的各位领导、各位评委，朋友们，大家好！

我叫陈媛，今天我演讲的题目是《点燃梦想，奉献青春》。梦是期待，梦是坚强。梦是激励我们前进的决心，梦是指引我们行动的方向；在这个梦想不断酝酿不断实现的年代，你的梦，我的梦，他的梦，一个民族的梦正在竞相绽放。

那么，什么是国土人的梦呢？

我以为，只要我们在各自平凡的岗位上爱岗敬业、无私奉献，在山水间留下勤劳的身影，在漫步时流连瓜果飘香的田园，在收获时看到随风翻腾的麦浪，这就是我们的梦想。

耕地保护、土地规划、地籍测绘、国土资源调查、遥感动态监测，一个个美妙而生动的词汇，就这样溶入我们的生命。我们的青春，与国土事业紧紧相连。

深入实际，是我们良好的开篇；调查研究，是我们工作的起点。爱岗敬业，是我们理智的抉择；无私奉献，是我们工作的习惯。无数个日出和日落，青春的我们扛起信念的锄头，用虔诚去开垦这片沃土。

他冒着生命危险，为了图斑核查在悬崖峭壁的云雾里钻，他说工作最重要。他为了防汛值班，大半夜孩子在家里发高烧，他说没什么大不了。他冒着阵雨为检查防汛防滑要

下乡，他说没险情就好，不然晚上睡不着觉。他经常写材料几易其稿，眼睛流泪还不停歇，他说跟大家比起来，太渺小；他为了土地复垦争取时间，马不停蹄没空吃饭，他说啃一包方便面就行，何必这么麻烦；他下完乡又带着疲惫熬夜来加班，他说常有的事，不必拿来详谈；他腿脚不便，白发苍苍，却从不迟到早退热心肠，他说革命人永远是年轻。

不去讲我们的工作有多忙，只要认真谁的工作都会忙；不去讲我们的工作有多累，我们流血流汗不流泪。不去回想我们的经历有多艰辛，因为脚下的道路总会有不平；不去面对工作和家人的抉择，因为我们早已做好了选择。

当人们大赞地尽其用的好处，懂得严守耕地红线的意义，这是几代国土人的青春。当张张图纸生动描绘出每一处宅基地，这是无数国土人的青春。当一个个企业在繁忙中生产，这包含着我们的青春。当一户户安置点炊烟袅袅，这散播了我们的青春。当一份份确权证书留下签名，这记录了我们的青春。

青春是一道靓丽的风景，一串跳动的音符。青春是躁动的，青涩的，青春更是热情的，生动的。青春的我们，是时代的精英，是事业的精兵，是宏伟蓝图的描绘者，也是国土事业的普通一兵。我们用青春守护着赖以生存的家园。平凡的岗位，给了我们机遇和挑战，国土的事业，给了我们展示的空间。挺一挺青

春的身躯，露一露青春的微笑。人世间美好的梦想都要通过诚实的劳动才能实现。每天，我们都踏踏实实地耕耘!

当我们回首往事的时候，不会因为虚度年华而悔恨，也不会因为碌碌无为而羞耻，把我们的整个生命和全部精力，都献给壮丽的国土事业，实现老百姓的梦，让他们过上更加幸福美好的现实生活，这就是我们的梦想。

拧在一起，我们就是一道闪电，就是一堵火墙；聚在一起，我们就是整片星空，就是一轮金光闪闪的太阳！这太阳就是我们青春的力量!让生命的闪电划过天边，让年轻的梦想没有终点，让青春的烈火永恒燃烧！

认真准备，迎接中考

尊敬的各位老师、各位同学：

大家好！

经过两个多月紧张的学习，本周我们将迎来期中考试，这是对我们学习成果的一次大检阅。通过考试能发现我们学习目的、态度、知识、能力、方法等方面存在的问题，为下 一阶段有针对性地改进提供依据，也有利于老师教学措施的调整、制定与实施。考出优异的成绩，是我们共同的心愿，应以怎样的心态和行动迎接中考呢？在此我向同学们提出以下四点建议：

第一、心理上要有合理的定位。

对考试我们都“怕”，这主要是心理定位不好。基础好的同学，应该相信自己的实力，有能够考好的自信；对基础不够扎实的同学，也不用老是去想成绩的好坏。如果前段时间努力了，就有理由相信付出总有回报。每个同学应该根据自己的实际情况，就这次考试给自己一个合理的心理定位，不要过高也不要过低。过高则会造成过分紧张，过低则会太放松自己，这都不利于正常水平的发挥，而且会影响考后的心情，降低自信或产生自满，甚至会使自我评价发生偏差。

第二、认真复习，充分准备。既要重视考试，又要正确对待考试。考试既是知识的检测，又是意志的磨炼，我们要把期中考试当成一次磨炼自己、挑战自己和提高自己的机会！要与老师密切配合，合理、科学安排好各门功课的复习时间。充分利用每 一 分钟，对半学期来所学的内容进行系统梳理，全面复习形成知识网络。

第三、调整心态，树立自信。我们要以良好的精神面貌投入期中考试。美国作家爱默生说:“自信是成功的第一秘诀。” 可以说，“拥有自信，就拥有无限机会”，“拥有自信，就拥有了成功的一半”。我们要确立自信心，相信自己的潜能，战胜自己的惰性，以饱满的热情、积极自信的姿态进行复习，迎接考试，取得成功。

第四，诚实守信，严守考纪。每一次考试都是对我们的诚实守信品格的一次考验。孔子说过：“人而无信,不知其可也。” 考试作弊是自欺欺人的做法，不能弥补自己学习上的漏洞，相反会让自己失去诚实的宝贵品质。希望同学们能够严格遵守考场纪律，如实汇报学习成绩，以真实、优异的成绩回报辛劳抚养我们的父母，报答辛勤培育我们的老师。

同学们，让我们以充分的准备、科学的方法、诚信的行动，必胜的信心，为这次期中考试呈上一份满意的答卷，为自己收获一份自信和喜悦，为家长与老师送上一份答谢与回报。

各位老师、亲爱的同学们：

大家好，我演讲的题目是《张扬青春，放飞理想》，理想是人生的太阳，没有阳光的普照、生命的作用，地球就会变成石头。对人类来说，没有理想就等于没有灵魂。

俄国的文学家列夫·托尔斯泰说过：“理想是指路明灯。没有理想，就没有坚定的方向；没有方向，就没有生活。”张闻天说过：生活的理想，就是为了理想的生活。

英国心理学家和教育学家佛来明曾说过：“人一旦失去理想，失去了精神上的追求，人类就变得无知，社会也将会变得漆黑一团。”因为理想是信念、信仰、道德、责任、风尚、习惯所形成的一种意识，它直接支配着一个人实践活动的方向和效果。

正如我国着名的诗人流沙河说的那样：理想是石，敲出星星之火；理想是火，点燃熄灭的灯；理想是灯，照亮夜行的路；理想是路，引你走到黎明。世界上总有人抛弃了理想，理想却从来不抛弃任何人。平凡的人因有理想而伟大；有理想者就是一个“大写的人”。历史和现实早已经证明：一个没有理想和信仰的国家是危机四伏的奴隶之群；一个没有理想的民族是毫无希望的沦落之邦；一个没有理想信念，是非、善恶、美 丑不分的社会，注定将走向灭亡。一个没有远大理想的人，绝对成为不了一个有道德的人、有修养的人、高尚的人、脱离低级趣味的人、有利于人民的人。

那么，怎样才能做一个有理想、有道德的人，做一个高尚的人、脱离低级趣味的人、有利于人民的人呢？

我认为，就应该具有“三观”、“四德”、“五心”。

“三观”：就是要树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。“四德”：就是职业道德、社会公德、家庭美德、个人品德。“五心”，那五颗心呢？就是爱心（报效祖国）、忠心（献给党）、热心（回报社会）、孝心（报答父母）、信心（留给自己）。

