一、充分认识教材的特点，了解学生的特性。
这届学生用的是人教版的goforit.这套教材资料丰富，理念新颖，针对的是有必须英语基础的学生，同时这套教材营造了一个倾向本土化语言的环境。和以前的教材相比，goforit的起点比较高，单词的呈现比较多，并且难度梯度不明显，提倡“用到即学”，很多资料对于大多数学生理解起来是有难度的。而我们作为农村地区的学生本来基础就差，在这种情景下，我感觉上课难度比较大。所以在授课时我尽量使抽象的问题具体化、枯燥的问题趣味化，尽力采取多种方法去提高学生学习英语的兴趣。如多讲一些有关英美国家的文化知识、生活故事，把难记的知识点编成一段段朗朗上口又容易记忆的顺口溜，教唱几首英文歌曲等。
二、注重因材施教，准确把握难易度。
我们都明白，了解和分析学生情景，有针对性地教学对教学成功与否至关重要。在这套教材的设计中，可能经常会遇到这样的问题：在一节课上，既有很多的单词呈现，又有句子、篇章的理解，还会有语法的讲解，给人的感觉乱而无序。有的学生更有一种“丈二和尚摸不着头脑”的感觉。所以我在备课的时候，就会根据学生的实际情景把教材资料进行适当的改编、整理，每节课确定一个重点资料，对于那些难度较大的资料我先适当降低难度再逐步增加，这样学生更容易理解。

一、深入了解学生学情，培养学生良好的英语学习习惯

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，既要备教材、备学生，又要备教法。备课充分，能调动学生的进取性，上课效果就好。所以，了解和分析学生情景，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。这个班在经过两年多的英语教学，在英语学习方面有很大的起色，但那是远远不够的，并且中等生占多数，尖子生相对较少。所以，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体，时间长了，学生的学习进取性就会欠佳。可是，我备课时注意到这点，所以教学时针对不一样情景，在授课时采取了不一样的方法。效果就比较梦想。
三、认真组织课堂教学，打造高效课堂

五、立足长远，认真总结
在本学年的教学工作中，我取得了必须的成绩。从本年度的中考成绩来看，我所教班无论从平均分、及格人数和优生人数都在同年级中名列前茅。但”金无足赤，人无完人"，在日常工作中难免存在不足。例如：对学生还不够了解;教学方法还不够成熟等，而这些问题，只能在以后的教学工作中不断地解决。
针对以上所说不足，在此提出改善措施：
1.加强与学生的沟通。教师经验不足，教学技巧性不强，难免会有学生知识掌握不够扎实，多主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情景十分重要，这样有利于针对性地对学生进行教育。无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不一样班级的情景，仅有沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不一样问题。另外，有些学生基础较好，加强师生间的沟通就能更好地引导这些学生更好地学习。
2.注重课堂教学的组织，对学生严格要求。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经构成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成教师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的，对于容易掌握的资料他们也不敢沾染，所以必须严格要求他们。由于学生缺乏学习自觉性，所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间，教师应善于组织、调动学生进行学习，更充分地利用好上课时间。
3.运用多种技巧教学，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。“兴趣是最好的教师”!教师应利用学生热情好奇的这一特点，从日常生活中的口语出发，尝试用英语与学生对话，或用趣事吸引学生注意力，引发他们的兴趣，使学生对本课程产生兴趣。并且，在教学中要运用多种教学手段，注意听力与口语的训练。