然而，遗憾的是，现在社会上却出现一些令人惋惜和啼笑皆非的现象，我总结为“现代人的十多十少”：

交往越来越多，朋友越来越小；娱乐越来越多，快乐越来越少；恋爱越来越多，真爱越来越少。讲话越来越多，真话越来越少；活动越来越多，运动越来越少；（此处运动指体育运动）职称越来越多，称职越来越少；文凭越来越多，文化越来越少；金钱越来越多，亲情越来越少；神经越来越多，精神越来越少；理念越来越多，理想越来越少。

不是吗？现在有不少的人，理想和信念发生了动摇，被社会上的一些不正常的现象所迷惑，分不清是非、主次，甚至对前途和命运丧失了信心。有人说：什么人 生观、价值观，有钱就乐观，无钱就悲观。什么理想、前途啊？“理想、理想，有利就想；前途啊前途，有钱就图”。“抬头向钱看，低头向钱看，一切向钱看，只 有向钱看，才能向前看”这实际上是对人生观、价值观的扭曲和误解。

在如今人心浮动、信仰缺失的年代，在拜金主义、金钱至上已经成为社会的 1 主流意识的今天，有不少人的价值观发生了扭曲，不劳而获，一步登天，一夜成名，一夜暴富已经成为许多人的投机心理。超级女声的成功举办和商业运做以及超女的魔力所在就是迎合了当代人的投机心理。

看来市场经济的洗礼，已经把社会上热衷追逐权利和金钱的世俗观念深深的烙在了我们的青少年的脑海里。这多少暴露出了我们当今的教育机制和舆论导向的一些失误和偏差。

作为二十一世纪的新青年，有着青春的朝气，焕发着青春的活力，我们更应该有着远大的理想，青春是我们的代名词，青春，是我们一生中最美丽的季节，她孕育着早春的生机，展现着盛夏的热烈，暗藏着金秋的硕实，昭示着寒冬的希望！充满诗意而不缺乏拼搏的激情，时尚浪漫而又饱含着奋斗的艰辛！

我曾经听过这样一段话“青春啊，永远是美好的，可是真正的青春只属于那些永远力争上游的人，永远忘我劳动的人，永远谦虚的人。”当我来到大学第一天，我就写下了我人生当中的第二个座右铭：奋斗，创新，务实，细心，尊重。虽然只是几个简单的词语，但却蕴藏着一个大学生一生的追求。一个拥有青春的年轻人的奋斗目标。

“士不可以不弘毅，任重而道远”作为一个90后的年轻人，一个国家，一个民族的希望所在，心中无不闪烁着梦想，那么现在就是我们努力实现梦想的时候。当前我们正处于一个承前启后，继往开来的转折点，有一大批的工程项目等着我们去建设，有一系列的技术等着我们去攻关，有一大片市场等着我们去开拓，有一整套的经验等着我们去探索。

当一个人把自己的青春融入到自己的事业的时候，那么他的青春不会流失，他的事业也必将在岁月的历练中折射出耀眼的光芒！“有的人活着他已经死了，有的人死了他还活着，生命的意义在于活着，并且要好好活着，正如《士兵突击》中的许三多，总是说要好好活，总是说好好活就是做很多有意义的事，那么什么才是有意义的事呢？怎样才能活的更有意义呢？我想那就要奉献。如果我们不付出，不创造，不追求，不奉献，那这样的青春必会稍纵即逝。回首过去，没有追忆，人生渺茫，这绝对不是我们活着的意义。

拥有青春的人们，让我们拿出奥林匹克的精神，点燃心中的圣火，在和谐社会的大环境下，释放青春的激情，展现青春的风采，秀出激昂的主旋律，为公司的明天而努力奋斗！时常听别人哼唱，自己也时常哼唱着姜育恒的那首《再回首》，惟独对“曾经在幽幽暗暗反反复复中追寻，才知道平平淡淡从从容容是最真”这一句不愿认同。“孤独王子”唱得未免太超然了－－一生反复追寻，就只得出了平淡是真的结论。

平平淡淡是最真，说到底不就是自甘平庸、自甘无为吗？曾几何时，我们这些带着中学彩色梦走进大学校门的莘莘学子们也在高喊着：平平淡淡是最真。且有人认为只要“与世无争，恬淡一生”便可无忧无虑地生存，颇有要把老庄的“无为”思想发扬广大之势。是什么使我们丰富的校园生活渐退了缤纷的色彩呢？又是什么使我们真实的熔浆凝固，不在有来自内心深处的热血沸腾？是因为 我们没有走进梦想中的象牙塔？是因为我们未走出自我困惑的地带？还是因为我们的心真的不在年轻，确实把一切都看得平淡了呢？不！都不是！主宰世界的是你，放弃世界的仍然是你。

生活得最好的人，不是寿命最长的人，而是最能感受生活的人。除了你没有走进理想的大学，除了你没有把握住一次几乎成功的爱情，除了你心中那份虚荣于倨傲，你对生活究竟有多少正确的感受？生活究竟给过你多少真正的重荷于不平呢？没有！只因为在当代的中国，在我们这个文盲、半文盲数以亿计的国度里，大学生既被社会过高的期待，也过高地期待着社会，只因为我们不能正确地估计自己，也不能正确认识社会。那种求平淡的心态，仍是不思进取的借口。于是，你曾经也想要有所作为，却不知道从何做起，跟着感觉走，在各种诱惑面前远离本真状态，被泥沙俱下的时代大潮裹挟着四处漂流。当你疲倦地走过无数个三百六十五里，你才发现留在身后的除了那份平淡，什么也没有。

不再回头的，不只是那古老的辰光，也不只是那些个夜晚的星群和月亮，还有我们的青春在流逝着。四年，我们有幸拥有着这四年，但多少人的四年已一去不返；更还有多少人在为能拥有这四年而埋头于题海和各种各样的模拟考试中呢、当初我们从他们这种状况中走出来，走进许多人梦寐以求的大学，难道就是为了追求“平平淡淡是最真”吗？

在我们四年的每个日子里，倾注了亲人的多少关怀和温暖，他们流淌着辛勤的血汗，默默地支持着子女的选择，他们惟一的希望就是我们能自己走自己的人生之路。还有，在许许多多的眸子里时时刻刻地流露着对我们的期待，期待我们能用知识建构大脑、用我们的手去为人们描写更美的生活。在亲人面前，在那些关注我们的人的面前，我们又有什么理由去认为“平平淡淡是最真”呢？难道我们付出我们的金色年华，挥洒着父母的血汗仅仅是为了换取这份平平淡淡吗？仅仅是为了换取一张各科都过了60分的毕业证吗？小到为了每个家庭的付出，大到为了那如水流逝的时光，我们怎么就可以轻易认同“平平淡淡”才是真呢？

最欣赏把撒哈拉沙漠变成人们心中的绿洲的三毛，也最欣赏她一句话：即使不成功，也不至于成为空白。成功女神并不垂青所有的人，但所有参与、尝试过的人，即使没有成功，他们的世界却不是一份平淡，不是一片空白。记得有一天和班上几个新近参加美术班学习的女生谈起了她们学习美术以后的感觉和收获。她们告诉我：并没有什么大飞跃，但确实已学会了怎样用心去观察一个事物。也许她们永远成为不了画家，但是我赞叹她们的这份参与意识和尝试勇气。我想告诉她们：即使你们不成功，你们也没有成为空白。

说到这里有人会说：我的确平凡得很，无一技之长，不会唱不会跳，更不会吟诗作画，注定这四年就这么平淡了。世上不过只有一个天才贝多芬，也不过是只有一个神童莫扎特，更多的人是通过尝试，通过毅力化平淡为辉煌的。毅力在效果上有时能同天才相比。有一句俗语说，能登上金字塔的生物只有两种：鹰和蜗牛。虽然我们不能人人都像雄鹰一样一飞冲天，但我们至少可以像蜗牛那样凭着自己的耐力默默前行。

不要再为落叶伤感，为春雨掉泪；也不要满不在乎地挥退夏日的艳阳，让残冬的雪来装饰自己的面纱；岁月可使皮肤起皱，而失去热情，则使灵魂起皱。

拿出我们尝试的勇气，拿出我们青春的热情，大学四年毕业时，再回首，我们没有平淡、遗憾的青春。让我们的青春飞扬吧。飞扬青春，放飞理想！

师爱--拨动孩子心灵的琴弦

尊敬的各位领导、同事们：

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是：师爱--拨动孩子心灵的琴弦，演讲稿(二)。

爱，是教育亘古不变的主题，而责任则是教师永恒的承诺。从教20年，爱与责任一直伴我前行。

有人把师爱比作春雨，有人把师爱比作阳光。春雨的滋润、阳光的温暖使我的孩子正健康快乐地成长。记得刚接四年级时，一个女孩吴雪成绩很差，而且动辄出手打人，班里的孩子都快让她打遍了。经了解才知道原来吴雪的爸爸精神分裂，动不动就把妈妈打跑，妈妈不得不天天东躲西藏。家庭的不幸使孩子幼小的心灵承受着难言的创伤，自卑心理更使她变得逆反，并在同学中寻找发泄的对象。面对吴雪，我知道孩子最需要的是温柔的爱与正确的引导。平日里，我常利用课余时间和她谈心，鼓励她“人穷但不能志短”引导她“要和别的孩子和睦相处”。没钱买文具，我把口袋里的钱递到她手里；天冷了，看着她单薄的穿着，我悄悄给她买了新棉衣，她把棉衣紧紧地贴在胸前，眼泪汪汪地对我说：“老师，你对我真好，我一定改掉打人的坏毛病，你相信我”听着她的话，我也泪水涟涟，演讲稿《演讲稿(二)》。这之后，吴雪真的没在出手打过人，学习也在稳步提升，更可喜的是她和同学们也相处得越来越融洽了。这学期开学初，孩子们都选她当副班长，她幸福地笑了。吴雪灿烂的笑容让我深深地感受到了，爱能使坚冰融化，爱是拨动孩子心灵的琴弦。

20年的从教生涯，无数孩子的身影定格在我的记忆中，其中最难忘的是一个叫毕延锁的小男孩儿，他瘦弱、矮小，眼睛还有毛病。学习时他总是把书紧紧地贴在眼睛上才能看清字，我有时看见他吃力地学习，觉得好心疼。一天他拖着鼻涕委屈地站在我的桌旁，“老师，他们都管我叫毕所长”我笑了，“毕所长，好啊，所长是官儿呀”他很无奈地说“是厕所所长”“哦”我心里顿时明白了，孩子们欺负他，给他起外号，拿他寻开心、、、、、、正巧下午的班会课我以此为话题，委婉的批评了那些给毕延锁起外号的同学，也使孩子们明白了随便给别人起外号是不尊重别人的表现。这时我看见毕延锁小腰板拔得溜直，眼睛眯成了一条缝在天真地笑，我觉得这个小男孩好可爱呀！

每月29号我们这个小村子都赶集，中午放学他顶着炎炎烈日在大集上东奔西走，原来是为了给我买戒指。当他汗流满面地把一枚假的白金戒指放在我的掌心上时，我的心震颤了。这枚戒指虽然只有1块钱，但在我心中却是无价之宝，那是孩子的一颗纯真的心呐！

在和孩子们的接触中，我越来越爱上了教师这个职业，不善唱歌的我每天默默地用行动诠释着这首歌的真谛。我真的很感谢教师这个职业，当我走向它的时候，我原想收获一缕春风，它却给了我一个明媚的春天；当我走向它的时候，我原想捧起一簇浪花，它却给了我一个浩瀚的海洋；当我走向它的时候，我原想撷取一枚红叶，它却给了我一个火红的枫林；当我走向它的时候，我原想亲吻一朵雪花，她却给了我一个晶莹剔透的纯洁的世界。

亲爱的同事们，今天我们不说辛苦，因为我们正收获着幸福；今天我们不言付出，因为我们已获得了最最宝贵的财富。三尺讲台，一生情愫，我想当满鬓华发时，我会自豪地说：我曾拥有充实的教师人生，我的生命曾饱蘸激情，缤纷如花！