一、思想方面：

二、在教学工作方面:
首先我认识到了存在教学中的几个问题：
1、由于我们学校的大部分学生异常是高年级的学生，来自于不一样的学校，导致很多学生对英语这门学科有不一样的基础，甚至有的学生在本学期刚转过来，在其他学校没有学过英语，所以目前的情景就是，整个高段(六年级)的学生，学习基础参差不齐，理解程度也不一样，并且随着学习难度的增加，学生产生了消极情感，没有兴趣，甚至厌学。
2、应对一些学生的理解程度的不一样，在教学中要把握好在教学时的差异性，要及时发现他们理解语言的快慢程度，导致有的学生吃得饱，有的学生吃不饱。吃不饱的那部分学生就会产生以下情绪：上课或讲练习的时候，就会马虎，注意力不集中，作业从错误多，上课听懂了，课后又忘了.3、在有些知识点讲过后，有的甚至操练了多遍，反反复复强调了，学生仍没有掌握。就责怪学生，并所以加强反复训练。于是在责怪声中，在枯燥的联系中，学生的学习兴趣消失了。
我体会到：学生学习语言的本事是因人而异的。有差别是正常的，要教好每一个学生，但不能要求每一个学生都一样、一个模式，不能要求学生都按一个模式去发展，而是开发学生不一样的潜能，发展学生学英语的各方面本事。并且教师可根据不一样学生之间的差异去因材施教。
那么根据以上几点，我做出以下几点措施:
第一，我要遵循教学环节，课前认真备课，不但能备好教学资料，更能做到备好学生，备好作业和课堂练习，以便更好地进行因材施教;从激发学生的兴趣入手。教师在英语教学中，让学生做到听、说、读、写并举，眼、耳、口、鼻、脑并用，是激发学生学好英语的关键。学生的学习类型是有差异的。而没有学习兴趣的差异更大;学生的喜爱也不一样，有的喜欢听说法，就是一向看着教师，听教师说，很少看书本;有的喜欢阅读法，就是一向盯着书本看，很少看教师或黑板。所以，必须运用多元化的教学方法，激发每个学生的学习兴趣，能让他们喜欢英语。
第二，在课堂教学中尽量使用英语，适当利用母语;利用直观教具、动作、表情和玩游戏等方法吸引学生，让学生乐于学习。并且，教学中必须做到让学生明白，会用，反复练习句型和单词，提高水平，进行生动活泼的开放式的课堂教学，使学生从愉快的情景中学到知识，从而提高学生对英语科的学习兴趣，提高了教学效果。所以在课堂教学中要异常注意学生的兴趣的培养。在课堂上，我首先让学生明白每课的句型结构，懂得它的规律，学会用学过的单词使用新句型对话。每课讲授完后，要求学生必须读熟，会默写单词，会做基本的对话练习。英语的学习是狠抓句型及单词，最好每一天早上要求学生抽出必须时间开口读英语，锻炼口语本事，熟悉课文。在班级选出读音规范的科代表，由教师指导培养好科代表。并且教师经常巡视和抽测，使学生不知不觉巩固所学习的单词;要求每节课前学生听写十个单词，必须做到完全正确。既要学习新知识，又要巩固旧知识，得到两面照顾，不能松懈。
第三，在教学中，我还把高效课堂引入到教学中，让学生在理解知识的同时，能够自我培养学生的自学，共学，群学的本事，并且学会提前做预习和课后复习的好习惯，并且在课中，我采用很多的游戏方式来激发学生学习的兴趣，让学生做课堂中的主人，并以鼓励的方式来增加学生学习的进取性.第四，对于学生的作业，我避开了传统的抄写模式，我先给学生足够的空间和时间去对这门学科进行阅读和记忆，在每次上课的前十分钟，我都要给学生进行听写，如果在听写的过程中，有错误的学生只需改错，没有错误的学生就能够不用大篇幅的抄写单词，那么在第二次听写的过程中，我发现很多学生逐渐的养成了课后对课文和单词记忆的好习惯，逐渐的对单词有了必须的积累，并且对于学生来说，更多的时间用在更有用的学习中.第五，对于后进生和困难生，这类学生通常要么是学习节奏慢，很难跟上课程进度，要么是刚转来的插班生，甚至是没有英语基础的，所以对这些学生我采取这么几种方式:
1.“优带差”的政策，让好的学生直接“承包”后进生，包括给后进生做课后辅导及单词句型记忆.2.对于个别异常差的学生我采取辅导的形式，利用课余的时间给这些异常的学生做辅导.3.配合家长和学生本人，让家长做好学生的监督工作，培养学生的学习习惯和对英语学科的学习态度.最终，帮忙学生养成良好的学习习惯。
经过本学期一学期的努力，二年级学生得学到如何去学，在期末的口语测试中，各班都取得很好的成绩，异常是六年级的学生，经过一学期的努力，在参加官渡区英语期末测试中:
